Okay, this time Hayzie wasn't at work. Though this time she wasn't even walking. Using her wand to open doors and using lifts rather than stairs, the blonde Prefect wheeled herself through the corridors of the Ministry of Magic. The plans had been made, and Hayzie was going to do her own thing, which she had explained in full, and help the younger students of the school.
Bringing her wheelchair to a stop in front of Ki's PA's desk, the blonde smiled. It was amazing how she just let her through nowadays. After all, her visits had become more and more frequent.
Wheeling up to the door, and leaning forward, Hayzie knocked against the door, with the words "Ministress of Magic" enscribed on it, and waited for an answer. Kiki didn't know she was coming, but hoped she wasn't too busy.

(ooc: If Carmen don't have the job, Ki, then just delete this post ><)
Although it had only been a few days, the blue-haired girl had gotten quite aquainted with the portraits of the previous Ministers of Magic, along with the talents needed to deal with people seeking Kiki and to sort through her mail. Whilst also keeping up with her after-school work from classes. It seemed as though her life had taken a very abrupt turning in the busy direction.
Soon enough though, after having been harrassed by one of the portraits about her hair and lack of experience in the secretary department, her patience was beginning to wear thin, and since the portrait was across the room from her, and she was bent down under her desk, the movement of wheels confused her.
"Look, I've had enough of this, Lu-" Carmen paused mid-sentence as she stood upright to see not the man in the painting, but a wheel-chaired blonde of whom had greeted the girl at her first time in the Ministry. "Oh! Hel- What happened to you?!" she shrieked, abeit shocked at the chair from behind her desk.

Hayzie gave a small smile. That reaction was expected now, it had pretty much been the same off everyone. "It's good to see you, too," she almost laughed before turning serious again. "Is K- the Ministress around at all? It's urgent," the blonde asked, trying to portray the urgency through her voice.
Looking at the portrait who had been harrassing Kiki's new personal assistant, Hayz gave a grin and turned back to Carmen. "You know, I bet he would never say anything like that when the Ministress was present. After all, he wouldn't want to be shipped off to be hung in a ghost house, right?" she asked innocently, giving a quick backwards look to the portrait.

Almost filling her whole face a crimson red colour (though it just reached her cheeks) the girl raised her hand to scratch the back of her head nervously with a quaint embarrassed smile on her lips. "I'm sorry, I really didn't mean..." But she had already said and done enough. Her response, or more like reaction, to Hayzie's disability was more than enough to state her thoughts.
Carmen's smile faded only slightly as she picked up a piece of paper with a bit of scribbled writing on it - clearly in biro, the sort of pen Carmen would use, that Kiki had used to make her feel more at home - and held it to the blonde's eye level.
It said Hey Carmen, Have gone out to lunch. Will be back soon(ish!) ~Ki Ministress of Magic
At the girl's comment about Lucius, the blue-haired Hufflepuff student giggled. "I think I'll be having a word with Miss Michaels when she returns... after you of course!"

Hayzie shook her head. "Don't worry. It's okay. Been getting it all week," she tried to reassure the blue haired girl, her eyes scanning the note that had been left. Out to lunch? "Fantastic," Hayzie whispered. It looked like it could be a bit of a wait until she got back. "Do you know when she went?"
Continuing, Hayz's eyes twinkled as she looked more clearly at the man in the portrait. It belonged to an old minister, one Hayz had helped to unpack when she came to see Kiki about ridding herself of the curse she had been plagued with. It looked like that dream had been so close, and yet now was quite far away. "I'd have a word with her about him. I'd like to see him do much better at being a secretary... and I'm sure he wouldn't look good with blue hair."
Grinning again, Hayz took her wand out of her pocket and turned her wheelchair around the face the man in the portrait. With a quick murmered spell which was one of her favourites, Lucius's hair had turned a bright shade of green. "Now then.... care for some payback?"

When she was just about to ask what had happened, the girl clamped her teeth over her tongue, biting it rather hard. But instead of letting out a grunt of pain, she fiddled within her mouth with her tongue and managed to accent "Oh a gooth 'our or tho." Her hand flung up and clapped over her mouth, covering it in cheap embarrassment.
After a bit of time before she could reply to the blonde's proposal, her tongue finally ceased throbbing, which was when she released her hand from her mouth. "I would, but I don't know much magic..." she muttered, blood flooding through her face once again.

Well this was amusing. Hayzie couldn't help but feel sorry for Carmen who had once again flushed bright red. "Why so embarressed?" Hayz asked, tilting her head to one side. "Everyone's gotta start somewhere, right?" Suddenly a twinkle came in her eye. How she hoped Kiki wouldn't shout at her for distracting her staff.
"Tell you what, want me to teach you how to change his hair to whatever colour you want?" she grinned, remembering when she was in Carmen's position and being taught the exact same spell. If Kiki had been gone for an hour, it was likely she wouldn't be much longer, but it was a quick and easy spell to pick up.

Those already bright blue eyes lit up amazingly quickly at the mention of teaching the girl how to learn a simple spell. She whipped out her wand enthusiastically, then glanced around whilst blushing, and muttered "That'd be great."
But all that time, she had forgotten something. "Oh! My manners. I'm Carmen."

Hayzie smiled. "It's a pleasure. I'm Hayzie," she grinned, nodding to the blue haired secretary, and holding her wand out, preparing to show Carmen how to do the spell that had been used in so many pranks it was beyond belief.
"Okay, it's quite simple, all we've got to do is hope he doesn't run away."
Flicking her wand again, the blonde Prefect said the words "Folicio purple," clearly and out loud so Carmen could hear, and Lucius's hair turned a violent shade of purple. "See, it's as easy as. Just say 'folicio', and a colour afterwards. With your wand, it's the standard flick."
Okay, she wasn't the best teacher ever, but she hoped it would work.

With a shaking of his fists that looked like they were going to break through the portrait glass, Lucius stormed heavily out of the photo, his flaming purple hair following behind. At first, Carmen had an inkling to try the spell on Hayzie, but assuring herself that it wasn't a smart move for a first try, the girl pointed her wand at her own head and muttered,
'Folicio white!' Within just a few seconds, white hair swept from her roots all the way down to her waist where the tips flowed, turning a cloudy white, along with her eyebrows. Realising the dilemma, she commented nervously to Hayzie "Uhm, gotta mirror?"

"Sure," Hayzie smiled, her face sporting a grin. She had taught someone else the spell which started out any prankster.
Pulling her little compact mirror out of her bag, the blonde girl handed it over so Carmen could see the results of her spell. "It's so much easier than learning how to do it without reciting the spell, don't you think?"

Her eyes sparkled brightly as Hayzie replied saying she had a mirror handy. Even if she didn't, there was probably a spell she knew that could conjure up one! The girl assumed willfully that a spell could do anything, and that there were spells for everything! Taking a gentle hold of the mirror, she held it up in front of her nose.
There stood the same Carmen, but with lightning white hair and brows. The grin sported itself larger at the sight. "You know, I've always wanted to be normal, with blonde or brown hair. But I've never had the guts to dye it permenantly." It was true, many times she had come so close, resulting in her owning many changing colour hair products.

Hayzie's eyes widened at Carmen's words. "No! Don't be norm- er... don't dye your hair!" she exclaimed, tripping over her words a little. The blue colour of the girl's hair had always entranced her. "I love your hair! It's much better than this," she laughed, holding up a few strands of her own dull blonde hair.
"Though I think the white looks good," she grinned, her tone teasing, "Don't you think?"

The girl pressed her top row of teeth against her bottom lip and blew out, resulting in a 'Pfft!'. All too many times she had been picked on for her hair. Why would anyone want to be around a freak with blue hair? It baffled her parents to a major extent, especially since there had never really been a gene for blue hair.
"Why? Why not change my hair?" I've always wanted to be normal... thought Carmen to herself. Feeding her fingers through her stark white hair, she admired it. But then said "Folicio Brown!" with feeling, and a chocolate colour swept from her roots to the tips of her white hair, tainting it a beautiful brown shade.
"I might do white if I go out somewhere, which isn't very likely!"

For a few moments, the wheelchair-ridden girl was silent, trying to think up an answer to the seemingly desperate query Carmen had put across. After all, change was always good. Hadn't she, herself considered dying her hair the exact same colour Carmen's had just turned, hadn't she tried it out many times before reversing the spell and bringing the sun-highlighted blonde back?
However she was saved from thinking up a reply when Carmen finished her words. Which isn't very likely... Her own eyes widened in shock, it wasn't very likely? "What do you mean it's not very likely?" Hayzie questioned, tucking some hair behind her shoulder and looking up at the currently-brown-haired girl in shock. "Don't you ever go down to Hogsmeade or anything?"
