cherry sat in a booth, more secluded from the rest of the coffee house. She did not particularly enjoy coffee, however, so she ordered a butterbeer. Checking her watch, she muttered under her breath "Hope she gets here soon..."

cherry checked her watch for the last time. Downing her butterbeer in a huff, Cherry stood up very suddenly to leave. Irritation was practically seeping through her ears. How could she?? I told her to meet me here, there were things we needed to talk about...grr! Cherry stormed out of the quaint resaurant and walked along the sidewalk, burning off her anger.

Jacklyn was walking down the sidewalk when suddenly, she saw Cherry storming out of a restaurant. She could tell that Cherry was really angry and went to catch up with her to hopefully calm her down. "Hey!!! Cherry!!! Wait up!!!" yelled Jacklyn running up to Cherry.

Cherry stopped in her tracks, who else would have the name Cherry?? "Huh?" Turning around rather suddenly, she saw Jacklyn. "Oh, hey there." Cherry said rather grudgingly, she was still upset about her friend leaving her hanging. Some friend...hmph!

Cherry looked slightly abashed, "Oh, nono! Stay, it's just that one of my so-called best friends didn't show up and well...I could say I am slightly upset but that would be like saying that the ocean is damp." She sighed. "So anyways, how are you doing?"

"Oh, I'm sorry about your friend not showing up but maybe she was busy or was held up?" Jacklyn suggested. "And I'm doing great! I met a girl named Missy, and she's brilliant. Cherry laughed. "Oh, I'm not so much as angry anymore, just kind of dissapointed." Something hit her. "Oh my goodness, that's hilarious that you met Missy! She's my bestest friend ever! We knew eachother waaaay back when! I'm glad you like her." Cherry smiled, it was always good when friends of hers got along.

Jacklyn was suprised and said, "Wow!!! That's so cool!! She's really nice. And I'm glad that you're not angry anymore." She took out two chocolate frogs and handed one to Cherry. "Want one?"

"No, 'cos I'm just gonna pass up free chocolate! Of course I'd like one!" Cherry laughed happily, her day was already looking up. She grabbed the chocolate frog that was handed to her and took a large bite out of it.
