These words boomed from the large, bass-boosted headphones that covered Michelle's ears as she dragged her rolling cart behind her. She was hunched over in her usual get-up: a big gray hoodie sweatshirt, too-baggy jeans with a long belt, and buckskin-colored Timbaland boots. She was slowly making her way up a long, tiresome hill towards an outlined castle silhoutted against the afternoon sun. Her thick, wavy blonde hair was held out of her face with a camo-print hair kerchief, and you could barely make out a pair of enormous gold hoops dangling from her ears.
"Mainly 'cause it's cool, to add a little spice to the life you been through..." Michelle's plump, deep red lips moved as she murmured another part of the song, the bass echoing out from the headphones so loudly that anyone within a handful of meters would surely hear it. Her amber eyes were half-closed, her lids seeming to weigh heavily, as she continued her way up towards the school.
Sunlight dappled her hair through the stencils made by leaves overhead, and streams of shimmering gold sparkled as she moved ever closer. She blinked at the end of the song and came out of her musings long enough to register the door in front of her and open it. She was half-blinded; the hallway in front of her was so dark compared to the afternoon sunlight that it took her several moments to adjust.
Michelle heaved a releived sigh as a smile spread across her face.
"Well, it's about time.." she said in a rather jovial manner. Finally, she was here, at the famed MH school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She yanked her luggage upright to a halt near a beautiful bench that graced the walls and sat heavily on the arm. She swung her right leg nonchalantly as she peered at her surroundings.
Deciding she would wait in the entrance hall to see who all inhabited the school, Michelle whipped out a spiral-bound notebook and a nub of a pencil before she began to scrawl furiously on the paper, stopping every now and then to suck on the eraser end.
"It's just like a cigarette, it's something that I do..." echoed once more from her mouth and floated on down the hallway, reaching the ears of god knows who...[/glow]
'It's just like a cigarette, it's somethin' that I
Do
Once in a while, but between me and
You
It's just like a cigarette, nobody's really
Fooled
I don't want the truth, I wanna feel f*ckin'
Cool...
Do
Once in a while, but between me and
You
It's just like a cigarette, nobody's really
Fooled
I don't want the truth, I wanna feel f*ckin'
Cool...
