So? How'd you like it?

I absolutely loved it. It was MUCH better then the other three, by far. Daniel took some really good acting lessons and shaped up a bit, because he was much better in this one, as were most of the other characters. My only problem with it is the eternal one: cutting so much out and adding in things that don't need to be there. The dragon scene was longer then needed, and they chopped up the first ten chapters, but other then that it was good. I was rather looking forward to the sphinx, too, but that was missing. Loved Mad-Eye, too. And the ending was amazing. -nodnod-

Yeah. In the maze, all it is is just a bunch of really tall bushes and mist, and every few minutes, a whole row will just close up, whether you're in it or not. No creatures at all. ;(

Yeah, I was disappointed by the sphinx thing, but other than that, it was really good. The only thing I didn't like besides the 'let's chop up the beginning' thing was Gambon's Dumbledore. He wasn't really like the Dumbledore in the book at all.

Yeah; the Dumbledore wasn't so nice. I've just seen the movie. I think it's better than the three other movies, but kind of rushed. People who didn't know about points gained during the tasks were confused when Harry was in second place after the second task, but was in first place before the third task. They probably should have gone more in depth with things.
My favorite part of the movie was when Snape kept wacking Ron and Harry. I think Snape's actor was the best, and they should have given him a bigger part; he was hardly in the movie at all! My second favorite part would have be Cedric's death scene, but only because everyone acted so well there. I don't think Voldemort's actor was too great, either.

Yep, the Dumbledore was a little...more emotional than I thought, and the maze didn't have all the creatures, but I second you Teagan. I thought it was hilarious when Snape kept wacking Harry and Ron and they just didn't get the gist. ;D heehee, I thought it was great. But I also like Draco the amazing bouncing ferret! ;D

Meh, I didn't like Dumbledore. He was kinda... wacked. Like I kept praying that suddenly he would announce to the whole school that he had a serious crack habit and would be kicking it shortly... and getting back to the way he is in the book.
Hm. I didn't mind Voldemort's actor, actually. He also played the hunky guy in Maid in Manhatten, if anyone knows that movie...

I haven't seen it. But I think your right. He just pulled off the evil going to kill you ness...not like the Dumbledore they had. I liked the first one, and it was a pity that he died. He really was like the Dumbledore in the books. The one in this movie was having spaz moments and it didn't fit the character at all!

I think that you're all right when you say that Dumbledore's character was a little off...I mean, when Harry's name comes out of the goblet, he grabs Harry's face and starts yelling at him...He was much more out there then in the books. Usually he's cool, calm, and collected, but in this one he was, as Fae said, on crack. xD

lol, yeah, but you know the guy who played Moody was kinda how I pictured him, though he came off as more evil then paranoid. Watching the movie, I knew exactly who he was, and so did the people around me. They had never read the books, and they picked him out. Maybe I'm being to critical though because I have read them and I didn't expect him to be such a raving lunatic-evil dude person. I just thought he'd be more paranoid.

Yeah, I was kind of sad when Snape hardly got any lines in the movie. Actually, almost none of the Slytherins were in the movie. Just a little bit of Draco during the bouncing ferret thing. Which was hilarious.

lol, it was. Still I don't like how they edited out a lot of the funny parts. Yea, they made their own, and I loved when Pavarti was at the Ball and said , "an arm, a leg, I'm yours." Er...I misses seeing Draco as main bad guy.

Yeah, but I'm sure he'll come back as one of the main bad guys by the fifth or sixth movie. At least the sixth one. They omitted a lot of small details, like the fact that Fleur was like half veela and things like that. I noticed she didn't have a lot of lines either, mostly stuff after the second task. I loved Rita Skeeter though, she was absolutely hateable.

Rita Skeeter was good. I kinda wish she'd had a bigger part though. Because they cut out the part where Hermione finds out she's an unregistered Animagus and traps her in a jar in her beetle form, which is rather important in my opinion, plus she wrote a lot more things about Harry and Hermione in the books instead of the one article she did in the movie. And as for the Slytherins (or lack there of), they didn't really play a main part in the book either, did they? Just Snape running around, malicious as ever, and Draco playing lap-dog to him whenever he got the chance. Then the whole ferret ordeal. That's about it. The main evil in this book was, of course, Voldemort and Barty Crouch Jr.
