The night's summer breeze played with her pink hair, and danced with her loose tank-top. Long strings of silver dangled from piercings on her ears, glints from the moon caught off her quartz nosering. Her feet, clad in black sandals, climbed up the stairs towards the top of the tower, with her full-length skirt prancing around her ankles. Running her small, pale fingers along the stones walls as she chased the stairs on their path. It was supposed to rain tonight; the stars wouldn't out as Naomi watched the sky fall down on her. When she reached the top, the balconey, with the heavens layed out before her, the dark clouds were already starting to float across the sky.
Naomi set her hands on ledge of the tower's balconey, and pulled herself up onto it. Through the silk of her skirt, the stone was freezing, but she stopped caring about the sensation of warm and cool, when it started to pour. The rain soaked her hair, and dripped down her face; she loved the taste of it on the tip of her tongue. Her wet hair stuck to her face and neck, and as Naomi brushed it away, she wondered how lone the rain would last.

Lumiere was going to the Astronomy tower to look at the stars when it began to rain. She loved the rain, its smell, its taste, the ways it sounds, but the only thing she didn't like was the wet part. She briskly ran up the stairs trying to escape.
She reached the top of the stairs and she was drenched. She wore faded blue jeans, a green tee-shirt with two connected sequined cherries on it. Her lavender hair was up but it drooped and dripped so she too the ribbon out of her hair and let it fall down to her shoulder blades.
She saw another girl there who seemed to be having fun. She walked up to the moistened girl and looked at her blankly. She asked, "Did you come up here to see the stars also?"

Distracted by the sounds of the rain, listening to it's little clicks as the water hit various things. The little drop the ran down the bridge of her nose, and slid down on to the ledge where she sat rang a pretty b flat; and the drop that fell straight from the sky to the balconey: a gorgeous f sharp. Naomi's mind was taunted by the music all around her, it hadn't occured to her that she had company. The vampire's eyes traced the area and landed on a little lavender-haired girl as drenched as she. Naomi blinked a couple times at the sight of someone else, and then took a breath, the taste of rain and the night rolling over her tongue.
"I came to listen to the rain," Naomi said quietly, her lips barely moving as she spoke. Her voice was light and child-ish, almost ethereal. Pushing a lock of pink hair back behind her ear, Naomi took a better look at the girl, "It doesn't look like the stars will be out tonight," the young girl continued, her gaze wavering back to the sky for a few seconds.

Lumiere walked over to the girl. SHe stared at the rain for a moment while standing next to the girl. She slightly leaned forward to see the sky.
"No it doesnt seems so." Lumiere said quitely.
She extened her hands out to where the raindrops dropped on them and then rolled off. After a moment of silence she lifelessly said, "I too like to here the rain it's, musical.''

Gently the vampiress slid off the ledge, her sandals sonudlessly touching the stone floor. Naomi tossed her hair back off her face as she landed, once again turning her hazel gaze to her company, a curious smile perched upon her child-like face. The sounds of rain drops were echoes in the back of her mind, "I don't suppose you have a name, do you?" Naomi said quietly, running her tongue across her lips looking for the taste of raindrops.
Naomi placed her elbow on the ledge, and her cheek in her hand; hazel eyes stareing elegantly waiting for a response from the lavender-haored girl

Lumiere watched as the Vampiress moved around.
"I am quite sure everyone has a name. Its Lumiere Gaston and you?" she said watching the rain. Lumiere shifted her weight to her elbows and relaxed.

Naomi smiled at the lavender girl's repsonse, forgetting that behind her lips were a pair of sharp fangs as her smile grew to a grin. She found Lumiere's company enjoyable.
"Naomi Lilium," the little vampiress replied lifting her head up, "It's a pleasure to make your accquiantance Madam Lumiere."
