It was a rainy miserable day when Sakura was in Diagon Ally she was shopping for some new school books and stuff. She looked in many shop windows having no idea on what to buy or what to not buy because it was useless. Lightening loomed above and made her jump; she didn’t have a raincoat or anything to stop her from getting wet. She would have given anything to hop on a plane and go to the Sahara desert for a day to get warm, but then again that would be a little too hot for her taste.
She fond shelter so she dry off a bit but she was soaked and didn’t see the point in just standing around to let her clothes drip rather than dry. Sakura emerged from the shop roof she had been standing under and walked on. After a few minutes she was lost, barely anyone was there with her and she didn’t know he surroundings either. Her stomach rumbled for something to eat and meanwhile the storm overhead got worse as she stood.
“Can you help me?” she said to a person who was travelling passed her. Her clothes weighed a tonne and she could barely stand. “I’m lost.”

Well.
This was far from the best weather to be traipsing around Diagon Alley in. And Faye didn't quite know why she was here, spare the fact that she needed a new set of quills and figured that this was the best place to buy them. But the weather had turned bad from the moment she got off the bus in Diagon Alley. While she managed to conjure up a water repelling charm for herself, she couldn't help but notice all the people who were getting soaked. Oh well- not really her problem.
Dodging the witches and wizards who were diving for cover, she ducked into the quill store and glanced around. It looked smaller than before, or maybe it had just been a while since she'd been. That was probably closer to the truth. Sighing, she tried to decide between a pair of dragon claw tipped quills and a pair with a decorative phoenix feather on it. Finally, she picked the phoenix feather ones and bought them, then quickly ran back into the rain.
'Can you help me?' Glancing down a bit, she noticed the slightly smaller girl standing next to her. She looked familliar, somehow... but how? Ah yes. Sakura. Lottie's cousin, if she remembered correctly.
"Are you okay?" She asked, concerned as she took off her cloak and handed it to the girl. "What are you doing all the way out here?" Withdrawing her wand from her pocket, she cast the water-repelling spell over Sakura. Hopefully that would make her a bit more comfortable.

“Thank you,” Sakura said her clothes were still wet but the charm would now give her a chance to dry off a little, “I’m looking for some school things can you help me?” the girl whom she was talking to looked familiar in some way, “your Faerlain, am I right?” she was the prefect of Hufflepuff, faye had comforted Lottie and Sakura whenever things got too tough for both of them to handle. The rumbling in her stomach rose up again and this time she had someone who could guide her around. “Do you know somewhere, where I can eat?” she asked, while her clothes were almost suitably dry.
Sakura sneezed and shivered; she realized that she was wet and freezing, not the best combination in the world. She looked around, only them and another one or two people were roaming the streets now, it was too wet and cold to be doing anything. “Somewhere warm would be good too,” she added quietly.

[OOC: I apologize for not posting sooner.]
Glancing around while the girl spoke, her eyes landed on a small tavern not far from where they stood. She'd only been in there once before, back when Xavier and Sealla had been more social. Well.. back when Sealla was alive and Xavier wasn't a lycan. It had felt like a fairly sociable place, as well as not that prone to the average bar brawl. Figuring that it might be a good place for both of them to dry off, she gestured for Sakura to follow after her. They would have plenty of time to talk once they were both inside and warmed up, hopefully with a couple of butterbeers in their hands.
The tavern was packed- most of the people that had been outside had sought refuge in the small bar. There were a few muggle umbrellas scattered around and you could faintly hear witches and wizards casting drying charms over themselves. A roaring fire occupied the fireplace, in front of which many smaller children and one large cat contented to dry themselves. Somehow, Faye managed to get them a booth all the way in the corner, as well as order drinks.
"So." She said, placing her hands down on the table and folding them. "You'll really have to tell me what brings you to Diagon Alley, Sakura. And yes, I'm Faerlain, but I'd much prefer if you simply called me Faye."

Sakura followed as they went in what looked like pub or restaurant, it was very crammed and it was difficult for her to get through the crowds of witches and wizards that were drying themselves off using some charms. “Well, I had to get some school things,” she said when they had reached a corner then paused to try and remember what she had to buy, “A new quill, some ink and some school books.” She could not remember the names so she left them out until she could.
“Sorry, I just have not seen you around in a long time, Faye,” Sakura watched as some of the children started to play around the fire after they had got reasonably dry. It was warm inside the tavern, it may have been squished up but that added to the warmth of the place. The more people you get in a small area the air well get warmer from body heat and their realists breathe. “So, what now?” she said after a while of silence between the two.

W00t, my best story yet! *holds head high* “Sakura?” She shouted across the empty street. It had been pouring down with rain, and everyone had sheltered. “Sakura?” she asked, again with no reply. ‘I’m sure that was her!’ Kelli whispered to herself. She could have sworn it was Sakura! But she was nowhere to be seen. Kelli saw Sakura with another person that looked like a prefect, but she couldn’t be sure. Kelli started to look through all of the shop windows and looked in all of the traverns, searching for Sakura. Then she came to a particularly small travern that was nearby where she had seen Sakura and her friend. Kelli took a quick look inside, it was packed! She scanned the room; it didn’t look as if Sakura was there. She stood outside and slumped against the wall. “Where is she?” She sighed. She decided to have another look in all of the shops and traverns, again!! ‘God! What a pain.’ She thought. She decided to start with the last one she checked and work backwards. So Kelli stood up straight and looked in the travern next to her, which was the last one she checked. She had a proper look this time, and guess what? There in the corner was Sakura. She sighed angrily to herself, ‘Why does this always happen to me!?’ The other person was a prefect, a hufflepuff prefect, that she faintly recognised. All Kelli knew about her was that she was a popular student and she was friends with Sakura’s cousin, Lottie. and her name was Faerlain. Kelli walked in… ‘Phew’ she thought ‘it’s humid in here!’ she started to push through the crowds, over to Sakura and Faerlain, just to hear Sakura call Faerlain, Faye. ‘Right, that’s her nickname’ she thought. She came past a couple of kids playing next to the fire and a cute little cat sitting in front of it. “Mmmmmm” Kelli said warmly. She came closer but they hadn’t noticed her. She finally, after eaves-dropping on their conversation, walked over to the table they were sitting at, “Hi Sakura and…” Kelli paused, coming over all shy, “…Erm, F-Faerlain, or shall I-I-I call you F-Faye?” She stammered, shaking to death. ‘Why am I so shy and why do I always make a fool of myself? Can’t I just be like any normal person?’ She thought while putting on a smile and hiding her shaking hands, trying to cover up her shyness. OCC: Owwwww my fingers! *holds head low*
