Some how, some way, Persephone had managed to drag her shattered, bleeding body up from the Graveyard. A trail of blood from the wounds that covered her small fragile body.
She stumbled up the stairs, gasping as pain racked her small frame. Each movement hurt, and more blood spurted from the wound in her stomach. The gash in her wand arm spilled blood from the bandage that Ondrea had let her put on.
But that wasn't enough, and it hadn't stopped the flow of blood. Blood. So much blood. She had never seen so much of it, and she was sure that most of her life blood now lay some where between the hospital wing and the graveyard.
Persephone's green eyes fluttered open as she fell to the ground. Her hands clamped over the bite marks on her stomach gasped as she was certain the wound would never heal.
She couldn't take the pain, and she fell on unconscious to the floor. Her silvery hair now colored a deep crimson in tribute to the blood that now fell.
Her last conscious thought was:
Ondrea...where's Ondrea? Did...did she make it out alive? Where's she?

Softly, gently, the ghost who worked in the Hospital Wing raised Persephone off the floor as she so often raised jars and bottles up off their shelves.
The ghost was careful with the Ravenclaw girl, this girl who seemed so near death.
"Whatever is everyone getting up to that we have so many near-fatal cases these days?" she murmered to herself.
She tipped a bottle up on a damp cloth, and wiped gently at Persephone's wounds, watching intently as the potion did it's work, knitting the flesh back together, and making sure all possibility of infection was seared away.
The ghost also poured a drop of a very potent potion down the girl's throat. It would help her to recover from the blood loss, and speed her body's own natural creation of more blood cells.
"When you wake I'd better get the whole story of why you were crawling into the Hospital Wing with an injury like that." She murmered, cleaning away blood from Persephone's skin with another damp cloth.

Persephone could feel someone wiping away her blood and talking, although she couldn't make out the words. In her world of black, all she felt was nothingness, and her only connection to the world of light was the whispers and touches she felt now.
But she had to open her eyes. She had to know what happened to Ondrea, know if she had made it out alive.
Persephone's eyes flickered open, but she didn't have the strength to keep them there. Still, she had to ask her question.
"Ondrea...where is she?" It came out as a hoarse gasp, barely heard.

Ondrea! Ondrea had been in and out of the Hospital Wing a lot, and now she was in more trouble?
The ghost looked carefully at her patient, who was barely awake and clearly in pain.
"Where was she when you last saw her?" She asked carefully.
Ondrea had been tended to and watched so many of her friends being tended to by the ghost that by her last visit she knew how to do it herself.

"The Graveyard....She was under the tree...I think she was unconcious, but not...," Persephone coughed, and she felt like her lungs were being ripped apart. Spasms of pain danced through her limbs and shot to her heart.
"But she wasn't hurt that badly...just nocked out.."
The look in Persephone's eyes were a frenzy of concern and fear. She wondered if Shae knew how she depeneded on her friends, and that they're well being meant more to her than her own. But she had to know...what had happened to the only person who had come down to save her.

Alright, this was going to be one of those really difficult decisions, wasn't it?
On the one hand, there was Persephone, who was right there and needed help. On the other, there was Ondrea, who wasn't here, but also seemed to need help.
Where were the other nurses? Someone needed to watch this girl while someone went to find Ondrea.
"If I can find another nurse to watch you, I will go and look for Ondrea, alright?" The phantomess suggested, calmly, softly, gently, not letting her own worry show in her face.
She looked around, desperate for there to be another nurse on shift.

Persephone started to nod her head, but everything seemed to spin. Instead, she opened her mouth to speak.
"Yes..."
It was the shadow of the voice that she used to have. Pain and hurt lanced through the one word and seemed to vibrate though everything. Such a little word hurt so much to say. SOme part of her brain seemed clear though, and it kept asking the one question she didn't want to answer, didn't even want to know the answer to. It hurt to much to think of it.
She closed her heavy eye lids, though she did not slip back into a fitfull sleep. Instead, she thought about what was happening, about Ondrea, and about the pain.
In the end the barely suppressed question floated to the surface of her brain.
Am I going to die? A voice too young asked. Another voice, stronger and more defiant answered it. No. You didn't fight this hard to fall short. You aren't going to die.

Just then Ashlle returned form the library. She had been returning a book and getting a new one. The long nights in the Hospital Wing were boring for the twelve-year-old, and she had started to spend the time reading and watching over the patients.
One look at the blood soaked floor where Persephone had laid and dropped her book on a nearby chair and hurried over. "What happened?" she asked as she felt the girls head and her pulse.
OOC: I'm so sorry! I keep forgetting to check the Hospital Wing and then when I do no one is there! *is frustrated!*

The ghost looked at Ashlle, gateful that she had come.
"Something happened in the Graveyard and Persephone dragged herself up here. Will you keep an eye on her? I need to go and find Ondrea - apparently she was knocked out down there. Head injuries are problems, and I'd as soon find her and bring her here."
The phantom spoke a little hurriedly, getting up from the Persephone's side and heading for the door, where she stopped and turned.
"I've done everything for her I can right now, I just don't want to leave her alone, or the wing empty," she explained.
Then she was gone and on her way down the the Graveyard.

ooc- There was a bit of a mistake in the graveyard, so yeah, here we are.
bic- Starlit was levitating Ondrea in front of her. Sure, she was still fuming mad at her friend, but that didn't mean she would have just left her there in the graveyard. Bursting into the corridor outside the Hospital Wing she caught sight of Shae, who seemed to be on her way out ((ooc- Sorry for just assuming I bumped into you, but yeah >< I can edit if you like, it is honestly no trouble)) "Hey," she motioned to the still Slytherin with a weak smile, "Here again."
Starlit had bandaged Ondrea up as best as she could. A bite like chuck had been taken from her side. Pushing against the door with her back she levitated Ondrea on to an empty cot. Sighing and sinking as best she could into the thinly cushioned wooden chair she placed her head in her hands.
She hadn't spoken to her friend since their dispute a few days ago. And it seemed the tension had just grown as the week went on. Spotting Persephone on a different bed she sighed. People always got hurt, people always hurt other people. She just wanted it all to stop, all the attacks, she just wanted them to stop.
For the cold, clamping feeling she got in her stomach every time one of her friends got hurt to go away, and for her to be the same carefree child she had been a bunch of years ago. But she figured it was part of growing up, getting more worries, more cares. With more privileges, more opportunities, there were also more problems.

Ondrea's dark ice-blue eyes opened, right as they had met up with Shae. She smiled weakly at the ghost she had seen so many times previous to this time at the Hospital Wing. However, seeing Shae confused her a great deal, why was she going to go to the Hospital Wing. What?! Ah! I'm floating! Ondrea thought to herself, as she realized she was being levitated. Her eyes immediately searched for the person who had brought her to the hospital wing, it was Star. She frowned at her friend, "Why are you here? Leave," Ondrea said in a grumpy voice, not even thinking that Star had possibly rescued her from her death; maybe Ondrea's loss of memory had something to do with forgetting that she was the one who wrote to Star and help save her and Persephone.
Suddenly, a surge of pain that erupted from her toes crawled up her back, stopping at her side. Her hand painfully moved to a bloody spot above her hip, and to her disgust she found a bandage that seemed to be covering a big wound of some sort. A confused look spread upon her face, and then as she was about to sit up and start asking questions, she found that she couldn't move. Her rib-cage cracked as she attempted to move, and it caused a sharp pain to shoot through her chest; instantly she knew she had at least broken a few ribs, "What the hell did you do to me?!" She demanded toward Star, assuming that Star had attacked her out of anger at her, "You - you! You tried to kill me!" she shouted sounding rather hysterical. It was not like Ondrea to act like this, maybe the blow to the head she had received when the lycan had thrown her down had caused her a concussion of some sort, but of course, Ondrea didn't know this since she couldn't remember the attack what so ever.
"I'm a crip! I can't even sit up! I won't be able to walk again! You loon!" she yelled, looking up at Star, her eyes narrowed in a glare. Ondrea, calm yourself, Star wouldn't do that - OH YES SHE WOULD! No, she wouldn't you know that. Just be quiet. Shut-up. For your own good. For some reason, Ondrea did shut-up, but didn't lift her glare at Star, even as Star placed her on a bed in the hospital wing.
Her eyes fell onto a bloodied mess on the ground, she followed the trail, only to find one of her friends, Persephone, "Persephone! What happened to you?!" she asked out of worry, staring at her friend in complete shock, who would do something so terrible to such a great person. Who would attack you for that matter. she thought to herself, reminding herself not to stop glaring at Star. Immediately, she turned toward Star again, causing her great pain, but she wasn't going to let Star get away with this without any guilt.
"Ouch," Ondrea said, as she changed her position slightly, she slowly was realizing the different places she had been injured, first there was the big wound on the side above her hip, her ribs had definitely been broken, there were all different bite marks a long her legs, Ew... Ondrea thought while continuing to mentally make a check-list of her injuries, her head was aching a whole lot, there was a burning sensation in her stomach, and her neck seemed very, very, strained.
She lay there, looking up at the ceiling, wondering what happened to her, what happened to her friend, had Star had anything to do with it, had Nadea had anything to do with it, what exactly had happened. Then a name rang through her head, giving her a huge chill down her back, Angelus Morti Ondrea let out a gasp, and then out of no where, she passed-out again, all her energy had suddenly disappeared, she was out cold.

Persephone's eyes flickered open. They felt heavier than they had a few short seconds ago, but now she had to force them open. She had to make sure that that was Ondrea's voice that she had heard. She just had to...
Persephone turned her neck slowly and she felt the pain. Her whole body ached, but she didn't care. She just gave her best ready-but-game smile. It hurt to much to hold onto it though, and it slid off her face.
"Ondrea, you're ok?"
No, she's not. She doesn't remember it at all. None of it. She doesn't remember saving you. She doesn't remember the fight...

ooc: I'm just sorry it took me so long to get back here.
bic:
The phantom's hand rose to her chest, relief flooding through her as she saw Starlit bringing Ondrea, then smiled softly at her comment.
"Here again," she agreed.
"Ondrea!" The phantomess said, shocked at the girl's outburst.
"Starlit just brought you up from the graveyard, and you will be able to walk again. Just not tomorrow," the dead girl tried to calm the live one, wishing she could just persuade her to not make accusations or try to sit up.
"Ashlle, would you perform your spell for ribs while I get more potions from the supply room?" She asked, unwrapping the bandage from around Ondrea and applying one of her warm cloths that was soaked in a potion that cleansed and re-built flesh.
The phantom turned her bright green eyes to the door of the store room, and it opened, letting through the potions. The phantomess knew their locations on their shelves by heart, and it wasn't long before there was movement like a complex dance of bottles through the wing.
Each bottle performed it's duty and returned to it's place, until there were only three bottles left. The dead girl's datura mix, a small bottle whose contents were designed to recover lost memory, and the third was an etherial bottle - that had taken a lot of work - it's contents swirling in strange colours all around in side.
The ghost took a tiny sip from the etherial bottle, and the green of her eyes seemed to swirl as whatever had been in the strange bottle had.
Ondrea received a drop of datura, and the memory recovery potion. Everything but the ribs had been tended to by the ghost's potions.
"Sleep now," the dead girl said, giving Persephone a drop of the datura as well.
The green of the ghosts eyes still swirled disturbingly, but the effect she had wanted - the effect she had worked on - was performing to peak behind those strange eyes.

Persephone took a sip of the offered potion, and started to falll into a dreamless sleep. She was glad for the escape from the real world. It was a way to get away from the pain and hurt that her body bore, and the awful memories that she was certain would plague her...and Ondrea.
Her eye lids, to heavy to hold, fluttered for a moment, before the closed over her deep emerald green eyes. She lay still on the bed, her chest rising and falling evenly. She was in a deep sleep and she would be that way for a while.

"Of course Miss Shae" said Ashlle. She whipped out her wand and hastened over to Ondrea. Having passed out and received the sleeping potion Ondrea was now relaxing and the Spell would properly do it's work. ~"Reparare Costa"~(Mend Rib) Ashlle was forced to perform this spell twice on the right side and three times on the left. She then examined the bite wounds on Ondrea's legs. "If these are Lycan bites I'm not sure we can heal them completely" mumbled Ashlle to herself. Still she used the O'Conner's Wound-B-Gone on the teeth marks and miraculously they healed up, earning the clear gel a new respect from Ashlle Rainier. "She'll be ok Miss," said Ashlle to Starlit Night, "They both will." She then examined the bloody bump on Ondrea's head. "Ew yuck" she said seeing that the blood was drying in her long black hair. Quickly she fetched a Herb Dressing from the closet and, putting it on the bump wrapped it on with some gauzes. The Dressing was designed to make sure her hair grew back to it's usual fullness while at the same time healing the abrasion. Ashlle wiped her forehead with the back of her hand and asked, "Is there anything else you wanted me to attend to Miss Shae?"
