As Merry walked into her Class room to prepare for her second class she couldn't help but notice the Candied Class Charm still was in effect. "My goodness!" she exclaimed "This is a powerful charmer I am dealing with. I think I'll have to take this up with Headmisstress Claire if it doesn't wear off soon." Luckily she'd broaught her boots again. After putting them on, she wadding thought the small chocolate river to her candied Wardrob and got out a box of jars. She whent round the room,(crossing the chocolate river twice) putting one jar at each seat. Then she returned to her Desk and wrote on the board. Today's Charm is: Bluebell Flames The incantation for summoning Bluebell flames is: Caeruleus Inflamarae (Ca-RUL-e-us in-fla-MA-ray) and is from the root words "caerul" meaning blue + "inflamara" meaning to set fire to

Lynette sauntered into the classroom, pausing breifly to marvel at the decor. She clutched her bag a little closer to her as she carefully made her way to a seat.
"Hullo, Professor." Lynette said absently to the woman standing behind her desk. Lynette pulled her Charms textbook from her bag and laid it across her desk, glancing ocasionally at the tasty looking scenery.

"Hello Miss Pearlcombe." said Merry kindly "Have you ever conjured a portable fire before?"
She was sure the older students would again scoff at her choice of charm, but she wanted to be sure the students had the basics before she moved on to bigger and better things.

Upon seeing that Charms was part of her schedule today, Ashlle smiled faintly. Charms was a very nice class and the teacher even nicer. Ashlle was afraid she was too nice and the students might take advantage of her like in last class when someone had changed the whole room to candy.
Upon arriving and seeing the room was still the same Ashlle sighed. "Good-day Professor Divine" she said, careful to avoid treading on the sugary toadstools. "Have you any idea who has done this to your class yet?" she asked sitting in a candy cane chair near the front.

"I'm sorry Miss Rainier, I have yet to discover the culprit. I was sure this would ware off after a few days but I guess not. Don't worry I'm sure we'll have this sorted out by next class." She smiled at Miss Rainier but she was worried too.
If a bright child like Ashlee rainier was finding it hard to concentrate than what would happen to her other - less intense- students?

Samantha walked hesitantly into the classroom, glancing around her as though she thought something may jump out at any moment and yell at her. She was always rather weary of classrooms since most students, well, some students, could be very mean, as well as the teachers. She hated feeling dumb, especially in front of others.
She had made it fully into the class room and looked around to see it looking awfully strange for a class room...Lots of..Candy.
She picked an empty deck and set her things down carefully, as though everything was going to break. Then she sat down in a chair and stayed quiet, her eyes darting around the room.
Her eyes looked at the board and decided to try out...or something. She copied it all out onto a paper in front of her and muttered the words a few times to herself and then attempted it, with no luck at all.She looked back down at the paper again reading through words over and over. Then with another shot at it she got a spark, or maybe it was really nothing...she couldn't quite tell. She exhaled loudly and set her wand on the table, feeling a little deflated.

"I probably read about it somewhere, but I've never done it myself." Lynette answered, interested. She flipped her book back to the index to see if she could find a category called 'Portable Fire'.
Her stomach rumbled and she glanced up. Smiling faintly at the other students, she tried to pluck a candy off of a nearby bush.

Lyserg rushed into the room and slide on the tiles that made the floor "Woohoo!" He chuckled and quickly took a seat in the back of the room "Hey! Sup Prof.!" Lyse looked around and spotted some pretty ladies "Hey girls, I'm Lyserg. Don't think we've met before." He smiled and turned to the teacher real quick "So what we learning today Prof.?"

Sam's eyes widened as she watched everyone else being so social. She didn't dare try and start up a conversation, the normally outgoing Sam seemed to drift off when she walked into the class room. She leaned her head on her hand and with the other she twisted her hair on a finger. She watched as the interesting fellow walked in making quite a scene. Then she moved her gaze down to the desk in front of her.

Lynette tilted her head to the side, watching Lyserg. "Y'know, hopefully you can read - it's on the board." And, just in case he was entirely dense, she stretched a long finger out to point out the words scrawled across the board. She smiled innocently at him and looked back down at her book.
She flipped the book cover back and forth with the tip of her quill distractedly, waiting for the lesson to begin.

Teagan quietly entered the charms classroom, and tried to contain a laugh. The room was still turned into marshmallows, chocolate, and other things that made her think of it as Candyland. It appeared the charmer had definitely known what they were doing, and it was quite a strange sight. She had forgotten about the change since her last visit.
Teagan's rose eyes gave a quick glance around the room, and she could help but notice Sam among a few other students that had come to class.
Teagan gracefully etched her way through the classroom, and quietly sat down at a marshmallow desk beside the other Ravenclaw. Her hair quietly trailed behind her. Sam appeared to be lost in thought. Was something bothering her? Teagan swiftly sifted her fingers around her wand, and gently poked her friend. "Do you like the classroom? It had a recent make-over," she explained. It seemed Sam was worried, but Teagan quickly read through the directions on the chalk board. "Have you done this charm before?"

Shazza bounded into the Charms classroom with a squeal of delight at the sight of all the candy.
Stopping in front of Professor Divine, Shazza said "Hullo Professor! How are you? I daresay, this is the best decor I've ever seen- OoooOOOooooo, Bertie Bott's!"
Shazza dashed away, over the chocolate river and diving into a bush bursting with Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Jelly Beans.

Aridan walked into the class and stopped on the spot. His eyes wandered over the candied classroom. He had to admire the work of the culprit who he already had the best idea of who. Hayzie could never have pulled a prank like this one back home. Aridan smiled and made his way to the chocolate river. He almost thought it was funny till the river ruined his shoes as he went to leap over only to land in the far end of the river.
As he sat at his seat and vanished the chocolate from the insides of his shoes, which where now a icky shade of brown, he wasn’t smiling. Hayzie Roberts and this Adhara Naunet where good but what would happen soon enough would be good to. He looked at the Professor and smiled “Professor Divine would a Miss Roberts and a Miss Naunet have attended your last charms lesion?” he said with a smile
He was tempted to tell on the girl, the poor teacher shouldn’t have to go to the headmistress over such a silly matter. He wondered if he and his twin could figure a way to reverse the spell, ergo getting more points for the house. As he sat thinking of this he absentmindedly toke out his quill and began to scribble notes on a piece of parchment about the classroom.
After a little while he looked at the blackboard and read over it twice. Aridan was never one to slouch on a assignment. The portable fire was something that would be easy to do, but he had never found the need to actually conjure it. He withdrew his wand and began to practice the wand movements and muttering the incantation.

Samantha saw Teagan sit down beside her. She smiled at her friend. "Nope, I can't say that I have...and the class room is...Intereting." She smiled a little and red back the word s on the baord, for the hundreth time.
She picked up her wand and attempted to summon up the portable fire all over again.

OOC: Are there lids with the jars?
IC: Sam passed Teagan a smile, and answered, "Nope, I can't say that I have... and the class room is... Interesting." She re-read the instructions on the board, and once again attempted to create the Bluebell Flames.
Teagan returned to her own assignment. She was beginning to enjoy this class. Though charms had always been one of her favorite subjects, using elemental spells were an entertainment to her. In practice duels at her old school, charms such as these were quickly used by her. Using an Ice Charm to slip up her opponents was always fun to watch; they would slip and slide on the ice, might possibly regain their balance, then try to launch a spell and be likely to fall backward on their lower end. The little duels were quite funny, especially when sending the Fire Charm at them as a diversion; it was a very good distraction.
She left the small tender memories, and prepared to create the flame. This was a charm she had used before during free time, though just as a curiosity. Teagan's hand gripped the willow of her wand steadier. The smooth wood felt soft in her delicate fingers and bland palm. There were no splinters. That fact easily stated that the wand was of good quality, though she doubted the wand maker's abilities at the time.
The wand calmly rose a few inches before being swiftly swished and flicked through the air. "Caeruleus Inflamarae," powerfully came Teagan's soft voice. A light blue fire started midway on her wand, and quickly sped downward to where the wand's tip was pointing into the jar that was already awaiting the spell's arrival on her desk. Like dripping water, the blue flame seemed to fall off the end of her wand and lightly land in the jar; the Bluebell Flames had easily and successfully been preformed. The magic fire was warm, though not greatly, and the gas encompassed the most of the inside of its container. The soft blue glow was quite feathery-looking, and obviously proved that the charm was well preformed. A sift of fire floated out and faded away as the jar was quite full of the enchantment.
Teagan's fingers grasped the lid of the jar, and quickly placed and spun it into securely on the top of the vessel. Now blocked, the fire no longer seeped out and around the candy room. She made a silent note to see if she could make smores later.
Next, she was to write a couple paragraphs about the Wizarding and Muggle Fire Safety practiced in her home. To Teagan, this was a much harder part. Was she supposed to write about her vacant house back where she normally lived? After all, her parents had died and she was not allowed to live alone yet; she wasn't old enough. Teagan continued to ponder. The wispy thoughts filled her mind. Was she supposed to write about the orphanage she was likely to visit or about relatives' homes where she would hopefully not stay at? After a few minutes, she decided to write about how her live-in family had practiced fire safety. Even though she had adeptly thought about death, Teagan stayed remarkable placid through the entirety of it. Her smooth complexion only showed a gentle thoughtfulness, no more than that.
Most of class remained, so there was still plenty of time to complete the writing assignment. Most of the students had yet to arrive, after all. Had class even officially begun? Teagan turned her head back toward Sam, her silky hair fell around her sides with the calm movement. She let off a sweet smile, and replied, "I've had a little practice. Do you need some help?"
