- ooc: Danawi's Followers Only -
bic:
From out the darkness, a figure appeared, melting into the scene as though he had been there all along.
Danawi's black eyes glinted, more triumphant than he had allowed them to be ever since he arrived at Magic Horizons. It really was all coming together now. The planets were aligned and the school was ripe for the taking - Claire was weak, too weak, without her lover's magic interwoven with her own, and he had already swayed so much of the school's student body over to the greater evil. He couldn't see any way that the school had any power to resist his own, collective power.
He waited beneath the trees, knowing his followers would arrive for their training soon. He had very little time in which to prepare them for the battle, but he had it planned out to every minute detail, ensuring nothing could go wrong.
With a smile, he remained beneath the shadow of the moon, planning the destiny of all evil.

Billie gasped as she felt the call. It had begun. She immediately stood from where she had been sitting in the common room. She melted into the shadows.
She reappeared in the Forbidden Forest, melting from the deep shadows that covered the ground. She was dressed in black leather pants, lace up leather boots and a black and red corset top. Her black hair hung loose around her face, and her eyes had darkened from their light grey into a charcoal.
Turning, she saw her master, Danawi, and bowed deeply. She could see that she was the first. She moved off to the side to wait for the others to appear.

Ark stepped from the shadows and bowed at Danawi's feet. He had recieved the call and came instantly. "Yes, Master Danawi?" he asked, not getting up from his bow. As his master looked at him now, he had changed from before. Now, another soul inhabited his body along with his. He had became a half-demon after he was pulled back from Hell. A voice rang in his head.
Strike! Kill him! There must be blood!!!
No. You cannot and will not control me. I am not your pawn.
I shall make you!
The minute you make me attack, he'll kill me and we'll both be right back in Hell again.
Damn you...
The voice quieted and Ark's focus returned to his Lord and Master.

With a gentle flutter of wings, Isaac descended majestically into the clearing, automatically folding his wings about him like a cloak.
He gave Danawi a slight inclination of his head, "Danawi."

She had been beginning to think that the call would never come.
After their last meeting, she had been under the impression that things would begin to move quickly. She still thought that would have been more prudent; they had been in an ideal position after the Ministress's kidnapping. But they had waited, giving the school just that much more time to retaliate, and she had heard, seen nothing...
But there it was, that undeniable tug at the back of her mind, an insistent, soundless hum. She heard it just as all the rest of Danawi's followers must have been hearing it. Had anyone been around to observe her fair features, they would have noticed the mild surprise etched into those fine lines, quickly covered over by an equally faint smile, a bare curving of the lips that really didn't do much to warm the ice of blue eyes.
Abrena didn't hesitate any longer than the moment it took her to confirm to herself that she wasn't just dozing and imaging the call that she had been waiting for, then rose. A sheaf of wheat-blonde hair swirled around her shoulders, covered by a white lace-up blouse tucked into black pants as she moved, rising from her four-poster bed to the shadowed corner of her room, tucked away from the moonlight streaming in through the window. Her eyes drifted closed, momentarily shielding the intensity of those blue orbs. The outlines of her slight figure began to blur, as if swallowed by the surrounding shadow, and in a few moments more her corporeal form had faded entirely.
Not long after that, she stepped out of the trees, into the clearing in the Forbidden Forest that they had used as a meeting spot many times before. Her eyes narrowed as she took in the four already gathered there; she recognized the demon Isaac, and Danawi of course, but the other two faces were unfamiliar to her. Still, they would not be here now unless they were working towards the same cause. Apparently, things had not come entirely to a standstill since last they'd met.
Abrena offered a bow of her head, addressing the group at large in her throaty voice, a rote greeting that didn't really require much of a response. "Good evening."

Evie heard the call as clearly as she felt the evil pulsing through her viens. It was beginning. The wait was over, and she couldn't wait to get started. She started toward the forest, wearing her usual combat boots, torn jeans and tanktop, as it had gotten warmer as summer approached. She then paused. "Oh yeah..." she said to herself with a smile. Evie melted into the shadows around her and reappered not far from the clearing. Walking into the circle, Evie looked around. She recongnized some she had heard of, but never met. Nodding a bow to Danawi, she took her place in the circle of followers.

From her bed in the Hospital Wing, Adia let out a soft, anguished moan as the sound of a ringing alarm resounded in her already painful head. She quickly looked about to see if anyone heard - but the only other two patients in the Wing were fast asleep. With a sigh that quaked her entire body, she pushed her covers back and pulled herself out of bed.
The bruises that covered her arms and the red marks around her neck still ached, but it was her inner stability that had been really hurt by her experience in the Lair. Not that she would ever admit it to anybody - she had come too far, boasted too often, to retract herself now.
Within moments, she stood aside the other followers of Danawi, knowing she was nowhere near on form if the battle were to begin tonight. Her large black eyes glared almost angrily at Danawi and the others from beneath her heavy fringe, the right side of her cheek swollen and red. She was wearing her hospital nightgown underneath her hurriedly pulled on robes, and the breeze in the Forest was toying with her hair and clothes almost playfully, not caring that Adia was seriously not in the mood for playing.
She nodded briskly to Danawi, not wanting to suffer the consequences when she had to admit to him that she had failed in her mission, and that one of the greatest forces of good disguised as evil had returned to Magic Horizons.

Ark rose and join the circle, watching as each Follower came into view. Then suddenly, a sensation coursed through his body and he seem less...evil than before. Everything about him seemed a bit brighter. DAMN!!! Perfect time for the Light to take over. I am so screwed if anyone finds out. Must act evil....
OOC: For those of you that don't know, Ark still has Light in him because of Makira's love and his friends. It's just usually hidden...

While he had not the ability to shadow walk, Loki seemed to melt out of the darkness under the boughs of some very large and twisted oaks, his full-length black coat keeping him hidden for the most part, his hands pushed deep inside the pockets at his sides. His hair was long, uruly and blonde, and obscured most of his face; he liked to retain some vestige of mystery, even in its simplest form. Much like the obvious leader of this little party.
Loki had recieved no 'call', nor any warning this night, but he had been expecting some meeting of this kind, and thanks to his enrolment as a supporter of the forest lycans - having sworn an oath to no less than Chailyn, the forest elder - he was able to wander the forbidden forest with relative freedom, so long as he avoided some of the more violent demons. He was sure that Mai would be looking for him soon, having been once denied her chance at him, and while he was intrigued by such a powerful being, he knew better than to seek her out. This gathering, on the other hand, he had been waiting for with some anticipation. He had sworn to protect the forest clan, to gain them freedom, and this Danawi was offering just that. Loki's inquisitive nature had to know more, and what better way than to meet the man - if indeed a man he still remained - and talk with him personally?
Entering the dell, bowing low to the hooded figure before sweeping the hair from his face with a habitual manner, revealing for a brief instant a set of handsome features and sea-coloured eyes before the stray locks fell back into their accustomed position.
"I offer my service to you," he said, his curtious and cultured tones as always, soft, low and interminably calm. "I represent the lycans of the forest. I hope I may be of use in your quest." His eyes flicked around the rest of Danawi's followers, noting their appearances and mannerisms with frightening accuracy. One of them was that boy that he had seen in the forest before. Like Loki, he must spend a lot of time here. He would not forget any of them. He didn't see that Morgan girl here yet though - perhaps she was late. Returning his respectful gaze to the shadowy figure before him, Loki awaited a response making sure to mask his thoughts with the occulmency skills he had been practicing. He did not want any here to read his intentions, whatever they may be.

Ark slipped up next to Loki and muttered "What are you doing here?" He was very good at this so it looked like his mouth didn't even move. He also tried to prying into Loki's mind using Legimency<sp?> to find it blocked. He retreated, curious, and built his own barriers around his mind. His Light side was still trying to act as evil as possible since the DArk hadn't returned yet.

A lone, cloned figure snuck out of the castle. She knew - it was time. For whatever Danawi had planned. She had only recently joined him, therefore she knew nothing about what was going to go on. But she would find out, then she would help... In whatever way she could.
At first she had not known why she would betray Claire, the one who provided her a castle to be with other people... But they told her to go. Join the evil, become part of the group - let the crazy within shine greater then before. Of course, she gladly listened to the them they knew what was best. They told her what it was like, and what she was to do. This was one of the things.
In slow strides the hooded silhouette could be seen coming towards the group. It was evident where the group was, all crowding around Danawi like he was a warm fire, and they were lost in the arctic. A smirk touched the crimson lips as she acquired her position in the circle.
Kitty was not positive if she was actually welcome, she probably should have spoke more with Danawi then just when she decided to join him. Oh well, she had an excuse... Didn't she? She was crazy. Not just crazy. But insane. Very insane. She knew it was their fault that she ended up like this, they talked her into this slow, painful torment.
Crimson eyes scanned the group, she reconized a few faces, she had seen them around the castle before. She was amused that they, too, were followers of Danawi. She licked her lips, wondering what was to happen next. What was going on? Where were they going? And why was she suddenly called here? Katrina furrowed her brow in thought. Even they would not tell her why she was here. They just argued with possible thoughts. She tried just to ignore them, all though they were getting very loud. "Stop it," she spoke aloud, trying to hush the rude voices that battled on.
She dropped her cloak aside, figuring she would no longer need it. She was dressed up in a leather skirt with a blood-red tank top that cut off just before her midriff; showing off the belly button ring she wore. "At your service, boss," the crazy voice rang in a sing-song like manner. 'Quite a few followers...' She noted, Danawi was definatly succesful in bringing people to the dark side.
Well - he had dragged this crazy in.
A lifeless grin was plastered on her face as she waited for what was happening next.

Danawi's black eyes swung around the gathered group. He knew that whatever commenced on this bleak night would determine his future, and the futures of those who had made their way to him. He knew there were more coming, but time would wait for no-one - there were things in this universe even he could not change.
"Good evening," he said in his foreign tongue, his tone stronger and more purposeful than it had ever been before. "Thank you all for joining me. I apologise if I interrupted anything... but you know as well as I that my call is urgent." His eyes flicked up to a small gap in the cluster of trees, where a small array of stars was arranged in a pentacle formation in the sky. "The stars have aligned, and will remain so for three days - if we can overthrow the school in the assigned time, chaos and destruction will rule this earth, for all of time."
Danawi's face had gradually twisted into an eerie moonlit smile. He turned to face the crowd, his eyes scarily wide.
"I know that some of the less fearless of you have been mildly concerned about your own chances of survival in the coming battle. I am not going to lie to you all - the transformation this world will undergo will be excruciating for humankind, and those who are in a great deal of suffering, or weakened in any way, are not likely to survive the poisonous essence that will creep from out the earth's core. Therefore I have provided a safeguard for you, a further gift I provide you with in return for your hopefully unwavering loyalty."
A scarred hand emerged from out of the folds of Danawi's heavy cloak, and waved itself over the ground. A plain mahogany box appeared before the leader of the group, and he bent down and opened it. Immediately the group was thrown into a pure, pale white light - inside the box was about fifty small glass bottles filled with a swirling, pearlescent white fluid - unicorn's blood.
"Drinking only one of these bottles should sustain your life essence for a week - it will instantly heal any wounds you might recieve in your service to me, and protect you against most magical forces. Take only one per person, and drink up." Danawi's dark eyes glinted in the darkness, his mind's eye not once casting back to the glen near his forest dwelling, where two dead unicorns lay drained of life, their pure white coat fading as the battle was put into action.

Evie stood stuned. Unicorn blood....she thought of the dead unicorns, their lives given for the greater evil. Her eyes gleamed with eagerness. She couldn't wait to taste their lifegiving blood. She stepped forward.
"Master, I am honored." She lifted one of the small bottles from the glowing box. She stepped with a low bow back into the circle, clutching the gift to her chest.

Loki's features registered no change of emotion as the cloaked and hooded figure that was Danawi revealed his gift. Unicorn blood. Any that drank it were cursed to a life of evil, but it would keep you alive; even if you were but a breath away from the grave, it would sustain you. But at such a price...
Loki plucked one of the vials from the box and held it up close to his eye to examine it. The liquid was thick and bright, silvery and almost luminous. Like the unicorn itself, it was beautiful. And such power... His long fingers clasped around the small glass container, stowing it carefully in his pocket.
"My thanks, my lord," he intoned, his voice, like his face, betraying none of his inner thoughts. "It is a most... fitting gift." He bowed his head low in subservience, before asking his question.
"I take it the lycans of the forest, not being human, will require none?" he inquired politely. "I do speak for them tonight, and as such I must protect their interests." He allowed a small wry smile to play at the edge of his lips, but his thoughts remained a mystery to any that felt the need to pry.

Ark took one without any words. In honest, the Light side was disgusted at Danawi for harming such innocent creatures and more than once, he caught himself reaching for his wand when the Dark stopped him. "Dammit..." he muttered, pocketing the liquid. He hoped that the others didn't notice his erratic and strange behavior.
