Persephone smiled at all three of them. They seemed to be getting along well, but she knew her twin would be in no mood to talk. She was in a foul temper because of the mach, which she believed was all her fault.
"Don't mind Ari, she's a little...upset at the moment."

Ariadne tried to put on a happy face as she turned to face Haycee. "It's nice to meet you Haycee." She didn't know what else to say, and somehow she knew she must sound like a sore loser.

Teagan quietly walked from one side of the school to the other carrying her bag along the way. Why did classes have to be so far apart? She moved her slender fingers along the bag's strap, and released some of the pressure. Though her black pack only held a few books, parchment, and other necessities, a few minutes of walking started to make it wear down on you.
Eventually, she found the divination classroom. She patiently brushed her fiery bangs out of her path of sight, and calmly proceeded to enter the teaching vicinity. She gracefully walked into the room, and her blood-colored eyes quickly skimmed over it.
A good chunk of the class had arrived before Teagan, as was obviously apparent. The smooth ancient walls held an assortment of maps, cupboards, and many other items. Unlike previous divination classes at her former school, common desks were used here as with other subjects of study, though these ones were peculiarly straight. Desks were normally untidy, and teaches didn't bother re-organizing them every day after every class. Another object Teagan noticed was the teacher. He was wearing white robes, not the usual black. The professor also adorned glass, something not of significance.
Teagan guessed that this teacher did things his own way; after all, he dressed differently, and had not assigned the students textbooks. Textbooks were the things students often learned and studied from. People had different styles of learning: some had to read to understand something, others had to hear it, and most were often visual learners. This particular third year student happened to be a visual learner, the most common type. Luckily, she wouldn't be one of the group at a disadvantage because of the lack of reading.
After a few seconds of observation, she gracefully yet quickly moved around the trestles. Her luxuriant long hair followed after her with every foot step. Seeing a vacant seat in front of Sephe, she soundlessly sat on the cold, smooth surface.
Teagan lowered her bag onto the floor under her chair, and partially turned around. "Hey," came her silky soft-toned voice. A gentle smile eased itself onto her cushioned lips. Her blood-colored eyes calmly surveyed the group, though there really wasn't much of a need; it was merely the fact that she really had nothing else to do. "So have you heard anything about this teacher?" she casually asked the group.

"Nice to meet you too, Ari", Haycee responded pleasantly, although she sensed the girl wasn't in a good mood. Haycee then saw another girl enter the room and sit in front on Persephone. She had asked if anyone had heard anything about the teacher. The girl seemed to ask the question to everyone, so Haycee decided to respond. "No, I haven't heard anything about the teacher...", Haycee answered as she shook her head, "it's my first class here. Anyway, my name is Haycee, I'm in Ravenclaw, and you?" she asked the girl in front of Persephone.

After a few seconds of wait, Teagan playfully wondered who the first to answer would be. She quietly looked them over once more. Eventually, someone actually answered her question.
Her steady red gaze floated over to the speaker. It was a girl that looked older physically than herself. Unruly brown hair was pulled back, but quickly separated into several thin, wild strands that carried themselves onto her shoulders before bouncing in place like foam. The untamed water fall was so streamed, it was magnificently delicate. The girl's midnight blue eyes were happy and gentle. It was a look Teagan once had long ago. Very long ago, it seemed.
Her voice came out as an echo. Was the room causing that because it was the divination classroom? "No, I haven't heard anything about the teacher...,"came the first respondent's voice. She easily moved her head from side to side by the rotation of her sturdy neck. The flesh calmly swayed into the motion caused the form it was a part of. "It's my first class here," she explained wryly. "Anyway, my name is Haycee, I'm in Ravenclaw, and you?"
Quick to introductions, was she? An interesting smile curled onto her lips as she suppressed the weak urge to giggle. "Teagan of Ravenclaw," formed the voice escaping from her cavity.

Persephone shook her head at Teagan's question. "Nope. Glad we don't have any books though. I really didn't want to carry the extra weight." She smiled at Teagan who seemed to be in a good mood today.

"Nice to meet you, Teagan." Haycee said as she smiled. "Teagan...lovely name...Irish and it means 'beautiful' or 'good-looking'..." Haycee added softly, more to herself than anyone else.

Well, at least the bewildered Hufflepuff girl hadn't been too late, arriving tentatively with the flooding students. A few of them she had recognised, but only as passing faces within various crowds. A shame, really. But there again, Carmen wasn't exactly the overzealous type, one to bound over and introduce herself to any of whom were around at the time. Thus, once she had passed through the door, the girl placed her muggle biro pen down along with her books onto the desk, and flung herself onto the seat facing it.

Anna adjusted her black messenger bag so it wouldn't press down on her shoulder. As she was about to step into the room, she tripped on the step up into the classroom, and fell. Half of her books, quills, and parchment spilled out onto the floor. She felt a sharp pain go through her knee where it hit the floor, but then she smiled, "Clumsy idiot..." she said to herself. Anna picked up the few of her belongings that fell out of her bag. Anna looked up, then pulled herself to her feet and rested all of her weight on the leg that she didn't fall on. She walked over to Rezna, "Hey." she said

A clatter by the entrance to the classroom made Rezna jerk around in her seat. It took her a few seconds to realize that it was her friend Anna that lay on the floor surrounded by her belongings.
"Anna, are you all right?" she asked hurrying over to her. As the other got to her feet, Rezna offered her her arm for support as she led Anna back to an empty desk on the other side of hers. Rezna helped her friend into the chair and sat down herself.
"And let me introduce you to Aidana, another friend of mine. Aidana, this is Anna. I believe you are in the same house." Even though her introduction had been in a cheerful voice, Rezna cast worried glances at Anna who had not yet answered her question on whether she was all right or not.

Ah, yes Quidditch. It could be either very good or very bad. Looking wistfully outside once again, Aidana realized she felt nervous. It was odd for her to feel like this for something like flying, which came naturally to her. Looking back at Rezna she smiled and nodded.
" No hard feelings," she began, but was inturrupted by a clatter. It seemed that a girl who she hadn't seen before had tripped and sent all her things flying across the classroom. Aidana smiled seeing herself in this girl. Taking out her ebony wand, she gave it a casual flick and all the girl's items picked themselves up and set down neatly on the desk on the other side of Rezna.
" It's nice to meet you Anna," she said offering her hand. " But I do have to say, you quite stole the Hawkins' Twins traditional entrance!" It felt good seeing that Rezna had made some friends, and Anna seemed very nice. But the distraction was short lived, now all there was to do, was to wait for Professor Azrael to start teaching.

Anna smiled at her friend, "Yeh, I'm okay... a bit tired, which probably caused my clumsiness... but other than that, i'm good," she responded. Anna took Aidana's hand and shook it, "Nice to meet you. And, just for future referance... I'm a complete klutz... which also explains my entrance... But, do you know when we'll be starting class?" Anna was excited... she'd never been to a class here yet, and she wondered what it would be like.

(ooc: Sorry, Anna. Can’t have you showing us up now, can we?) An auburn haired boy opened the classroom door quietly. Judging by the number of students present, he wasn’t too badly tardy...for once. His emerald eyes scanned the room and caught a few familiar faces, including that of his twin sister. He grinned and took a step forward... There was a loud ripping noise as Aylen’s foot caught on his duffel bag, sending quills, parchment, textbooks, and Every Flavor Beans scattering across the classroom floor. There was an even louder crashing noise as the Hawkins twin pulled a desk on top of himself in a futile attempt to prevent his fall. The boy blinked stupidly as the entire classroom turned to stare. “Erm, hello,” he said sheepishly.

The only answer Rezna had for her friend was a shrug. "Don't know. Probably when all the students come and the professor snaps out of his reverie. In either case, I hope it's soon." Rezna smiled at both her friends.
Just then, another crash made her twist in her seat. This time, it was easy to identify the red head who had managed to do exactly what Aidana predicted. Rezna stifled her laugh as she got out to help her flying instructor.
She pulled the desk off of him and let him untangle himself as she reached for a book of his that was on the run.
"Aylen, might I suggest you fly to your classes. That way you might manage to keep ink off of your clean parchment before class starts!"
Then she shot Aidana a mischievous grin. "You know, I think that this subject will be a breeze for you since you predicted such an entrance."
And looking at Anna, she laughed out, "And this is Aidana's twin, Aylen, if you couldn't tell." Indeed, the bright red hair was hard to miss.

The redhead gave a grin of relief as Rezna helped him disentangle himself from his mess. “Thanks, Rez.” He took his book from her as she proposed that he fly to his classes. He looked ruefully at his splotched parchment. “I have clean parchment?” he asked rhetorically. He shook his head. “I should try that though. I’d like to see the look on Windwaltz’s face if he sees me.” He smirked at the thought. He gave his trademark grin as he was introduced to Anna. “Hiya, I see you’ve met my sister who’s four minutes older...which doesn’t count for much, by the way.” He wiped his ink-covered hand on his pants and extended it. “Nice to meet ya.”
