An auburn haired boy staggered in with a purple haired patient who seemed to be out of the commission at the moment. He shifted her weight to carry her more easily and slowly walked over to a bed. He laid her down as gently as he could and collapsed in a chair nearby. "Whew," he thought. "Even light people are heavy when you need to lug them up two flights of stairs..."

Sylph's startlingly bright green eyes fluttered open after a brief moment of being on the hospital bed. Immediately a spasm of pain shot through her head and her hand flew to shield her eyes. Her dark lashes cast shadows on her cheeks and she looked very tired indeed, but then, it was 3:27am.
She had had a vision, her first in many years, and it hurt. She'd be alright, if only the pain would go away. She turned her head slightly and saw Aylen slumped in a chair next to her bed. They were in the hospital wing. She smiled faintly.
"Thanks Aylen," she said softly, so as to prevent as much pain as possible. "Hope I wasn't too heavy." Despite her agony she still had a sense of humor. Then he frowned at him.
"You alright, mate? What's wrong with you and Aidana?" She didn't know why she had said that, she had just got the feeling that something was wrong between the twins. Maybe it was her Sight again.

Aylen tried to catch his breath as Sylph finally woke. "Hey, you getting closer to being okay now?" he grinned. "You weren't heavy at all. Light as a feather," he panted. He leaned back in his chair. His emerald eyes snapped open when Sylph asked her question. "I'm fine. We're both fine," he said flatly. There was absolutely nothing wrong. At least, he liked to believe so. But Aidana changed after her nights in the forest, and he was never there with her.

Sylph kept her oddly glittering gaze on Aylen's face for a moment, but said nothing. Gingerly she lay back down on the pillows, closing her eyes and still keeping her hand over them protectively. Her head was killing her - now she knew how her mother felt when she had a migrane.
"I need to tell you what I Saw," she said, equally flatly. The vision still haunted her, the images playing out on the inside of her eyelids like some stop-motion movie on eternal repeat. When she spoke again her voice was far-off and dreamy, but pained and taught at the same time. It was not her own voice, it had been twisted beyond all resemblence of Sylph's normal wry humoured tones.
"I had a vision, about the shadow... the shadow is growing, and it has a purpose... I think it's related to what happened in the forest..."

OOC: I read the other thread in the common room, so I'm continuing from there, k?
Aidana awoke in the middle of the night to hear someone stumble down the stairs to the common room. She jerked upright in her bed, her heart beating. She was a bit more high strung since what had happened. Aidana breathed deeply and relaxed.
It's nothing, nothing to worry about... She slowly laid back down, her head softly hitting the pillow. She yawned and lethargically closed her eyes. Aidana drifted off into an uneasy stupor. She dreamed that she could hear voices downstairs talking of Seeing and gifts. She restlessly turned around and threw off her covers, something wasn't right here. Then she heard it...that word. Danawi. This time Aidana snapped awake, all her former tiredness gone. Danawi was something she remembered, and she had to know who would be talking about it here. She swung her legs over the side of the bed and got up quietly, not wanting to wake any of the other girls who were sleeping soundly. She fished out a emerald green dressing robe from under her bed and put it on. Tiptoeing down the stairs, she listened for the voices she had heard before. All she heard were the words 'Hospital Wing.' Aidana reached the bottom of the stairs to be greeted by an empty common room. She exhaled frustratedly, she needed to find out who was talking of Danawi.
Guess I'm in for a midnight jaunt... She opened the painting and stepped outside into the shafty corridor. Funny, how alien the castle looked in the dark. She pulled out her slender ebony wand and held it aloft.
" Lumos" she whispered and her wand lit up. She set off down the hallway towards the Hospital Wing. Where else would the voices be? As she got nearer she could hear those same voices in convorsation. Except this time, she could recognize them. One was unmistakably Aylen and the other one sounded like Sylph. She could only hear snippets of their convorsation. Aidana heard her own name being mentioned along with something about visions and shadows. That could only mean one thing, it had to do with what happened in the Forest. She needed to find out if Danawi had done something to hurt Sylph, and the only way to do that would be to walk in and talk to her.
" Nox" she whispered, and her wand went out. She stowed it away in her dressing robe. Aidana took a big breath and storde into the Hospital Wing to see Sylph lying in a bed, talking to Aylen. She ran to Sylph's side and kneeled next to her. Aidana's eyes had an angry spark in them, anger towards Danawi.
" I heard you talking," she whispered furiously. " You said something about Danawi. Did he strike again? Did he do this to you? He had no right! He didn't even see you and you didn't do anything to hurt him! Are you okay Sylph?!"

"Excuse ME!! Some of us are trying to sleep!" yelled Ark as he ripped back on of the shades that kept him from view. He had spent the night in the Wing to get the rest of his inguries checked out. He saw who it has and stopped. "Oh sorry. I'm just real irritable right now. The new scars itch. So what's up with you guys?" he asked nonchalantly.

Aidana was inturrupted in the middle of her rant, by a voice yelling at them to be quiet. A familiar voice, who she would have been delighted to see, except now. she slowly turned her head to see Ark jerk open the curtains hanging around his bed. She thought that he had been taken out of the Wing days ago. She knew that she bounced back from what was hurting her. Aidana's eyes narrowed, not completely trusting.
" Sorry Ark. We'll be sure to keep it quiet," she said coolly. Aidana turned to Sylph and Aylen. She gave them what she hoped was a meaningful look.

Ark didn't notice Aidana til now. He then remembered that he didn't have pants or a shirt on and quickly scampered into pajamas. "It's useless now. Kasey had to force a Sleeping Potion down my throat last time and I'm not eager to do it again." he told her with a grin.

Aidana fully expected Ark to charge her with a Memory Charm, but he didn't. She realized that she was starting to get a bit paranoid. She took another deep breath and relaxed, looking back at Ark. She smirked as he seemed to realize that he wasn't wearing pajamas. He quickly threw them on and Aidana realized something. That this was the same old awkward Ark. She smiled at him.
" You okay there Ark?" she asked with an amused smile.

Aylen’s brow creased with worry. “Maybe you should lie quiet for a while, Sylph. Can this wait? You—” His sentence was suddenly cut off by a certain redhead bursting into the Hospital Wing. “You said something about Danawi. Did he strike again? Did he do this to you? He had no right! He didn't even see you and you didn't do anything to hurt him! Are you okay Sylph?!” Her voice rose with every word until it ended short of a shriek. “Um, Aida—” he began, but was once again, stopped short. “Excuse ME!! Some of us are trying to sleep!” grumbled Ark’s voice. He stopped when he realized who he was yelling at. “Oh, sorry. What’s up?”<br>By now, Aylen’s ire had built up enough that he was oblivious to Ark’s boxer-state and Aidana’s glare had gone right over his head. He jumped up. “Will you people let me talk for one cursed minute?!” he demanded—though he wasn’t aware of it—quite comically.

Perhaps it ws fortunate that Sylph had trailed off when she did. She could talk to Aidana, sure, but not to Ark; their meeting up in the astronomy tower had shown that clear enough. Unfortunately, however, everybody seemed to insist on yelling - or at least it was yelling to Sylph's sensitive ears - and this only caused her a great deal more pain. She winced at every syllable, strange agaonising pains shooting through her head as if someone ws stabbing her with a blunt instrument. She raised her free hand - the one that wasn't covering her eyes - in an attempt to bring quiet, but it didn't seem to work very well.
All she wanted was a pain killer. Was that so much to ask?

Ark grin at Aylen and Aidana. "You two are always cause for laugh." he said. He then noticed Sylph and quickly searched a cabinet for a pain killer. After selecting one bottle, he picked out two tablets, got some water ans handed them to Sylph. "Hope that helps. Don't worry, it's not going to kill you." he told her. He seemed like his normal self and he felt like it to. But the evil was just on the backwater, waiting to return. "Listen guys..." he paused. Now that he was in control he wanted to tell them so much, but the evilness kept him from it. "I can only say that I shalln't be...myself for awhile longer." he said, hoping that they understood.

"Eh, sorry, Sylph," Aylen apologized. "I got carried away." He watched as Ark handed Sylph two pills and water. "So those are painkillers!" he said. "How do you use those?"
Aylen caught the worried look on Ark's face. "Listen, guys," Ark said. "I can only say that I shalln't be...myself for awhile longer."
Aylen frowned. He wasn't sure what it meant, but now seemed like a bad time to ask. He was definitely getting sick of not knowing what was going on.
"You know," Aylen began. "All we need are the nurses, and Pika fainting in the doorway, and it'll be just like old times."

Sylph nodded gratefully at Ark without opening her eyes, gulping down the asprin - or whatever the magical world equivalent was - quickly. She almost immediately felt better - normally pain killers took at least twenty minutes to work, but these, she supposed, must be enhanced by some magical healing means. Either way, she was relieved.
After a brief moment her eyes fluttered open, and she looked relatively normal again. Her head still slightly throbbed, but it was down to the level of a normal tension headache, meaning she could at least talk without wincing. Her clear green gaze fell first upon Ark.
"Is it true?" she asked him, unusually very serious and unanimated. "Are you with Danawi? Does he mean to overthrow the school?" Then she regained some of her normal Sylph mannerisms and grinned slightly. "It's alright, I know. It seems that my Seer blood has returned. I Saw it in my dream. That's why you've been so weird lately; we all know that you're not yourself - we are your friends you know, we notice stuff like that." She hoped that his current good mood - his light side, as it were - would continue to dominate for at least the next few minutes. It was time they all knew what was going on.

OOC: Well, so much for his evilness being a secret....>_>
IC:
Ark couldn't help but grin at Aylen. "Yup, just like old times" he said in agreement. But those old times were long gone. He couldn't answer her questions, his other half wouldn't allow it. "Danawi? Overthrow the school? Are you sure you didn't get hit on the head he asked. He didn't want to lie, but those cursed words continued to spew from his mouth. In his resentment, a single tear that was only noticable by Sylph fell from his face. It was as if it spoke to her. I'm sorry, but I cannot help it. Noone can know about me for I would surely be killed. Don't tell anyone, please. For my sake. It said, only Sylph understood it. (I know that some of this is God RP but it doesn't have a major impact on this.) Then the darkness washed over him again and he became more darker and if you examined him, you would notice that his hair was darker and his eyes had changed to a sort of red.
