She had done it. Finally, Hayzie had become what she knew she was destined to be. Finally, she had been able to complete the task that had started out in the very walls of the tunnel that the wheelchair bound Prefect had found herself in. It had been so long since her previous visit, and news from the tunnels had been even more scarce than usual. It was strange, really. Sometimes she had received letters off Amelia before she died. But when news of that had caught her ears, Hayz hadn't known what to think.
Being unaware of the attacks on the tunnels over the past months from the vampires, Hayzie had found it strange that the mood in the tunnels should be more tense than usual. Bringing her wheelchair to a stop, the blonde girl tilted her head to one side. Maybe it was because she wasn't a Lycan herself any more. Maybe it was because she hadn't been to the tunnels in a while.. but something was different. Something was very different.
"H-Hello?" she called out, an uncertian tone to her voice. "Anybody around?"

"Yes, there's someone here."
A tall, well-built man dressed in a black robe walked slowly around the corner of the passageway and looked up at the girl.
"Why, hello, Hayzie. What event makes you appear and bless us with your presence?"
OOC: Sorry it's not very long. I'm in...a slump...

Rogue's eyes opened, and she stared blankly at the ceiling of her den, her lilac eyes distant and shallow. Her whispy white hair was spread all around her as she lay on her bed, the pale grey dress on her frame shaping it motionlessly. Listening a moment longer, the lycaness heard the soft shift of wheels, then a voice called out to the Tunnel Lycans; it was Hayzie.
The second voice that spoke was Xavier, no doubt, Rogue knew him well enough to recognise that voice anywhere. Closing her eyes once more, she simply listened to the silence that was spread between his words, and her reply. Deciding to take a peek outside, Rogue pushed her body off her bed and leaned out her doorway slightly, only half her upper body visible. She said nothing yet, just watched.

Xavier wasn't the person she had been expecting to show up. In fact, the two had only met before on rare occasions, and yet there he was. The first to walk up to her. Offering him a small smile, the blonde girl nodded her head.
"Hello, Xavier! It's been a while, hasn't it?"
Looking behind the male, Hayz could just spot a snowy white wolf poking her head from around the corner, and there was only one white wolf the Prefect knew in the vicinity of the tunnels. Offering her a smile, also, she turned back to Xavier.
"I've just come... come to say thank you. And goodbye."

Her dappled eyes squinted for a moment. Had he seen Hayzie in a wheelchair before now? Perhaps her memory was leaving her as well, the salty lycaness growled quietly at herself. Stepping a placid foot out of her den, she approached with the ease and grace of her natural figure; the she-wolf. Stopping meters away from the two of them she cocked her head to one side, taking in Hayzie's scent curiously.
"You are no lycaness anymore." Rogue's silky voice whispered. Her arms were crossed over her supple chest dismissively, her long, flowing hair cascading effortlessly off her tired shoulders and around her waist. Rogue's tone could have been taken as an accusation, an inquiry, or simply a statement. The she-wolf had learnt to mould her words unreadable; just like her expression.

You are no Lycaness any more.
At least the blonde didn't have to explain her new status herself. Rogue had taken the liberty for her. Nodding once in confirmation, Hayz opened her mouth to speak again. "No, I am not. The potion went... well... and that's why I'm here. I honestly couldn't have done it without you all."
A small smile stayed on her face. The tunnel Lycans, those she considered her friends, had stood by her all the way. They had helped her turn into her Wolven form for the only time, they had made sure she was safe, they had taken her in when the Forest pack became too much for her.
How she hoped they would remain her friends now she was no longer one of their kind.
"How are you all? Something seems... different down here..."

Rogue's expression shifted to that of amusement as Hayzie asked how they all were. The lycaness could have scoffed, having heard the same question uncountable times, and having been the one to roll off the answer emotionless uncountable times too. Why now, there was almost humour in it all. Rogue could have laughed, but that would have been rude. My, wasn't she becoming hostile?
"I can't speak on the half of we. But I'll ask, what event is the last thing you knew about down here?" She posed the question for the blonde so that it would be easier to speak of what had happened since. Whether it was the death of Sealla during labour, the reincarnation of Sealla, the death of Sealla again, the death of Amelia, Faith and whoever else died afterward, of simply the massacre of the tunnel pups.
Yes, Rogue could count them all on fingers now with ease. It was sick.

"Duh duh duh...duh-duh-duh, duh-duh-duh...duh duh duh...duh-duh, duh-duh, duh-duh, duh-duh...duhhhhhh" came a loud singing-humming voice echoing through the tunnels, originating from the tunnel entrance. It was the tune to a “War of the worlds” musical song, which had somehow appeared in the brunette’s head earlier that day, for some reason unknown the pink eyed female.
Amelia appeared moments after her singing could be heard, a smile clearly evident on her features, despite the constant tense atmosphere that clung to the tunnels like a foul odour. After all; ‘Mia had no memory of all the bad that had occurred in this place she had called home, she had met a great new girl…life was good the overly skinny brunette.
Stopping dead in her tracks as she came face to face with the others, her smile soon faltered, as she noticed something didn’t appear just right between them. Looking towards the only one she recognised, Xavier-the male who was apparently her lycan father, she pleaded silently for some kind of help…who were these women she didn’t know…what were they doing here, and why did they appear to tense?
“Erm….sorry to interrupt…I’ll er…just go to my chamber…” she apologised, trying to slip past them without making any more of a nuisance out of herself…

Hayzie's mind had been racing trying to think of an answer to Rogue's question. She was sure... was it Sealla dying? She was sure about it... but just as she opened her mouth to answer, a joyful tune came from nearby, and she couldn't help but turn her head round to see who it was.
However the owner of the voice surprised her.
"Amelia?!" Hayzie called out as the brunette Lycan girl announced she would stay in her chamber. "Amelia, don't go! You look... erm..." awful was the word that had come to mind. Amelia looked so thin. "Are you okay?"
Her friend was a definite welcome distraction from Rogue.

Hearing this total stranger call her voice was weird...and it caught Amelia's attention. As she stared at Hayzie, her mind was a blank: she had no clue who the blond before her was.
Again, without conciously trying to do it, 'Mia tapped in on someone's thoughts...unfortunately for her they were Hayzie's at the precise moment when the blond was thinking how awful 'Mia looked.
"Well thankyou" she said sarcastically. "I'm just fine actually!" she announced.
Before starting to push past Hayzie with more force so that she could get to her chamber, however, the brunette came to an abrupt standstill: this was her home...why did she have to get out of the way?
"Who are you anyway?" she suddenly demanded of the blond, realising that she was human while the lilac eyed female was a lycan.
