*walks into the forest in no hurry, deep into it* "I know many people will find my behavior... less then polite... it's just... this school is so boring sometimes... I hope no one here holds grudges... ^.^;; ..." *continues walking until she reaches a bent and broken tree that looked burnt slightly and leans against it sighing* "Perhaps i didn't give such a wonderful first impression... but why should i care... i cared at my other schools and look where it got me... my 6th school... that's it... i refuse to care... about anything... and that's final...!" *climbs up and sits down*

Sin walked leisurly through the woods, carefully avoiding any fallen vegetation, les she crush any unsuspecting plants or flowers. "I don't believe the bugs would like it either,"she thought lazily. Though, her green and blue eyes flickered as she noticed another figure lying nearby. Curiousity had now overcome her senses, and with a few easy strides Sin noticed that the figure, a rather fair faced girl, was sitting upon a poor broken down tree, which had definetly seen better days. "Hello," she called uncertainly,"Are you okay?"

Hayz had been sitting in her usual dead, twisted oak tree, just simply thinking when she heard a voice below her. “Odd,” she whispered. Visitors to the forest had been quite rare as of late. Looking down, she saw a dark haired girl literally storming past and talking to herself before climbing up a different tree.
Climbing out of the oak, she saw another girl walking, her manner more relaxed that the previous girl’s. She looked familiar too. Gryffindor according to her robes. Casting her mind back, Hayzie remembered the name. It was Sin.
“She’s okay, just a bit confused by the sounds of things,” she answered, a small smile lighting up her face. “Not caring about anything won’t help, you know,” Hayz told the dark haired girl. “It only makes matters worse sometimes.”
The lycan girl’s sharp green eyes flitted around, checking for anyone else around. As far as she could see, there was no one. “And, you do realize you shouldn’t be in here, right?” Hayzie carried on, one eyebrow raised, looking more inquisitive than threatening. After all, she hadn’t been able to bring herself to go completely against humans.

*looks to the girl walking nearer and then to the girl in the tree* "Not human first of all... though i'm not exactly sure what you'd call me.... and i know not caring won't help, but it seems the only thing i haven't tried to avoid problems with people..." *snaps her attention to the other girl* "oh and... i suppose i'm fine just... as tree girl said, confused...Not to be rude by calling you tree girl...ano... so... may i ask your names?

"Not human?" Hayzie asked, her eyebrow raised still. "Well, it's a well known fact avoiding things only makes them worse," 'Tree girl' carried on, not taking her eyes off the girl sitting in the tree.
"Anyway, if you're not human, what are you, if you don't mind me asking that is?" Hayz enquired, hints of a wicked smile on her face. To the girl's eye, she would just be another wandering student. Neither of them would be aware of what secret she held...

"Actually, my dear, it is best if you didn't hide anything. There are some creatures, and humans, who are far more powerful than you."
A figure stepped out of the trees, seemingly from nowhere. He was an older wizard, with his red-brown hair greying at the temples. His chocolate eyes were fathomless, and his mind nothing but an empty space in the psycic waves of those around. Anyone attempting to enter his mind, even one of the legendary Valkeries, would see nothing but a single ash tree. As the man walked towards the small group, leaving no footprints and giving no scent, he inclined his head to Hayzie.
"Ah, Miss Roberts, good to see you. I see the forest agrees with you after all"
Turning to the other girls he said
"And, despite whatever heritage you claim, I suggest you leave these woods now. I will give you this one chance only. This place is not for roaming."

*jumps to the ground and lands smoothing out her robes* "I care nothing for what you may say sir, I came here to be left alone, now i would ask that you do that, leave me alone. You will do what? Kill me? Report me? Torture me? I am sure nothing you could think of could possible effect me so much that I would care" *turns her head slowly towards him, her cerulean blue eyes staring sharply at him and yet showing no emotion* "Do what you will but if you plan to do something strike now" *moves her hand inside her robe searching for something*

Ash sighed. It was always like this. Some arrogant, foolish child wanders into his forest, which was under his protection, and whenever he tells them to leave, for their own saftey, they always state they are only here for a walk, and then they actually dare him to fight them! As if a pathetic schoolgirl, who claims to be desended from every known type of magic creature, could even stand a chance.
All in all, it was annoying and tiring. And people wondered why he detested his fellow humans.....
Out loud, he merely smiled and said,
"Of course, my dear."
He waited for whatever insane act of bravado was to come.

From their vantage point in a tree at the edge of the forest, two green eyes watched as yet another Gryffindor student wandered into the forest. She was really going to have to put up a notice about how the forest was OFF LIMITS. The two green orbs rolled in frustration as the lithe body the were attached to lept down out of its perch, and began striding into the depths of the shadowy glade.
She pondered calling down her Peregrine friend, but realized she didn't need to as she stepped onto the familiar path. It was the same trial she, Hayz, and Amy had taken the last and only time she'd been in the forest. After a short distance she heard voices up ahead and groaned, wondering briefly how she would get her wayward student out of trouble this time. There were plenty of unfriendly creatures lurking about that would willingly devour herself and her student.
To her surprise when she stopped at the edge of the glade, she saw the Gryffindor, another student, a Slytherin it seemed, and an unknown older man. Brows furrowed, she hesitated as she surveyed the scene. With a shrug, she continued on into the clearing after hearing the man speak.
"Quit what ever you're doing right now," She said, green eyes darkening as she looked stonily at the Slytherin student.
"He's right, it's time to leave now," The curly haired brunette glared slightly at her wayward Gryffindor, then fastened her gaze on the other student, "It's not safe in here, and there is a reason this forest is off limits. It's time to go back to your houses now."
Her gaze lightened as she surveyed her friend. Oddly enough, the green eyed girl hadn't seen her in a while, "Hey ya Hayz, I guess you probably saw these two too? Nice to know you're taking your Prefect duties seriously for once."
She smiled jovially at her friend, knowing she wouldn't take offense at her ribbing.
The Prefect then looked curiously at the man, "Thank you for finding them when you did. We'll be leaving now."
With these words, her dark look at the students informed them that they ought to be leaving, and quite soon.

*smiles and pulls out an elastic band and ties her hair back* "Yeah right, your older than me i'd never fight you" *walks off back to the castle but turns right before out of sight* "this doesn't mean i won't come back, but i'm gone for now ^.^ "

“It looks like the forest agrees with you after all,” Hayzie muttered, rolling her eyes. “For your information, it doesn’t. But it looks like it’s the only option I have,” she explained, a small smile on her face. The words of the girl surprised her slightly.
“I’m sure some friends of his could do something you’ll care about,” Hayz carried on, her green eyes staring into the girl’s own. Her gaze was only distracted when she heard a familiar voice behind her. It was the happy one of her fellow prefect and friend, Adhara.
“Yeah, taking them seriously,” the blonde girl repeated in a mutter. “You guys carry on, I’ll catch up,” she told them, her gaze cast downwards as the confused dark haired girl walked away. This could get bad…

For a moment, Ash didn't respond to the girls, as he was too stunned that the student actually decided to listen. It was a first. Shaking it off, he turned towards the two prefects and bowed slightly. To the newcoming prefect he gave a breif nodd, and smile.
"I highly suggest that you, and the other prefects of the other houses, make sure that the students know how dangerous it is for them to wander in here."
Turning to Hayzie, he looked at her with the same serenity that he looked at everything with.
"One day it will Miss Roberts. One day. It always does."

Adhara rolled her eyes again, though not really in response to the man's words, "Oh, trust me, we tell them until we turn blue. But that certainly doesn't mean that they actually listen. I've taken to hanging around the forest and heading them off. I'm sorry these two disturbed you. We ought to get going too, it's almost time for a Prefect's meeting."
"Hayz, come on, we'd best get going, unless you WANT to be turned into a lycan or some such," she repressed a little shudder, "Might as well get out while we can."
She tugged a little on her friend's hand, quite ready to leave.

Hayz gave a small chuckle at what Adhara had said. It was perfectly true. Students could be told time and time again not to enter the forest, but it seemed to make no difference at all.
But the smile faded as Addie tugged on her hand and what she had said made the blonde girl shudder without meaning to. Of course... none of the Gryffindor prefects probably knew what had happened. After all, they were the only ones not to come and see her in the hospital...
Pulling her hand away, Hayz shook her head. Not out of stubborness like it would have been before... but instead with what seemed to be apologetic.
"I...I'll catch up, okay? I've still got another half an hour of rounds," she lied. It wouldn't have been her day to do them anyway, but excuses were definately her strong point. However she still gave Ash a quick glance, hoping maybe he'd help her in a way.
