That's definitely an interesting theory...

Nope, I most definitly believe that Dumbledore is dead. It would be very, very disappointing to me if JK were to bring him back with some silly excuse; why did she bother to write such an amazing death scene?
I talked with my bagel friend again today and he said the same thing- it would be pointless for her to bring him back, unless it is through a dream or some other spiritual connection.

Yep, I think it would really ruin the death, and it would have been pointless for the whole death scene, if he for some reason is alive. Although, yes, I would find it interesting if he sent a message, or spoke with Harry through a dream or something.

There's one problem with this theory. If Snape were still loyal to Dumbledore, he shouldn't have been able to use the avada kedavra curse.

...well, doesn't that curse, just like, automatically kill you. I mean there really isn't a block for it except the sacrifice of a loved one (that sounds so cruel), so, it would be really cool if he came back through a dream, or other spritual connection, like through his portrait or something.

Well, the avada kedavra is an unforgivable curse. To use an unforgivable curse, you really have to mean it. So Snape shouldn't have been able to use the avada kedavra. *nods*

Well; I still hold to my theory. If Dumbledore asked Snape to kill him, then I'm sure that Snape would have been able to draw upon even a small dislike of the headmaster that might be used to say the curse and mean it.

Ok quoting off memory here but I believe it says in the 4th bood that only a dark and powerful wizard/witch could perform any of the forbidden curses.
Ok once again from the same book. Moody (yes I know it wasn't the real Moody but I believe he would be able to do so none the less) was able to use all three forbiden curses on the spiders to the call. Moody himself is a very skilled wizard.
Now Dumbledor could have used the forbiden curses, even 'avada kedavra', but chose not to because on his kind hearted nature and believed that no living witch or wizard should use them.
Now as to Feay's theroy I think its a good one. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and theroy's, even if they seem a bit strange and abnormal.
My theroy has not wavered really. I believe that Dumby-dor has died, much to my discuss, and my thoughts on Snape have not changed one bit. I believe that Dumbledor told Snape that there would have to be a scarefise made in the near future to help in the 'war' (if that's what you would like to call it) and that one of them might have to make it. Or something along those lines. When Dumby-dor said "Snape please" I to don't think it was a cry for a quick death but a plea for Snape to remember something or to do some that was more importante that his own life (Dumby-dors that is).
That's just my thoughts, what cha think?
And hope I didn't sound like I was being mean or anything at any point.
