Forgoil heard a shout off to his left and before he knew it Lottie had lost control of her broom and she had thrown the quaffle in his direction. Streaking head on toward the red ball, Forgoil's right hand left his broom handle and clasp onto the red ball.
Abruptly changing course to head toward the three rings of the opposing team, Forgoil had to quickly chose on which to attempt to score on. Center, left, or right? Deciding one of them, he veereed toward the right hoop; closing in the distance between himself and the goal, but at the last possible second veered off and threw the quaffle with all his might at the left hoop; hoping that it would score.

Lottie once again had the quaffle in her hands unexpectedly. Blinking a few times and flinching as some Slytherin chasers closed in on her the small girl put the ball under her arm and flew towards the opposing goalposts. She was going to score.
Throwing the ball and aiming for the right goalhoop, the wind diverted it over to the centre and caught the keeper off guard.
She had scored.
“YES!!!!” she squealed, flying up away from the hoops. Now wasn’t the time to get excited. They had a game to win.

The crowd went wild as the first team scored. HUFFLEPUFF HAVE SCORED! THE SCORE IS 10-0” Claire projected, her wand at her throat.

Score! At the same time Carmy noticed this, she also heard an impact hit from the Slytherin chaser. It had hit! "YES! W00T! GO HUFFLEPUFF!" Carmen screamed in joy.

She cheered as Lottie scored, but then her mind went right back to being focused on the game at hand. Artemis had the ball and was heading right to the goal- again, the perfect's faith had to go to someone who she didn't know much about as far as Quidditch goes. She tried to speed up and managed to be right along side the Slytherin girl, flashing her a glance and continuing to fly along beside her.
Should she make a single move with the Quaffle, Faye would be there to catch it.

Marina cursed profusely as she approached the pitch, straddling her Nimbus 2001 and desperately trying to make it relatively in time. She was Slytherin quidditch co-captain, and she wasn't even on time. What kind of example was she setting?
As soon as she arrived at the pitch, she zoomed into play, glancing around for the quaffle, hoping to gain possession for Slytherin and score some points.

Lottie grinned and screamed at the top of her lungs, feeling confident enough to do a series of -very- complicated broom maneuvres she had learnt off of her Quidditch tutor. She knew the Slytherins wouldn't be getting down her end for a while. Hell, no, not for a long long time.
"Well done Lottie!! Keep it up!" she yelled as encouragement.

Claire's voice ringing in her ears, Artemis felt her blood boil. Memories of Slytherin's two previous losses to Hufflepuff were still vivid in her mind. A fresh wave of determination swept over her. She moved to the goalposts. The least she could do was protect the goal until someone showed up. Soon, preferably.
A minute later, she got her wish. Nina zoomed onto the pitch, and Artemis couldn't contain a whoop of joy. The odds were changed, if only by a slight margin.

Follow the Quaffle. Follow the Quaffle.
Those words repeated over and over in her head- she had to stay in the game. Fiercely she watched the two Slytherins toss it to and fro, hoping to see a chance to just reach out and catch it, just a chance to dart back down and score another goal for the Puffs. She hardly noticed the arrival of Marina, for her eyes were absolutely glued to the red ball.

Lottie watched frantically as the balls sped around the pitch. Still the snitch was nowhere in sight and they were only 10 points up. Speeding back into the game, Lottie's face set int determination. she couldn't allow herself to become distracted by watching already.
Don't do it, Lott she scolded herself, flying closer and missing a weel aimed bludger.

Marina, lacking possession of the quaffle, pressed down to her broomstick and sped towards the goal posts that the Hufflepuffs defended as fast as she could with the broom that she had.
If she didn't have the quaffle, she could at least be in position to catch it if Artemis needed to get rid of it.
Finding an open spot, she hoped that the other captain saw her emerald robes and passed to her.

Taking note of Lottie and her veeling bludger, Carmen tailed her quick enough. The bludger swove off to the right, then left, then straight for the the blue-haired girl. She let out a scream of fright whilst blindly waving her bat to feel a very heavy thud on it.
It was sent straight for the Slytherin prefect, and Carmen crossed her fingers. "Nice dodge, Lottie!"

"Bravo Lottie!", shouted Forgoil over the din of the roaring crowds while still trying to keep an eye on the game. The quaffle was no where to be seen for the moment, but never the less he had to be on the lookout. If given the opportunity; he would soar in and try to gain posession of it. But still not seeing it, Forgoil fly back to half field, in hopes of spotting it from there and this also allowed him to be able to play defense to a degree.
But the elusive quaffle still was avoiding his sight; the Scot silently cursed under his breath as he searched in vain for his target. But it wasn't long before he noticed the Syltherins had the quaffle and it seemed that one of the players was trying to sneak past their defense. Quickly following after her, Forgoil hoped that he would be able to stop any passes to the player.

Her eyes spotted what Marina was trying to do, and Faye darted right after her. She swore to herself mentally- of course Artemis would try and pass the Quaffle off. Nodding to Forgoil to cover Marina, she swung her broomstick around and continued to chase the other Slytherin. This way, one of the 'Puff chasers might manage to get the ball before the person it was intended for did.
Grinning, she flew in a few circles and then darted back and forth in front of Aretmis, guarding her as best she could.

As one of the 'Puffs shot a goal. Adrenaline surged in Artemis' veins as she leaned toward the goalpost that had been shot at. She had to remind herself not to go too fast, otherwise she would overshoot the goal by a mile. Her hand closed firmly around the ball and the chaser shot off, hoping the other team would be caught off guard.
The horrible panic had dissapated, now that Artemis had another team member. Her mind was clear again. Looking to her right, Artemis saw Nina flying a little ahead of her. Shouting a warning to her team mate, she threw the quaffle to her, hoping it met its target.
