Wyl spontaneously leaped up and strode down to the Dance Hall, his boots clicking strangely on the hall floors. He arrived at the Dance Hall and lifted his wand, trying to think of the right spells to use to create his dance.
Soon, balloons that had each colour of each house had appeared in random groups along the roof, and a line of bright orange ones lined the arcitraves between the roof and walls that Wyl couldn't get rid of so he left them.
Streamers fell from the roof, all different lengths - something Wyl couldn't fix either - and there were streamers that were purple and a dirty brown in colour, as opposed to blue, red, green, silver and gold. There were some black decorations here and there around the place and Wyl had found a Magic Horizons banner lying around in the Hufflepuff Common Room so had hung that on the wall.
He turned around, admiring his handiwork when he gave a yelp and leaped backwards, the table groaning with the house-elves masterpieces of party foods appearing through the ground.
"Brilliant," He grinned and ate a Pumpkin Pastry in a bite.
"Now to get changed," Wyl took off the cloak he was wearing and rummaged in the pockets for a mask, which he tied around his eyes.
He was now wearing the same costume he was wearing at the Masquerade Ball, however was somehow more recognisable.
He hoped people heard the music - he pointed his wand quickly at the stage and some kind of bizarre opera music filtered from it, which pounded hard in Wyl's ear - and would come through the doors.
Stuffing his fingers in his ears, he walked over to try and fix the music, to make it something people could actually dance to.

A large pounding opera music led Sethi to the Dance Hall, where she found Wyl starting a spontaneous party. The hall was decorated nicely, if randomly, and the food looked great, but the music....
Sethi pulled out her wand, and grinning, pointed it at the stage, "DIMINUENDO!" she shouted, and the music quieted to a non-eardrum-shattering volume. Still grinning, she headed over to where Wyl was.
"Hey Wyl! You look great! Throwing a party? Can I join?" she asked as she pointed the wand at herself and changed into her masquerade costume.

Corsica heard the music as she stiudied in the libary and peekd her head in the room looking at the garish decorations and looked at the girl her expression greatful that it has gone to something of a tollerable level.
She walked in and reached up touching the streamers with a smile. THe Missmatch of the streamers made the colors of the house ballons look pleasing as an island of stablity in the sea of chaios about her.
As she strode though she reached for her wand and swept it down her normaly utilitarian green crape skirt with a black top into an elegant black gown it's lines clean and crisp the richness of the silk making up for the lack of adornment. She frowned as she looked at he masks and steped behind the pillar summoning the stone mask from the masked party that she was at earleari and magiced it to her face. Her delicate fine boned features coverd with the a mask of stone the jaw in a sperate piece so that she could eat and talk. As she reached up and pulled the simple ribbon out of her near floor lightenth black hair tumblied behind her in a midnight cascade draping her alibaster skin in shocking contrast.
As she steped out from behind the pilller the transfmormation was almost seamless. She walked to the head of the party where the boy and girl settled in and watched them with a smile as it spread on black marble lips it's glossy abyss broken with dlicate vains of white..

Rumours. They were genereally useful when it came to things like this. Lottie had heard Wyl was going to be throwing a completely random party that night, and of course, the brunette had decided to make an appearence.
Dressed in a pretty yellow dress, the freckled girl ran down to the Dance Hall, following the direction of the loud music, only to find as she opened the door....
"No balloons?" she asked, her face dropping a little. How could you have a party without balloons?!
Taking her wand out of her pocket, the Hufflepuff girl pointed it at random areas of the room and loads of balloons appeared all over the place.
"Much better," she nodded, satisfied.

Wyl stared at Lottie like she was from another planet as she complained about the lack of balloon.
"Lottie, dear," he said as he walked over, after hugging Sethi and Corsica on his way over. "the balloons were the first thing I put up," he then enveloped her in his standard bear hug and carried her over to the other two girls.

"Well... there weren't enough then, obviously!!" Lottie giggled as she was carried over to the other two who were at the party. "Hello!" she grinned.

"Sethi, Corsica, this is Lottie," Wyl introduced them, then leaned over to the two and said in an audible whisper -
"She's only a first year, tagging along for the ride. Go easy on her," he finished the sentence with a knowing grin, deliberately poking fun at Lottie.

Lottie had heard exactly what Wyl had said and narrowed her brown gaze in his direction. "If you don't want me here, then I'll go!" she told him, turning as though she was going to make her way back out of the room.
The young girl knew he was only teasing, and so was she, but to the other two, it may have looked serious.

Wyl grinned and bounded over to Lottie, falling to his knees in front of her.
"Whenever did I say I didn't want you here?" he asked, his voice surprised. "I just mentioned you were a first year, that's all,"

"You said... you said I was.... was just tagging... tagging along," Lottie replied, ehr voice mock-choking as she spoke. Years of drama school had really helped her. "I....I th...thought you... might want to... be alone with your....your friends."

Wyl sighed dramatically and picked up a piece of chocolate from the table behind him.
"Here, have some chocolate," he grinned then waved his wand, and a bunch of strange lime yellow balloons poured from the ceiling, making a curtain of balloons around Lottie.

"Chocolate AND balloons?" Lottie asked, trying to hold back a grin but failing miserably as she began running in and out of the balloons that were falling down from the sky.

Wyl grinned lopsidedly and went to push his glasses up his nose then realised he wasn't wearing them.
"I knew it'd work,"

"Am I really that predictable?" Lottie asked, tilting her head to the side as she stopped running madly around. Admittedly, she had tripped over her dress a few times nearly, but she was having fun.
"What's going on with the music, anyway?" she asked.

Wyl shrugged.
"It was all I could conjure up. Let's see you do better," he challenged her.
