Her stomach was tied up in knots so tight it hurt more than made her nervous. Having to stuff her hands in her pockets in order to stop them from shaking, the average on-looker could tell she was way passed nervous at this point.
The sun was still in the sky, but it’s descend was going to be soon. Hogsmeade wasn’t all that busy anymore, but there was still quite a few people bustling about, finishing up their day. Children begged their parents to get things for them, toys, candy and such, and parents denied them what they wanted. A normal day, everything the same as it always is. But not for the slight blonde. Oh, it wasn’t a normal day, that was for sure.
The blonde lycaness had awoken early that morning, which really wasn’t all that new to her, but she had awoken for different reasons then usual. And, she hadn’t been able to fall asleep well the night before. She had been way to nervous for the day that was going to follow.
After rushing around in a semi-panic all morning, and into the afternoon, Faith finally found what she was going to wear. Her newest pair of jeans, a white tee, a red button-up long-sleeved shirt over it, and a black zipper-up sweater over that. The sleeves of her red shirt were longer then her black sweaters, so they came out a few inches, but nothing to extreme. It wasn’t her most fancy, dressy outfit, but it certainly was a large improvement from her recent clothing, mostly consistent of warn-in jeans, tanks, and baggy sweaters.
Apply a tiny bit of makeup, mostly just to bring out her glacial-blue eyes, Faith frowned slightly; makeup so wasn’t her thing. Oh well. Letting her golden blonde hair fall down freely, Faith gave it a slight curl, perfecting her look for the day. It had taken her almost all day, but she was finally ready.
Her breath caught in her throat as she thought about what she was getting ready for. Glancing at the clock on her bedside table, Faith counted down the time it would be until it was time for her to go meet Rayne for their date. Date, what a scary word. There had been a time, not long ago, that Faith thought she would never get nervous/excited in this way again, but Ray-ray had proved her differently.
Ray had helped Faith through a lot of stuff, probably more then the other lycaness knew she had. Faith probably would have died from malnutrition or something of the sorts if it hadn’t been for Rayne. Faith had regained back most of what she lost, although her muscles were taking a little longer to come back then she’d expected, but they were getting there.
After the initial shock of being asked out on a date by Rayne, who had seen her at her absolute worst, Faith had happily agreed. There was no denying that she really liked the other girl, although she was insanely nervous about the whole dating someone again. She just hoped being hope that this date would go nicely, after all, first dates were very important.
She now stood next to the store they had agreed to meet at. Shifting from foot to foot nervously, Faith shoved her hands deeper into her pockets, moving her crystalline gaze around slowly, trying to push away the butterflies in her stomach. Although she wouldn’t admit it out loud, she greeted the butterflies warmly, it had been a while since anyone made her have butterflies, and she took it as a good sign.

Another turning point, a fork stuck in the road.
Time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go.
So make the best of this test, and don't ask why.
It's not a question, but a lesson learned in time.

It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right.
I hope you had the time of your life.
So take the photographs, and still frames in your mind.
Hang it on a shelf in good health and good time.
Tattoos of memories and dead skin on trial.
For what it's worth, it was worth all the while.
