Following up on my idea in the muggle world, I believe that there definitely needs to be a more widely voiced opinion about the vampire characters here. As Angelique mentioned, there's close to a dozen vampires signed up whom either haven't posted in ages or simply never RPed, period.
So Wilting Rose and Tianna, since you both have the true voice in this matter, do you think we should start the new year with a fresh brood of vamps? I'm sure it'll definitely do something about the activity issue. ^^
By the way, this issue is also open for anyone to discuss if they have anything to say about it.

I'm 100 percent behind Sam's idea. The vampire lair has been very dead (no pun intended). I personally think that something needs to be done to spice things up with the vampire population. Perhaps allow new vampire character sign ups as Sam said, or more vampire related activies. It's up to you, of course.
Hrmmm, quite puzzling.

You may all relax, for we are both already on this matter. You may, or may not have noticed that there are in fact a few new Vampires around, and a few of the older Vampires are making themselves present once more. I can quite confidently assure you that within the next few weeks, the activity of the undead will have increased, with both new and old faces.
As for removing the Vampire title from entirely inactive members (who I must say do not deserve it), that is purely Rose's capability. Not mine.
I am also planning a formal get-together in the Lair, as following your wonderful idea Amari. So now you must simply have patience and just worry about keeping yourselves active. Thank you.
Kindest Regards, Tianna Valentina ~ Queenie
