A Night Out

[Samantha]

Samantha walked into the Three Broomsticks alone, like always, usually it seemed she would find someone to chat with or they would find her. She hoped it was the same tonight. She sat down in a corner, at a table with a few chairs. She sat in one, smoothing her rather short denim skirt as she sat. On her tank top there was a pistol, an old fashion one. Her long white hair was down and wavy.

Sam didn't order anything to drink, she was tired of water and her diet permitted nothing else. So she decided not to drink. She watched people come in and leave the bar and watched others eat and laugh, and smile at whomever they were with. She hoped someone might decide to take a seat with her.

[Haycee Marie Mandrake]

It was Haycee's first visit to Hogsmeade, and she barely knew what to do first. Feeling thirsty, she decided to enter the Three Broomsticks to get a drink. It was crowded and Haycee had to search a bit to find a place to sit down. Finally, she saw a spot next to a girl with long white hair. "I'll have a butterbeer, please" Haycee told the barman and then she turned to face the girl. "Hello, I hope you don't mind if I sit next to you...my name is Haycee." she said cheerfully. "What's yours?"

[Jenna Rae]

It was Jenna's third trip to Hogsmeade all year. She, of course, went into the Three Broomsticks and ordered a Butterbeer. It was rather crowded but Jenna spotted a table with only two people at it. One of the people she reconized as her friend, Haycee.

"Hey! Haycee!" she called while walking over. "Can I sit with you guys while I wait for my butterbeer?" Jenna flashed them friendly smiles.

"Oh, hey Jenna! Sure!" Haycee said, smiling and making room for Jenna.

[Jenna Rae]

"Thanks!" she chirped, sitting in the room Haycee had made for her. "Hi there!" Jenna said to the white haired girl. "My name's Jenna and I hope you don't mind me inturding." Jenna seemed so happy on the outside but the dull gleam in her eyes was enough proof for anyone that it was just an act. "So what's your name?" she said, still talking to the white haired girl.

[Samantha]

(I am really sorry!!! I just got back yesturday from a trip! Pardon my not posting-ness!!!)

Samantha looked up to see people, who were talking to her.She smiled at the new members of the table. "Ach..sorry I guess...I was just a little out of it eh? I am Samantha pleased to meet you, Haycee, and Jenna, right?" She said looking from the first to sit down, Haycee, and then to the second, Jenna, who seemed to be hideing something, but that wasn't really Sam's business, since they had just met.

Sam stopped smiling, but in her eyes you could tell she was still glad to have company. It just wasn't like her to smile all the time.

[Haycee Marie Mandrake]

"Hi Samantha! What house are you in?" Haycee asked.

[Samantha]

Sam truned her eyes to Haycee. "I'm in, Ravenclaw, I do beleive I have seen you in the same?" She said, answering the question. She turned to Jenna, "I havn't seen you before, in school, which house are you in?" She asked, her fadeing into an expression of content.

[Haycee Marie Mandrake]

"Yes, I'm in Ravenclaw as well...but I've only been here for 2 weeks, so I'm still pretty new."

[Jenna Rae]

Oh! Me?" People hardly ever asked Jenna anything about herself. People seemed just to look right through her. "I'm in Gryffindor, but I don't have many friends there. I like hanging with people from other houses most!" replied Jenna smiling. "I just transferred her from Borkins in Japan. I was born in France though." Maybe I went a little over board with my history. I mean, she just asked what house I was in, Jenna thought. She smiled about how she could just talk for hours if she didn't stop herself.

[Haycee Marie Mandrake]

"Oh really? I didn't know that...that's interesting." Haycee said in response to Jenna's history.

[Samantha]

Sam smiled again. "Really, thats amazeing! I wish I could say I had been to those places. Why did you come here eh?" She asked, finding that France would be a much better place to come from then the states.

[Jenna Rae]

"Well," Jenna began. "I came here because my parents had moved to England and left me at school. I used to spend my summers at the school, but just recently a big disaster happened during the summer and I got blamed. My teachers decided to give this school responsibilty for me..." Jenna was smiling and blushing, but it was obivous she was pained by this. Still though, it wasn't what had killed her inside.

[Samantha]

Samanthas smile faded a little, she knew this was something that perhaps, wasn't a good subject. However, it wasn't like sam to back down and let something go unsaid.
"So, if you don't mind my asking, what is it that happend?" She asked Jenna, her eyebrows furrowing in her curiousity.

[Jenna Rae]

"Well, during on of the last few weeks of summer all of the professors except one went to something important at our ministry. I didn't really like the professor I was with so I spent most of my time in the student's common room. Sometime in those few weeks someone let a heard of vamps into the school. When school started up again they came out and started feeding. Three students died, one got turned, and the professor I was left with got fired. No one knew who to blame (even though it definately wasn't me or the professor) they got ride of both of us."

When Jenna's story reached an end, she fell silent until she added two minutes later, "one of those who were killed was my best friend. I wouldn't have put the vampires in the school. I hated my parents and she was the only one in the world who acted nicely to me. Only her and Brent..."
