It just seemed to be one of those days. One of those days when the world seemed to be moving too slowly, and everyone else, but you, seemed to be moving to fast. That was exactly how Persephone felt at that moment. She was wondering how exactly time seemed to be lagging for her, and yet all of her friends were caught on fast forward. It was odd to say the least.
Sighing, Persephone pulled herself out of the chair that she was sitting in the common room. No one was in there, not that that was much of a surprise. She hadn't really seen anyone all morning, and there didn't seem to be any signs of that changing. So it seemed that Sephe would need to do something before she went absolutely insane....
I need to get some stuff for potions too... It would be nice to pick up some clothes, and maybe some stuff for...well...fun times in the common room
With that happily decied, Persephone got up and left the common room. Her long silvery hair flowed around her body. She ran a hand through her long hair, and her eyes danced with laughter and rekindled light. A t least she would have something to do now...
Happily, she walked down the stairs and out of the castle altogether. She made her way down the cobbled steps to Diagon Alley where she looked at the stores. Usually she wouldn't have come here to shop, but that was why she had. She wondered if she had just been going to all the wrong places to see any life at all.
Her emerald eyes gazed at the shops around her, and she wondered if anyone was around.
Glory, where can everyone be?

Chantelle had been rushing around Diagon Alley all morning trying to pull together something to occupy herself that evening and maybe for a few evenings afterward. It was strange that somehow she had read through all of her books for the year, struggled through many spells to learn them all, and now she didn't have anything to do.
Stumbling out of the bookstore with a few puzzlebooks and a fiction book to spend a night at the Lake until everyone was in bed before returning to the common room completely undetected. After all, no one knew she existed, why would they mind if she was late? Why would anyone see her?
Looking up at the sky and crinkling up her nose a little, Channy began to head back up to the Leaky Couldren to get the Knight Bus back to Hogsmeade so she could return to the school. But as she slipped into a daydream, the tiny brown haired girl didn't realise she was about to do one of the scariest things she had done for a long time.
She bumped into someone.
"Oh my," Chantelle squeaked, her face burning up from embaressment, the squeaking from where she had spoken to none in many months. "I-I-I'm so sorry," Channy whispered, stepping backwards a little and shaking uncontrolably. "A-A-Are y-y-y-y-you ok-kay?"

Persephone must have been zoned out. She'd been puzzling over where everyone had gone, and she must have forgotten to watch where she was going. Maybe it was a good thing that she had bump into someone before she had managed to get herself run over by someone who wouldn't really care that the small Ravenclaw might just happen to be in the way. So in that, manner she thought, perhaps it was a good thing she'd bumped into another person and not some crazy person with road rage.
Still, the other, a brown haired girl. Asked if she was ok. Persephone was a little sore from her fall, but being short, made her fall not so big. Certainly, she'd have a few bruises, and she might be a little sore in the morning, but at the moment, she was fine.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Are you though?"
Worry filled her eyes. She'd be guilty if she'd ended up hurting some one just because she'd zoned out of it. That would be something Persephone didn't think she could so easily forget about.

Chantelle nodded in answer, her grey eyes turning blue very very quickly. As quickly as her eyes turned blue, similar colour sparks came to her hair making the tiny girl jump backwards. Not again the Ravenclaw girl thought to herself, unsure as to why the sparks that had been dormant for so long suddenly came back. They came from fear, but it was only nerves that coursed through her veins at that moment. Severe nerves.
As they calmed again, her long waist length hair losing the static appearance and her eyes greying once more, Chantelle gave a nervous smile and held her hand out to help the older girl up. "I-It's my-my fau-fault," she stuttered nervously, "I was.. daydreaming."

Persephone watched as something quite unusal happened. She would have explained it...but logic just couldn't. But that didn't mean what she saw wasn't happening. There was always a chance that magic could affect everyone here differently, and this was just one of the cases where a human being had been changed by the magic. There was always that chance, and Persephone was certain that was what had happened, though the other girl certaintly seemed to be trying to control whatever was happening.
She watched as the color of the others eyes changed, and sparks dirfted in her hair. She was have blamed static electricity, but there was no cause for that. Still, Persephone just mentally shrugged. You just had to roll with the punches, or you'd never make it through the first round. That was how she saw it, and so she wasn't put off at all by Chantelle's odd sparklyness.
"My fault too though. Maybe I can make this up to you some how. I mean, I ran into you too."
She took the extended hand, and pulled herself up. She brushed her clothing off slightly, but hadn't ripped anything. That was good. She didn't really want to house elves after her for ripping a pair of brand new robes...or her sisters for that fact.
ooc: Sorry the awful post. I'm sick, and it's kinda getting in the way of writing.

Dante came with the cool wind the sound of voices reached her ears. One belonged to her friend Persephone and one she didn't know. Her silver kimono cool from the wind kept her steps light and slow. Her now silver hair blew obscuring her face and her blind eyes once a grey color were tinted with a blood red. She stepped slowly and stopped by her friend. Tilting her head to the side.
"Hello Persephone." She said quietly. She smiled slightly smiles were forgein to her anymore she had not talked to her friend for a while and missed her some.
"What have you been up to as of late?"

Persephone turned as she heard Dante's voice. It seemed different now though. Before her friend had smiled easily enough, light had filled her eyes, sightless as they were, and she seemed to glow with life. Sephe had known that things were changing with her friend, but perhaps she'd been to close to her friend to notice it before. Perhaps...
"How have you been Dante? I've been trapped in homework and practicing Quidditch."
She beamed happily. She hadn't seen Dante for a while and she wanted to spend a few more moments of laughter with her. That was what seemed to be the most important things to her these days. Friends.
ooc: sorry for the crappy post guys! *is short on time*
