Tyntaglia's first look at Magic Horizons was rather dizzying. It wasn't that she wasn't impressed by the sheer size, and coolness of the place, it was that the winds had currently flipped her end over end, and the effect was confusing. She was flying, not by broomstick, not even by carpet, or car, but by a pair of wings on her back that were flapping madly in the high wind. Tyntaglia, when she was young, had been standing in the way when her father, notorious for bungling charms, had tried to rearrange the furniture in the house by getting it to fly where he wanted. The skewed spell had hit Tyntaglia instead, and left her with a nice pair of grey wings. It turned out that the charm was so muddled, it was permanent, so, Tyntaglia learned to live with her wings. Right now, however, Tyntaglia was trying to reach the front entrance. Unfortunately, there was a nasty updraft right before the door that had her stumped. She kept being blown away when she approached. Finally, she decided to come in low. Zooming along the ground like a stealth fighter, she'd almost reached the door, when someone opened it. The resulting rush of wind pulled her in, wings, arms, and legs akimbo. She rolled to a noisy halt half-way in the Hall. Mortified, she quickly stood, brushing herself off. Her dyed blond hair was hopeless, but at least her wings weren't too bedraggled. She looked around to see who'd seen her coming in.

The Demoness stood perfectly balanced despite the roaring winds outside. She opened the door and stepped aside, allowing the newcomer a coast-clear entrance. She was clearly unexperianced at flying, and the Demoness smirked, pushing the door again and sending a low thud echoing through the entrance hall as the large mahogany doors came to close.
Mai's blacklace gloves skimmed the medievil style handles of the castle doors and resumed their position by her side, before lazily tightening over her hands as she crossed her arms. Her long ivory hair danced gently in the breeze that had been trapped inside the castle from the raging winds outside, and her scarlet red eyes closely matched the magenta material of the underside of her dress.
She stepped forward, her laced black boots sending a thump over the stone floor. Her black dress sat perfectly on her curves and her painted crimson lips slid into a smirk as she looked at the girls grey-ish wings. Mai's own ebony wings protruded from her shoulder blades, slicing the air in one swift movement as she flexed them, partially showing off, just because she could.
"Hullo dear.." She said softly, stepping up close to the girl and studying her through blood-red eyes. She had dyed her hair with peroxide, though it had a rather yellowy contrast comparing to Mai's cream-white hair. She chuckled all the same, the girls appearance was quite amusing. "What is your name, and what are you?" Mai asked finally, a little confused at the mortal aura she was recieving from the girl.

Tyntaglia stood dumbfounded her mind screaming at her that the almost sinfully good-looking woman in front of her couldn't be real. But since the lady didn't dissapear, her mind gradually had to except her reality. She watched enviously as the lady streched two ebony wings of her own with the air of perfect mastery. Tyntaglia's wings were often unruly since they weren't really part of her own body. She suddenly realized the lady had asked her a question. "Oh, um, my name's Tyntaglia. What am I? A witch with wings." she answered. "What's your name? Did you get those wings from a charm, too?"

Mai chuckled at the girls comment about her wings, her sharp fangs showing for a moment before her lips sealed their existance again. "Tyntaglia, what an interesting name..." She pondered, studying the girl a little longer before outstretching a gloved hand cordially.
"Maí Lé Rosà, but Mai is just fine." She said softly, an undetected smirk playing behind her lips. "I am a Demoness." She stated firmly but quietly, awaiting patiently for the girls reaction. A cool chill ran through the schools corridors and a flash of silver sparked in Mai's eyes, before they settled back on their original crimson.

Tyntaglia went a little pale when she heard that Mai was a demoness, but that was all. She held out her own hand and shook Mai's. "Uh, very nice to meet you, Mai. I hope we'll get to know each other."
