OKay, I've had it up to here with these nOObs just barging into the forest with their aimless and pointless threads. As fun as it is to take part in my weekly nOOb stomping, they all seem to neglect the looming element of danger that surrounds that forest. And you know, I tire of all those forest threads revolving around that. I'm not saying that the forest only consists of sad little threads like those, but there's a lot more cluttering up the forest than I care to mention.
My solution? Set up a password, and send it to all the regulars in the forest. This can also apply to the students involved in the Danawi plot. From there, any students interested in posting in the forest should be given an ordeal of sorts to prove their meddle before entering such a dangerous place. It could be an, extra-curricular activity of sorts to prove/improve their skills, and thus have a better advantage when inevitably dealing with the dangerous creatures that lurk there.
Anyone in favor? Anyone not? Speak now, please.

*Shrugs* Of course. Anyone with any status outside of being a student or new student would be welcome to posting there like usual. I'm just suggesting this password to maybe weed out some of the sloppier RPers out there.

he means me Amelia
Demon listen up first off this may be a noob character but i am not a noob to this site
i know about the invite only things which is why i used it once... and now understand that some noobs( the other girl int he thread) don't pay attention and join anyway
as it where my other character is a Lycan
i also have a demon account which i hardly ever use
the base of the idea is good but the restriction takes away the danger of the place, you might as well put up pairs and label each creature like a zoo.. because thats what it will be, the people can view the danager without the ability to be hurt

hmmm...he has a good point Laharl...
if 'noobs' wish to enter the ff...then you have a choice to destroy them or leave them be...
I now change my opinion...the passowrd shouldn't be put into place.

*Sighs* I still don't get what gives you the right to RP there to begin with though, if you can't even RP extensibly as a mere student. Hell, if you're as good as you claim you were, I might have just let you off with something they could just patch up in the hospital wing.
I happen to have various characters around the site, and all of which have stuck it through the toughest of situations, regardless of their status. I have nothing to prove. You, on the other hand, have proven yourself unworthy of all those other alternates you have.
Now, for the clarity of the main focus of this thread, I ask that you take up this argument in PMs, if you still have anything to say.

*Shakes head and puffs out a heavy sigh.*
I can't rant, I haven't the desire nor energy. No password. That's my opinion.

Being the forest regular that I am, I come to state that my opinion on this might be of interest to those willing to enter the forest. I completely understand where Laharl is coming from, in fact we were discussing this very matter earlier today.
Railyn, you explained why you were in the forest with an invite only thread and that's fair enough, we also understand that Sayoko jumped in without paying any relevant attention. I must say however, if you claim to be a non-noob in general on this site, why on earth can't you do simple things while typing such as capitalizing your i's and putting a full stop when you are done writing a sentence. For gods sake, have some dignity.
I do not think there should be a password to the forest, however I think there should be a permanent restriction to students making 'invite only' threads, unless of course they have arranged it through IM's with a creature of the forest, NOT another student.
I also think students should have their posts deleted from the forest if they cannot spell, use understandable grammar, capitalize, and use full stops. Should any posts be only a couple of sentences long (or short rather) I also think they should be deleted.
Other than that, I'm still fine with 'noobs' waltzing into the FF, as long as they are prepared to visit the Hospital Wing afterwards, and as long as they can spell and all of the above mentioned.
I somehow don't think a password would work, simply because: 1) it would be passed around the site between friends, 2) it would grow bothersome having to enter it everytime one wishes to enter the forest -especially on a slow computer, and 3) Myself and a few other FF inhabotors would grow considerably bored without the entertainment/toys.
That said, I'm done.

Meh. I figured that would be your answers. Just disregard this thread, I was mainly finding some way to vent, and now that you guys mention it, I can see why it wouldn't work out. But for crying out loud people, I reiterate: RP responsibly if you're even gonna go and waste my time with your posts at all. That includes: 1) Deleting incative one post threads that no one seems to take interest in. Let's keep our forest clean, not cluttered. 2) Don't delete your posts if you're already involved in the thread and other RPers ackowledge you in their posts. Ducking out and acting like you weren't even there is just plain rude.

*Swarm of swears.*
I had wrote a reply, and the site ate it.

Elise, love, you know what you say matters to me more than anyone else. Anyhoo, I'm in a much better mood now. Let's just, not dwell on this thread any further.
