ooc: Ok for the moment this post will be invite only so no ooc or ic posting please. Hehe I couldn't help myself with that title ^^
bic: The past few weeks had been a toll on the nurse with the recent surprise of giving birth to two twin boys. As much as she loved her boys, they did tire her out and take up most of her time. So tonight a fellow Hufflepuff had agreed to look after the, as she had said 'Adorable boys', and give Kasey a break.
She had waited until it was dark and the boys where asleep before she headed out. She needed no cloak tonight as it was rather warm. The moon was full, a beautiful colour like mercury, the night sky was clear so that the silver stars twinkled brightly adding to the already beautiful atmosphere.
She walked down the staircase from her dorm and into the Common Room, which was littered with students working away hard at homework or just sitting with friends and chatting. She smiled to herself and slid the bookcase aside slipping out into the abandoned classroom. The dark haired Hufflepuff walked across it and out into the hall setting off for the Entrance Hall and then onto the Lake.
Pushing open one of the large doors, she stopped for a moment as the warm night welcomed her, walking down the stairs she begun to cross the green lawn towards the magnificent Lake that glittered under the light of the moon. Getting closer to its edge she looked for a spot to sit on the lush green grass, walking a little further she stopped by a rock and sat infront of it leaning her back against it.
She took a deep breath and smiled, everything was so perfect just the way it was meant to be.
Or was it all about to change....

{ooc}: Sorry about the delay.
{bic}: Mai was seated on a branch of a large oak tree near the edge of the lake, her scarlet orbs following the figure of the Magic Horizons school nurse as she made her way to a rock by the shore of the lake and sat down happily. Her aura sparked a clarity that made Mai's lips curl in an aggrivated manner; she was edgy of late, and even the slightest notion of happiness sent her mind whirring with irritation.
She slid her legs off one side of the branch and curved her back, moving into the pull of gravity and landing with the telltale thud of stiletto heels on the grassy earth. Brushing her ivory tresses over her shoulders she pulled her black-lace gloves tighter over her wrists, letting her sharp nails press against the end of the material, nearly slicing it.
Her powder-soft complexion glowed under the light of the delicate moon, giving her a fragile appearance in the shadowy atmosphere of such a dreamy night. The luke warm aura of the nurse coaxed Mai closer, and the demoness came to stand right behind the rock Kasey was leaning back against.
At this proximity, Mai could sense something else on the woman. The unmistakable glow of a mother illuminated Kasey's cheeks, and the feel of exhaustion sprouting from sensitive emotions confirmed Mai's thoughts. It took the demoness a few moments to drift back into reality, after being so in tune with the woman's emotions and aura.
Finally, she slid a smooth smile onto her blood-red lips and softened the look in her scarlet eyes to a warm stare. "Good evening." She hissed in a drawn-out manner, almost hinting that she had hidden intentions, but keeping such a calm exterior, the nurse couldn't possibly deny the demoness etiquette before suspicion.

ooc: And mine Kasey's ears caught the faint sound of a thud on the ground behind her, clearly this meant she had company. Letting her bright blue eyes scope around her, she found no sight or breath of another person, or creature for that matter. She was just about to settle back when she felt that uneasy feeling she got when someone was watching. " Good evening" that hiss was familiar, it could belong to none other than, "Mai, what a pleasant surprise" said the Hufflepuff turning to look over her shoulder, letting her long jet black tresses fall to one side, "How are you this fine evening? I see I may finally get a chance to have a conversation with the famous Magic Horizons Demoness. Come sit with me". Kasey patted the grass beside her and smiled warmly to the Demoness. The nurse, unlike most students, had no fear in her heart for the creature that stood behind her, she had dealt with and seen enough in her years as a nurse to not be frightened by certain things, that would normally chill the bones of others. But of course she was totally blind to Mai's dark thoughts.

{ooc}: Really sorry...Emotional issues...If you want to continue this, I will, if not, just don't reply. Sorry...
{bic}: Kasey's vulnerable neck turned deliciously, allowing those stunning blue irises to pin-point their pupils upon the demoness distantly. Much unlike Mai's eyes, which were fixated on the nurse, drilling into whatever sense of danger she possessed and raising it to a simmering height at which Kasey would eventually feel nervously uncomfortable. And oh boy did she have a reason to be worried.
"...the famous Magic Horizons Demoness."
Mai's brow cocked instantly, and she instinctively glanced around, surely she wasn't known that well? She never stepped foot outside the forest, perhaps the lake or graveyard gratefully owned her boots at some point, but never usually. This intrigued her, and she thought a little conversation need not go amiss before her intentions were fullfilled.
As the nurse patted the grass, the demoness let the material of her gloves slither against one another as her fingers testily pressed upon each other, fighting the urge to curl around Kasey's neck. It was good that Kasey didn't fret easily, for it always made jobs harder for the demoness, despite the fact they may be more enojoyable.
"Magic Horizon's famous demoness?" Mai questioned, lowering her perfectly curved brow, and taking a seat gracefully on the grass beside the nurse. Her scarlet orbs looked toward the lake, watching the normally unnoticed things of the night reflecting in it's shadowy depths. "What do I do to get that title?" She asked quizically, curious to see if Kasey would connect with the demoness' deadly reputation.

ooc: Perfectly ok, I hope you are better soon -hugs-
bic: Kasey could feel it, the mood was changing, causing butterfly's to dance in her stomach. Was Mai up to something? Was this meeting a bad one? Kasey ignored the feeling and held her smile, but found her palms becoming rather sweaty, trying to rub them discreetly on her robes was not easy but Kasey thought she did it well.
Watching as Mai took her seat, Kasey listened tentatively to the Demoness' question, where had she earned such a title?. "Well I guess I was just referring to how much I hear about you, not all good mind you" the nurse said frowing a little, "And if my memory serves me right, you have visited the Hospital Wing a couple of times, with...Eurus, I think thats his name" she said furrowing her brows in thought.
It was obvious this Demoness did not mean well and unless you were a Demon yourself, you had very little chance of living or at least getting away unscathed, when you happened to be in Mai's presence, well any Demon for that matter. But for some reason Kasey thought tonight may a time when someones leaves with their life and their limbs.

{ooc}: -hugs back-
{bic}: Mai brought her own gloved fingers of her right hand to her lips, parted them subtly, and began gently grinding her sharp teeth against the lace; all absent mindedly. The demoness didn't even have to glance sideways to know Kasey was sweating; the sour scent that discretely melted through the air told Mai so.
Kasey sure did pick up on the atmosphere, and the reputation the demoness held. All she didn't know now was how Mai was planning to go about her cruel intentions, this very night. It was a silent struggle, now that Kasey knew, Mai knew she knew too. Oh, what a riddle, it was so beautifully cynical. There was no way the nurse could up'n'leave now. Oh, no.
But then she said his name. Eurus. Mai's teeth sank down through the glove, shredding it in a single bite, and she froze in breathing, setting her eyes on the horizon and paralyzing herself into silence, so the nurse wouldn't notice. Slowly, the demoness exhaled, juttery, but done all the same. She could have strangled Kasey for just that one name. Eurus.
Strangled...
Unscathed was certainly not going to happen tonight, for although one might escape Mai's grasp alive, they nearly always have a souvenir, and if they didn't, she would hunt them down until they had one. It always made it easier if the victim just took her gift to begin with, though funnily enough, none of them ever thought of her methods as gifts. And anyone sane could have said they wouldn't blame them.
Mai slipped her gloves off quickly, and tucked them into the space in her corsét. Lopsidedly, she glanced at Kasey, studying her obviously for a moment, before a cunning smirk derived it's origin in her lips. With an intoxicating touch, Mai reached one hand out to Kasey's neck, and rested the back of it there. Softly, enchantingly, she began to stroke the space of flesh just behind Kasey's ear; the hard space, right where the skull curves under the brain.

Kasey watched with her bright blue eyes as Mai seemed to gnaw on her black lace gloves, a nervous habit perhaps? But why would someone like her be nervous?
The next thing Kasey noticed was the dull glint in the Demoness' eyes at the mention of Eurus' name and tension seemed to fill the still night air. She saw Mai's jaw clench tighter on her glove, causing the nurse to look away and swallow the lump that had begun to form in her throat. Then out of the corner of her eye, Kasey saw delicate porcelain fingers slither into a space in the woman's corset, placing what could only have been the shredded gloves inside.
By now the butterfly's in the nurses stomach had begun a full on assault, tumbling and twisting. Then Kasey felt it, those same delicate fingers stroking the back of her neck, the very feeling sending shivers down her spine. She wanted to swat the hand away, jump to her feet and run, run back to the safety of her room, run back to where it was warm. But she couldn't, Kasey was frozen in fear.

{ooc}: Sorry again.. >.< {bic}: It was beautiful that curve, one's fingers could carress it so easily, and send it's owner paralyzed at just the flick of a wrist. It could make anyone feel powerful, but Mai wasn't just anyone. For her, it illuminated the beauty in Kasey; her sparkling azure eyes glowed with concern now, and those raven locks toppled gorgeously over her back. The shine of a mother on her skin only allured the demoness more, how horrible it would be for children to grow up without a m o t h e r. At this thought, Mai's hand snapped backward and away from Kasey, her scarlet orbs flashing a sterling silver. Her expression turned from admiration to glorified jealousy; what a rare emotion for this demoness. She'd lit a match under her own weakness, and at this she growled, leaping up to her heels and side-stepping the rock to stand behind Kasey. Unwinding a ribbon from the lower edge of her corsét with quick agility, Mai's spine curved like the dip in a cup handle as she thrust her hands forward, then pulled them backward; the ribbon strung tightly under Kasey's neck. As the length of it was long, Mai performed a strikingly fast manouver: appearing around the front of Kasey, moving the nurse forward and tying her hands with the same ribbon as was around her neck so her wrists were arrested behind her back. The more she struggled, the more she either slit her wrists, or sawed into her windpipe. Either way was lovely really. It was good when they went into shock, for it always made this part of the demoness' intentions easier. Standing with either heel either side of Kasey's legs, Mai leaned forward and leant her own hands on Kasey's thighs, so their faces were inches apart. Narrowing her orbs - now back to their blood-red abyss - she smirked, and tilted her head mock-innocently. "Let me sing you a lullaby to sleep, baby." Mai hissed dangerously, her tone was similar to that of a mother speaking to her child, though something far more sinister was held behind those words, and in but a few more moments, the demoness would reveal just what her real intentions were.

ooc: Ahem....excellent post Zeion my dear, and yes I did invite you but I also told you that I would inform you of when you could post....so I'm afraid you may be ignored due to the fact you are early.
bic: Mai took her fingers from the nurses neck and she watched cautiously as the Demoness did so. Kasey's heart was racing as she watched and waited for what Mai was going to do next. But it seemed Kasey had stopped all too soon, as suddenly a ribbon was wrapped tightly around her neck and then secured to her wrists. Giving a slight gag as Mai tightened the ribbon, tears welled in Kasey's eyes as she struggled for air.
The pain was sharp and strong as if someone were slicing at her neck, Kasey stopped the struggle as she felt blood trickle down the front of her neck, the crimson staining her pale blue nurse's shirt. Kasey fell silent and closed her eyes, letting tears slip down her cheeks the salt stinging the small cut around her neck.
What had she done to provoke such behavior in the Demoness? Pictures flashed before her eyes, of her husband, her wedding, the night the boys were conceived, their birth and of course the boys and Bubbles today. Kasey let out a strangled cry and opened her bright blue eyes only to come face to face with Mai and her piercing blood-red orbs.
