How fun that last night was. Shame that she didn't get any meat out of it...
The shadow of an equally dark wolf followed closely behind the creamy-white one, contrasting eachother to no limits. Though Rayne was beautiful, it didn't matter to Sealla anymore. Nothing really did, especially old friends. But perhaps, just perhaps, Rayne had potential. She was blood-related, though she wasn't as vicious as Sealla.
Why was she here? Where had her pup gone? Why wasn't she back in the Tunnels? The black wolf raised an eyebrow at the side of her sister, questioning her, almost interrogating her. So what are you doing here, Rayne? she asked, rather bluntly. Still after the night before, her ankle joints hurt from being bound, and she was riddled with random spats of blood from her victims, but it was all worth it.
A night well worth spent.

Sealla...
The shifting pink eyes snapped open, a growl rose low in her throat.
This was the last straw. She just couldn't take anymore. First Sella dies giving birth. Then Nessa is murdered. Then she finds out Sealla isn't dead, and the beta lycan hadn't bothered to look for any of the people who care for her.
It's none of your damned business what I'm doing here. she snapped, her eyes blazing. Though most of her anger wasn't Sealla's fault, she'd just been looking to take it out on someone.
And what are you doing here? Why aren't you in the tunnels with your husband and son? she demaned gruffly in the dark she-lycan's mind.

That gaze, that horrible stare. It dove into her eyes, but no response was shown, nor held within. Sealla's bluntness was as plain as the nose on her muzzle, and with the arrogance of the three students the night before, the she-wolf had hardly any patience for much. Thus, in response to Rayne's first comment, the wolf turned on her heels and began to pad away, stating Fine...
But a word caught the attention of the forest Lycan. Son. She had a son. What did it matter? He was probably already tainted by the tunnel pack anyhow. Clearly the black wolf knew of their anger towards her. But whether they all knew of her re-appearance, she didn't know. Those black paws had paused for a split moment, and with a quick flicker of her ears, the she-wolf continued on her way back through the trees.
If any Lycan she'd speak with, it would have been either Rogue or Rayne. Seemed as though neither wanted to see her. Sealla, however, didn't care at all. It was their problem if they wanted it to be.

Don't you dare just walk away. Not after everything everyone went through at your death. the command was interlaced with a fury never seen in the mellowed out hippie-lycan.
The past few days were quickly catching up with her, and they were just making her grow angrier and angrier. Moving quickly, she planted herself squarely in Sealla's path, baring her canines. She didn't really want to fight her sister, but her non-caring attitude was driving her up the wall.
Aren't you even going to ask about your son? Or ask where we buried your still born daughter? Or how Amelia's and Rogue's pups are? Or where your niece is? Or who is feeding your son in your place because you are off traipsing around here? she demanded, question after question spilling out as her inner voice grew louder and rougher.

If Rayne were to continue with her annoying anger shrieks, neither of them would end without a scratch. The creamy wolf was standing in front of her now, directly blocking the path that Sealla was planning to take. Those shining blue eyes closed for a split second as she replied with a hoarse If you want to tell me, then go ahead. Quite obviously Rayne wanted her sister to become the old wolf that was once the Beta of the tunnel Lycans. Little did she know this wasn't going to happen.
The snarl that was shown towards the black wolf was mimicked, contrasting only in colour, snarling towards her sister. Why were all the tunnel Lycans acting like this? It was as if Sealla was their world, and when she died, it all came crashing down on them. If not, then let me pass, or I will make you. Though her voice was held blandly, the thread was very real. It didn't matter who stood in her way, unless it was Chailyn herself.

ooc: I'm back, but it seems I lost my imagination somewhere...
IC:
All the anger seemed to flood right out of the lycan, just as quickly as it had built. In it's place was a deep rooted sadness, a hollow space. Moving her gaze from her sister, she dropped to the forest ground in a defeated posture. Her pink-purple eyes gazed dryly at the moon.
You cannot stop the pain, you're there now for eternity, it's such a price for you to pay, to suffer always for my greed..
The words infiltrated her mind, said by a cold unforgiving voice. Having remembered a few details of her past, she recognized the voice as that of her birth father. Lifting her head she stared at the darkness of the forest, sullenly trying to recall more.
Failing to pull back more of her memory, she returned her attention to her sister. Vanessa was killed not long ago. she sent, keeping her tone dull and bland. Her eyes remained dry and empty-looking.

So she decided to speak. The Lycans really were attatched to Sealla unhealthily so. No wonder they were all kicking up a stink about her being in the forest, and changing. Sure she knew she had changed, but unlike the others, she knew it was for the good, not the bad. A good change that would help Sealla in anything she needed.
The female sat her haunches down heavily and breathed a sigh. At least she didn't have to attack the sister, unlike she did with Danni and a warning one to Amelia. They all came billowing into the forest in a ball of rage directed exactly at Sealla, but none of them seemed to realise that it was extremely unwise. Until now, that is.
Though she wasn't purely interested, the wolf replied gently without a hint of emotion How?

A damned vampire she replied, growling low in her throat.
She couldn't sit still, she was restless and agitated. One would think that talking about Nessa would make her sad, which wasn't the case. At first she was sad, but now she was just angry. Not angry at the fact that the pup had been killed, but how she had been killed.
Of all the d*mned ways the little mutt could have died, it had to be a stinking vampire to do her in. she growled.

A brief shake of her head replied towards Rayne's anger. But there wasn't much she could do, which was apparant. How did he actually destroy her? What form of kill? All Lycans knew it was only Silver that could kill a Lycan should they be stabbed or shot with anything, but there were other cases, unbeknown to Sealla she was one of them.
Her midnight bushy tail swiftly swayed around to one side, wrapping her paws within it. At least Rayne hadn't caused an attack, it was the last thing Sealla needed. It was a fight almost every day, and for once she needed at least another to heal herself fully. A good hunt was something on her list to do, and she knew there was a travelling herd of stag around somewhere.

He drained her of all life. she answered, blinking her painfully dry eyes.
Moving towards the black wolf, she nudged her softly. She was the only family she could remember, with the exception of that horrible man who'd sold her and had the audacity to say he was her father. Her slick tail brushed Sealla's coat in a gesture of familiarity, round pink eyes stared into icy blue ones.
So this is your choice..? You're really not oing back to the tunnels? she asked hesitantly. She didn't want to start arguing again, but needed to know for sure.

Soft white paws drifted slowly closer to the laying black she-wolf, followed by a nudge of love from her sister's muzzle, which sadly, Sealla didn't have the nerve to return. The love was there, though some blinded by the viciousness, but oh yes, it was there. Her swirling rose-tinted eyes stared questioningly, pinning the she-wolf to her place.
Then the question came. One that was, of course, expected beyond belief. A few long moments had passed after Sealla finally broke the staring gaze, with a reply of From the looks of it, yes. Though things weren't set in stone, it was most likely that the once Beta to the Tunnel Lycans was going to stay by her elder's side. Chailyn, the Lycaness whom turned her those few years ago.
And what of yourself, what will you do? This was a genuine curiosity that had carried the words from her mind to Rayne's. Sealla wasn't sure as to what Rayne would do if she left the Forest pack to become a lone wolf, or if she stayed within the threshold of the forest, but had the charcoal-coated she-wolf stayed within the confines of the Tunnels, she was almost certain Rayne would stay by her side there.
