Andrew Phillips was hungry, really hungry. His stomach grumbled making his mouse hide in the right sleeve of his gray jacket that he wore everywhere. Luckily for Andrew, he was right in front of the Great Hall. The aroma of the food pulled him towards the room. It seemed to be getting further and further away with every step, but he made it.
“Ah, grub!” he said in a relieved voice as drool dripped from his mouth. He quickly closed his mouth when he noticed the drool. Andrew felt a little embarrassed, but thought nothing of it when he saw another student walk by him with a big plate of food. He took one large look around the room and wondered where to get the food.
Andrew put his attention on one student who hadn’t got his food yet. He watch the kid and then saw that food just magically appeared right in front of him. Andrew came to the conclusion that are you had to do was think or say what you want and it will appear. He sat at the Hufflepuff lunch table, even though it was an obvious choice for him.
“Well here goes nothing, barbequed chicken, scrambled eggs, and for the salad; lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red pepper, apple slices, carrots, and Ranch salad dressing,” he said thinking of his favorite foods that he ate at home. Andrew lived in Texas and loved the food that was grown and raised there.
Right after he had listed the foods he wanted, it appeared! It looked perfect to Andrew, which made him drool once more. He started to dig in, trying to use some table manners, so he doesn’t make a complete fool of himself.
