Finally, she was ready to go. It was early on a Sunday morning, but the blonde headed girl leaving the Gryffindor common room didn’t mind. It had been too long since she had started her mission, and she had spent longer on it than she would have liked thanks to obstacles that had got in her way. Glaring down at her knees while she wheeled herself down the corridors, Hayzie levitated herself down several flights of stairs before reaching the grounds of the school, placing a silencing charm on her wheelchair, and simply hoping it would work.
After all, if there were clanking wheels, how on earth was one supposed to sneak in order to gain the object which one seeks.
Shaking her head, Hayzie could only hope that getting through the Lycan’s territory of the forest to get to the Elven part would be easier than she was imagining. The previous evening had been littered with mental images, even though the Forest Lycan clan had thinned out as of late from what she had heard.
“C’mon, Hayz. Stop being stupid. You’re supposed to be a freakin’ Gryffindor… not a mouse!” she scolded herself almost silently as she wheeled her way into the forest, keeping to the path that many had laid out before her. However this path was more difficult to travel across now that she wasn’t simply on two feet. Occasionally, levitation had to be used, occasionally she found herself swearing silently, but after a while, the blonde got the hang of it.
Forty five minutes later, the Lycan territory ended. The forest ahead of her seemed to be much more welcoming than the outskirts and mid-centre which many students did not get past. It seemed much lighter, the fog disappeared to make way for what seemed to be a stream of sunlight coming in through the leafy roof of the forest. This was where she needed to be. After weeks of trying to figure out a route, all she had to do was follow the brown dirt track. It didn’t have quite the same effect as the yellow brick road… but it would do for now.
Keeping her wand somewhere she could reach it easily if anything happened, Hayzie began travelling into the elven territory, renewing the silencing charm on her chair, and making sure she kept as silent as possible.

She had overslept this morning.
Usually, the blond haired elf girl woke up even before the dawn, just simply for the sake of enjoying how beautiful the forest around her was. She would sit out on the very edge of the flet that she lived in with her grandfather and look out over the forest, watching the colors explode over the horizon. Then they would eat breakfast together, laughing and joking as he told her the stories from when he was just a little elf.
But... he had died not more than a week ago. And she had been left alone.
Two students from that magic school had killed him- at least from the rumors she'd heard. A pair of lycans brought his body back to the flet, brusied and broken, and told the story of how two boys had ambushed him and killed him using magic, just for sport. Even now, her hands clenched into fists just thinking about it. How dare they.
So when she awoke to find that the sun had risen and she had missed it, she was thrown into an utterly foul mood. If her grandfather had been alive, the two of them would be eating breakfast together right now. Oh, how she wished that she could take the events of last week back. She would kill a thousand students if it would only bring him back to her.
But the day wasn't wasted. She could still spend it out looking for herbs, and then she could plot her vengence at a later time. Picking up her bow and quiver and slinging them over her back, she scurried down the tree and landed with a soft thump right onto the dirt path.
It took her a few seconds to even realize the girl was there, but once she did her eyes instantly narrowed. She could accept the intrusion of lycans, for they sometimes got lost and wandered. And they had never killed any of her kind- especially not someone so close to her.
"What are you doing here, girl..." She growled, drawing an arrow and notching it. "Speak. You'll be lucky if I don't kill you right where you sit."
OOC: A little side note- a flet is a kind of a treehouse for elves.

Eurus followed Hayzie as she wheeled along in her wheelchair, silent as death as he launched from tree to tree effortlessly. His duster flew behind him in the breeze as he perched on a branch, his golden eyes shining into the night. Red locks of hair flowed with the wind, obscuring his vision for only moments as he observed the poor girl struggle her way through the forest path.
It was strange, Eurus hadn't been expecting a defenseless child to come into the forest in a wheelchair. He was intrigued by her courage, so he left his current meal in a tree, slung over a large branch and followed. How did the girl get into such a state? A gloved hand rested on his cheek as he thought, silver chains clanking together.
Eurus wouldn't harm Hayzie, he remembered her. He was already shocked about the fact that Hayzie was a lycan, but the fact that he legs were rendered useless made him feel almost bad for her. His eyes flashed a silver color before settling to their casual red, nails out as he launched into another tree.
The Elven forest. Eurus wrinkled his nose, looking at the happy seeming place. Well, at least she was less likely to get attacked by something in here, he thought. So he sat just inside the elven forest, watching Hayzie as she went. Just as he looked away from the figure, he ended up swallowing his words.
Quickly ripping through the trees, Eurus dropped to the ground, his duster staying suspended for a few seconds before falling to touch the grass. "He looked at the arrow, which was now pointed at him and raised a brow.
"That's very... kind of you to threaten a poor girl in a wheelchair with a pointy stick." He poked it, making a face. "Not to mention how I'll make you wish you never woke up today if you don't put that away."

Hayzie had just opened her mouth to make a calm reply when a rather unexpected character showed up. Since when did Eurus Gaftler care about student safety? Maybe it was a new thing in the forest since the pack of Lycans had just about disbanded. Seeing the red-headed demon poke the arrow which was mounted into the bow, a laugh almost came, but Hayz forced it back down, trying to keep the mood as serious as possible, and keep her mind on the task at hand.
Putting her wand safely back in her pocket to show she menant no harm, Hayzie's eyes first glanced over at Eurus. "I'm sure you're aware that I'm capable of looking after myself," she smiled, an almost teasing tone to her voice. After all, how many tight situations had the blonde Lycan girl managed to wriggle her way out of, even if only seconds before pushing one button too many. However the elven girl had asked a question, and Hayzie was more than willing to answer it without any sense of sarcasm, but with every sense of truth.
After all, speaking was something she could do very well.
"I've come to request a favor, as such," she explained. "I am on a... mission of sorts to gain ingredients for a potion, and for this potion I require a single plant from your forest. I know that stealing it would never be the best approach," Hayzie continued, shuddering as she remembered the adventure in the mermaid's cave, "So therefore, I'm hoping a peaceful compromise can be made."

Not for the first time, Hayzie had the feeling she was being watched by someone who was not a member of the small clustered group. Green eyes slid to one side and up a little as leaves rustled in one tree. On a perfectly still morning, leaves did not rustle like that. Maybe this was how Ash felt that day when she got caught in a similar position.
Taking her wand out discreetly and pointing it behind her, she whispered: Mobilicorpus, her wand pointing at the offending branch. As if by magic (ooc: -grins-) a blue haired boy Hayz recognised as a Gryffindor student appeared, floating towards the ground on command of the blonde's wand. The tiniest roll of the eyes was all that was there as she gently lay him back on the ground.
"If I were you, I'd go back quickly. Miss Elf over here already looks quite annoyed. So take my advice, okay?" she told him sweetly, putting her wand back in her pocket. It wasn't until after these words had been spoken that Hayzie remembered Chailyn's reaction when she tried to help Mary out of the forest. Boy was that a sticky situation.

No humans are allowed here, you of all should know this came a horrid hissing voice just before a steel-capped boot slammed into the side of the boy's head, knocking him unconscious. The body fell to the ground with a dull thud, and from beside the boy, the woman swept herself deeply into a bow towards the three others. "Please excuse my intrusion, I mean no harm towards yourself or anyone else in the vicinity. This boy is a menace to any creature other than human. Would you mind if I 'escourt' this child out?" Sealla asked patiently, manners dripping from her words like honey.
Sure, she wasn't in her own territory, but the Lycaness was sure that this pitiful human being was unwelcome. With a slight side glance at the wheel chair struck girl, showing she bore no harm on her, the woman waited patiently for the reply of the elf. She was tresspassing to a slight extent, but the human and the others were too. If she were to be punished the others would too. A logical way of thinking, to an extent.
One of the few reasons she hadn't attacked Hayzie was because she was trying to change herself back from being so viciously turned into a Lycan, thus for the moment, gained Sealla's protection from... herself. But if she hadn't gained the permission from the graceful elf in front of her, the Lycan would most probably take the boy either way as she left.

From the moment the demon appeared, she simply hated his adittude. Absolutely no respect for her, or her people. It seemed as if he had been following the girl for quite a while already, probably crossing into her section of the forest without permission. The temptation to shoot him was certainly there, though she wasn't sure how effective that would be. Would a single arrow to the chest kill him?
After a few seconds of thought, she growled under her breath and lowered the bow for a moment. Damn demon. He was so cocky. Why couldn't beings like this just stay on their side of the forest? Sometimes things just weren't fair.
"Don't try and make me pity her." She replied, her eyes still cold and holding absolutely no pity for the trespassing student. "And I'll do whatever I please- might I remind you that this is the ELVEN section of the forest, and not the demon one? You're trespassing just as much as she is."
Carefully, she took a few steps back from the demon and raised her bow again as she listen to the girl's request. A single plant? Never before had something like that been given out, especially to so low a creature as a human. She had plenty of plants, of course, but she would have to be given a good enough reason to just give something so powerful away.
"I am inclined to say no." The elf replied, her bow still raised. "A plant like that is no mere trinket. In all honesty, I really just don't want to give you one. Now, I'd advise that you leave before I ignore this demon's idle threats and actually shoot you."
But the appearance of the boy was a rather pleasant suprise. Her eyes almost sparkled with delight as the girl lowered him down from the trees and ordered him to go back. Oh no, he would quite possibly never go back again. Grinning, she finally lowered her bow and began to approach him when the black lycan suddenly appeared, knocking the boy out and then making a request of her own.
"No." She replied, glancing at the boy with greedy eyes. "This happens to be my territory, otherwise I would be all too happy to let you deal with him. But I'm sure nobody here would object if I were to kill him- a stone for a stone, they say." The chance had come to avenge her grandfather's death- sooner than she thought it would.
"I'll either take him..." She said, gesturing towards the rude, loud-mouthed boy. "Or her. Though I'm leaning towards the boy, currently, seeing how he doesn't have any respect at all for his elders. I do hate that trait in an insolent human."

Eurus arched a brow at the elf, folding his arms as he watched the girl back up and draw her bow once more. He ran his tongue over a fang, parting his lips slightly as his gaze drifted upwards. The forest was a tad too cheery for him, and the inhabitants rather thick-headed. A bow, against a demon? He snorted.
A long, drawn-out sigh escaped his lips as he heard the boy behind him. "What the f***," was all he muttered under his breath, dropping his head. What a nuisance. Why couldn't the boy just leave the fact he got his ass kicked alone? He reached for a cigarette in his pocket, his eyes a flaring gold as he pressed it to his lips. "You don't mind, I hope," he said to the elven girl, ignoring Will's existence.
Maybe Sealla can mutilate the blooming idiot and spare us all. Eurus looked to Hayz, the corner of his mouth twitching as he put his hands on his hips, the unlit smoke held lazily between his lips. A headache formed out of the fact Will was within 50 metres of the demon.
"Yes, kill the idiot," Eurus could've even drew a target on Will's forehead with fifty dozen arrows pointing towards it all over his face. God, he wanted that child dead. "Spare yourself and the rest of us before he slaughters us with his boundless stupidity." A sad, puppy-eyed pleading face formed on his features, looking to both Sealla and the elvan. "... Pwease??"

At least she was leaning away from Hayz in regards to who her anger was aimed at. A quiet sigh of relief almost left the blonde's mouth, but was held back. There was no way she would show that now. She was here on business, not a social visit, and she had not come this far to die on the last obsticale.
"I don't wish to use it as a trinket," Hayzie explained, trying to put as much respect in her voice as possible. It seemed that the elf was not overly keen on humans... which made her task that little bit more difficult. After all, why would she want to add another one to their kind who had already been torn from its clutches unvoluntarily.
"And you may not want to give me one... but I don't particularly want to leave until you've at least heard out the full story, and maybe reconsidered," the Gryffindor tried, deciding to stand her ground rather than run. "I don't ask for pity," with these words, green eyes momentarily slid to Sealla, flinching a little, "simply for the smallest amount of civility and maybe even some understanding thrown in. What do you think, Miss....?"

This demon certainly had very human habits... smoking? She'd never seen a demon smoke before, though she wasn't about to stop him. He was polluting the whole enviroment, not just her forests. Hence she nodded to his question, fearing that if she actually opened her mouth she might wind up saying more than she actually wanted to reveal.
So... should she take the boy? It didn't seem like the demon objected. Obviously he had been an annoying pest more than once in the past and wasn't very well liked. And the human girl wasn't putting up much protest.... but then again, it was her or him.
Turning back to Sealla, she decided that it might be best if she let the lycan woman deal with him. It had been a while since she had met Sealla, but she figured that her tactics were still just as harsh. It had been more than once that she had heard a student cry out in the agony of death, promptly followed by the all-too-familliar lycan howl. Terrible and ominous, echoing through the night.... yes, Sealla could deal with him.
"Take him and do what you wish. I won't have his blood on my hands, as much as I am tempted to." She said to Sealla, finally lowering her bow. "Have as much fun as you like. Kill him, for all I care. It seems like this demon won't mind very much."
She then listened to the girl's little speech with as much patience as she could muster, the feelings of rage coming and going in waves. Revenge her grandfather's death and kill the girl, or just give her one silly plant and let her be on her way? A plant from this forest was still a valuable thing, however. The elf could never really be sure that she wasn't going to take it back to the school and then sell it to some other human.
"Well then, why do you want it?" The elf snapped back, still not in the best of moods. "How can I even trust you? And what will you give me in return? Valuable things don't just come for free, you know..."

Hayzie bit her bottom lip at the elves words. Another Gryffindor student was at the hands of death... yet again by the Lycans. This was all too familiar to Mary. However this one could be helped, or so the blonde girl hoped.
Listening to the elf's response, a sense of hope filled Hayz, one which she wouldn't have been able to describe in words. In a way, the words had been what she was expecting. Why did she want it? An easy enough question to answer, how can she trust her? Sealla may give her some help with that, or maybe Eurus at a push. Though what would she give in response...
"Well... basically I want it to put into a potion I'm using to rid myself of what I consider to be a curse. How can you trust me? Well... on gut instinct, I guess. But I'm sure I can come back with someone who can give you a reference, if you wish... but I'll tell you this, Gryffindor's don't go back on their word, and I give you my word that no one shall ever know about this."
Now for the final answer. What would she give the elf in return? "In return... I would give anything. Honestly... anything at all..." If she wasn't in such a tricky situation, and if she hadn't spoken before thinking through her answer, the two words 'within reason' would have been added onto the end... but at that moment, the end seemed within sight, and there was no way Hayzie was going to give up.. not now...
