Feeling quite sorrowful, Shayla had drug herself up to the library. A single tome hung from her grasp as she trudged up the stairs to the entrance of the enormous room of resource. Her faced looked more pale than usual, and her long dark hair was tyed simply in a ponytail, unlike her style.
Dropping the book from her wrist onto a nearby table, she plopped down in a seat and rested her head on her hands, sleepily.

Persephone made her way up to the library. Unusually she had no work to do up there, and was just coming up to find a book to read. The small Ravenclaw was quite happy to have some time to just...lounge around, and not be bored.
She walked around the shelves looking at book titles and sometimes pulling some out. She finally found one that she liked, and pulled it out. It was a thick book, but it looked interesting enough to keep her interested.
When she walked over to a table she saw Shayla sitting there looking quite tired.
"What's up?" Persephone said as she pulled out a chair and sat down.

The Half-Demon Telah had the unusually urge to sneak into the school and haunt the shadows of the Library. This was odd as he hardly ventured onto school grounds and why the library. Even he did not know the answer to this question so he mearly followed his gut.
After about an hour of lurking in silence two girl came into the library almost one after another, though as far as he could tell they had not planed it that way. He decided he would slowly creep over and lure them off school grounds so he could "play" with them.
He sat down silently as soon as he got to the table but this silence was broken very quickly as these words left his mouth. "Working, you know there is as easier way to gain knowledge then reading a book. You could travel the world and walk every bit of it for all eternity if you wish it." He said with a smile, hoping to keep the girls interested.

Shayla's attention perked with interest as she listened to the boy's claims of intellectual gain by venturing outside the safe walls of the school. It was clearly some sort of con or trick, but Shayla felt like investigating it.
Charmingly brushing aside her long, dark toffee bangs, her violet eyes twinkled with excitement as she addressed this swarthy character.
"Well, you sound like someone who is experienced in such travelings. What do you offer to the interested?"

Persephone raised a silvery eyebrow in doubt. She seen Telah before, and had heard of his reputation of playing people. She was wary of leaving the confines of the school. She usually didn't go past the grounds, and highly doubted that she would be tempted.
But listening never hurt anyone, and Sephe decided to follow the conversation. Her emerald eyes were masked with apathy, no emotion at all. She would let Shayla do the talking for awhile.
