*It was simple enough to walk around the school trying to find something that made sense, but when the clue does not even fit the location how could he win this contest?
He yawned and stretched tanking a seat where he sat before; in his nice corner. Sleep would be fun after this wild goose chase. It was a good idea but it looked like he wouldn't be moving on. The contest was fun while it lasted.
His eyes strayed closed as he heard cheers from those who had items already. His first idea for where one of the clues was seemed perfect, but apparently it wasn't the case. It was probably all well. Now he could get back to studying for exams coming up. There was another fun point he'd want to impress upon. What could be more fun than hour long tests? Eight of them.
He went to lean back against the wall his eyes already closed, but the wall wasn't there anymore. He found himself falling straight backwards into an opening door. His head hit the ground hard at the feet of another student.
"What the hell is that?"
Chris rubbed his head and grumbled at the idiot who had apparently found a secret passageway.
He then got back up hoping for minimal laughs and heckles by students who might've witnessed this unusal event. When the wave of laughs came he just took a now and confronted this student. Then he looked inside the passageway while the student stepped out and went to get lunch. The door began to shut so he made his choice and ran in before it closed up.
Inside it was pitch black as he ruffled through his robe for his wand. He mumbled and muttered "lumos" breaking through the darkness. He squinted through the weak light into the pathway.
As good a time as any to go exploring right?
