Although it was the most unlikely place to find the woman, the least she could do was return the brown Lycan to her home after such a long, unforgiving battle. With the wind finally dying down due to passing down the passage, her long black tresses eventually settled before her eyes, spearing through her vision momentarily, appearing like prison bars looking out into the room. As per usual, during the winter, the wood fire was lit, but no scent did she pick up.
Perhaps they were all out teaching the pups to hunt.
Either way, her self-assigned job was fulfilled as the unconscious girl lolled from Sealla's shoulder onto the cold floor with a dull thud. Dark, glassy blue eyes scanned the room once again, taking in the dim light and lack of company, then turned on her heel to pace towards the tunnel exit. The faster the woman left, the less questions asked.

As Amelia had been carried back to the tunnels, by Sealla, her wounds had the chance to self heal, and being dropped to the floor was the final jerk to bring Amelia back to consciousness.
Rubbing her eyes wearily, and quickly ensuring that her jaw was in the correct place, she sprang to her feet seeing that Sealla was in the tunnels but about to leave.
"WAIT!" she called out, running over to Sealla, and quickly catching up with her.
Amelia was probably a few inches shorter than Sealla, and she looked up into her mother's eyes after grabbing her arm and spinning her around.
"Don't go, you're home now!" she said, smiling, not completely understanding the situation. Wrapping her arms around Sealla's waist she clung tightly, hugging with every bit of love she had. "I love you Momma. I love you" she whispered.

A shape loomed in the Entry as Kage entered the Tunnels in Lycan form, a fresh kill held in his jaws.
Then, in a rather comically bizarre fashion, his jaw dropped open as he saw Sealla in front of him. He dropped to sit on his haunches, jaw still opened wide in amazement.
.... I missed something, didnt I?
The angle didnt afford him a solid view of Amelia, thus he could not see her wounds.

What could she do? Easy. Pull the girl away. Sure enough the woman's hands once again wrapped themselves around Amelia's wrists, and wrenched the girl from around her waist. Without meaning to do any harm, she threw the girl away from her and caught her in a deep, cold stare, which swivelled towards the voice at the mouth of the entrance. "This isn't my home," she spat harshly towards the both of them.
Now only a few metres from Kage and the exit, she strode strongly away from Amelia, towards the rout home. Knowing fully that the black Lycan in front of her would probably block the exit, her hand gripped a large lock of his thick fur around his neck and tugged him away, leaving the tunnel clear. The moonlight looked so inviting, and the game was probably at its peak now.

He had to drop the bombshell, the opportunity was simply too perfect.
Even as she tugged him aside, he shuffled and dramatically shifted his weight, bringing her back inside. He shifted to human as he did so, a cheshire grin upon his face.
"Did Amelia tell you that we're engaged?"

Still holding her harsh glare at the both of them as Kage had abruptly forced her to stay, she snarled a reply "Congratulations," though not really meaning it. Again, she shoved the palm of her hand into the man's chest and pushed him away, then quickly shifted to her preffered form with a snarl across her muzzle. It seemed as though that was the most common expression from the she-wolf, but it hardly mattered.
With quick enough paw movements, she loped past the man and left the mouth of the tunnel, letting the moonlight spill down on her midnight-coloured form. Finally the snarl had left her lips, and after turning her head to face down the tunnels once again, she gave a warning growl and loped towards the forest, through the path of the lake.

'Mommeeeeee Daddeeeeeee!! Cealla's being meeeeeeean!!!' The childish words rang through the tunnels as four little feet ran towards the tunnel's entrance, skidding to a stop and a small wolf slid into the back of her father's leg. 'Daddeeee! Tell h-'
Upon noticing the almost cold atmosphere that was surrounding her parents and the other woman in the entrance, Alissa quietened and her eyes widened a little. It was the same one from the forest before when she had been. She even smelt the same. But why was she here? Taking a step backwards and hiding behind her father's leg which she had run into only seconds before, the Lycan pup asked quietly: 'What's she doing here?'

Such a sweet, sweet scent.
Rogue slinked through the tunnels easily, her mind set on a single notion. The thin layer of silver silk that adorned her slim body rippled by her heels and trailed about an inch on the ground as she walked, heading directly for Amelia, Kage, Alissa, and "Sealla..." Rogue whispered, her violet eyes watching her own bare feet as she walked into the main area.
Letting her hands fall empty by her sides, and curling her fingers to her palms every so gently, Rogue glanced up through her straight white hair and settled a strong gaze on the haunches of the departing black she-wolf. Sealla... She sent through her mind as well, a soft, haunting tone, just enough to let Sealla know it was Rogue who was calling her.
And then, she waited in silence, watching the tunnel entrance for a shadowed paw.

And sure enough, the call reached the black she-wolf, and moments later the shadowed paw graced the entrance to the tunnels once again. With both her triangle ears perked forward down the hollow, she could only just determine another figure that echoed sweetly within her mind. It was Rogue wearing that silken gown, just like she had done that night she visited the Forest. That night she visited the raven-haired woman.
Rogue? she cooed gently, contradicting the vicious yelling she was going before she had left Amelia and Kage baffled. Neither of the other Lycans had obviously noticed the wounds generated by the shadowed wolf on their dear Amelia, but why should that have mattered? The wolf, standing tall at the mouth not daring to saunter back down to her old home, let out an uncompramised whimper as the scents wafted past her muzzle.
Pups. Everywhere. Blood. Everywhere.

Rogue rested her head to one side gently, taking in the sight of the lovely black she-wolf. Moving her features to a pained look, she cast a glance at Amelia's healing wounds, then back at Sealla, driving a stake through herself on the inside as to what she could bring herself to say, let alone do.
Taking a deep breath, Rogue took a slow step forward and dropped to the ground on her knees, her eyeline perfect with Sealla's. Her lilac gaze fused with ice-blue, and she could have sat there for hours, stuck in a moulded connection in but a simple gaze. But she couldn't, she had to have her arms around the aged pelt of the black she-wolf.
She just had to.
"Sealla, come in." She whispered softly, playing her words carefully, and instead of saying 'come here' she made a peace with 'come in', to keep the moment with the other lycans as well. Rogue wanted Sealla to come inside the tunnels, she wanted to talk, they needed to talk, but it was nearly breaking the very bones in Rogue's legs to stop herself from running over and throwing her arms around Sealla.
Impulse could be such a dangerous thing. Patience was a virtue.

Sealla, come in, were the words that echoed through the tunnels, and bounded off the walls of Sealla's caving-in mind. One response was to just turn and bolt back to the safety of the forest, back where she could be the vicious animal she wanted to be at any time. In the tunnels, she had to be civil, because she was in their home, not hers. The other response was to slowly pad down the tunnel she once called 'home' and greet the others in a cool manner.
A mingle of the two ended up being the case. Sure, she padded down the tunnel tentatively again, but with both her ears pressed flat against her head and her tail tucked slightly underneath her, as if being told off by a mother. But the woman crouched on her knees on the floor making eye-contact with the she-wolf seemed almost as scared as Sealla, whilst the other two stood bolt-upright.
Sealla stopped mid-step a metre from the three, backed up against the cave wall with her haunches on the floor. She however didn't say anything.

Being pushed away once again, the pain of rejection threatened to tear Amelia's heart into two. Falling to the floor, not because of the force that Sealla had pushed her away with, but because of being emotionally drained, Amelia didn't glance up when Kage entered.
As Alissa ran in screaming, Amelia reached out with not much effort and scooped her up protectively from the corner, and held her close.
Sealla had been about to leave when Rogue came through. Amelia was so jealous that Sealla loved Rogue, and not her, but at least it'd gotten Sealla to come back into the tunnels.
Amelia remained on the floor, knowing that if she moved that Sealla would leave again. She began to weep silently, the tears rolling off her cheeks and landing on the top of Alissa's head.
"Please, if you won't stay for me, your son or even Xavier...stay for Rogue? It's obvious that you love each other..." she said quietly, trying to convince Sealla.

Kage sighed deeply as Sealla brushed him off again. No matter what they did, Sealla did not seem to care about any of the Tunnel Lycans, save Rogue.
He slumped next to his fiance, holding her gently in his arms as he whispered soothing words to her, all the while concentrating on putting what little magick he could call upon into healing her wounds.
He looked up at Sealla as she returned, looking her briefly in the eyes before giving a minute shake of his head.
She had come back, it obviously changed nothing.

With her tail wrapped around her slumped form protectively, the black she-wolf didn't let out any emotion, though it wanted to escape so badly. None of them understood, Rogue probably didn't either, but she was closer to understanding Sealla than the others. You all just don't get it, she began, holding her hurt, trembling voice as well as she could, all of the tunnel Lycans except Rogue and Paige (of whom I think are lone) had come into the forest demanding an explanation for it all.
Her body couldn't take it for much longer. No way. With the shake of Kage's head, it was the cherry on top of the cake, forcing Sealla's form to collapse under the weight of it all onto her belly with all paws out from under her. You all wanted the old Sealla back, but you already had her. Hopefully they would understand what she meant by what she said. Again the she-wolf's tail slunk around her body as she shook uncontrollably.

You already had her.
Those four words were enough to send every single bit of contempt and anger that he had harbored towards Sealla these past few days (weeks?) to flee his body, replacing with only one, shaky statement.
"N-no.... cant be. The Sealla we knew wouldnt have...." His voice trailed off, his eyes boring into Sealla's as he grasped for the slight bit of dishonesty behind her questions.
Sealla wouldnt.... couldnt.... attack her own flesh and blood.... could she?
