"Yes to long indeed." he said softly his eyes falling on Faith and Amelia. He found it amusing that faith would be so fiercely protective of Amelia at this time in her life. "I am a old Friend young one, I would never harm Amelia." He said softly to her his tone showing his sincerity.
He looked again at Xavier "What has happened here sense the night of the pup's birth?" He ask the other male lycan only giving a passing glance to Kage, he had left for his own selfish reasons and he was unsure if any of them would understand why he had to leave.
The very thought of it could cause him to waver in his decision to return if only slightly. Could they understand what it was like to see a women you had loved with another's children and not only that but abandoned by that other.

Amelia jumped at hearing yet another voice. Turning to see who it belonged to, 'Mia pulled a face as she tried to place him in her memory. However, his voice was then over powered as Amelia realised just what he had said.
"My...father?" she asked uncertainly "But...he looks too young?" she stated unsure how this male who only appeared a few years older than herself could be her father.
'Mia stepped closer to Faith, and her hand rumaged until it found her friend's. Only once they were holding hands did Amelia feel safer.
The brunette felt terrible as Xavier spoke up: all these people she met expected her to know them, but even though she wanted to so desparately, she couldn't.
Soon another male appeared: Kage. She recognised his face now, but not his past. She knew that he was her friend, but nothing more. She smiled at him in greeting.
Amelia looked back to Arsenic as he spoke, declaring that he wouldn't harm her, and then asking what had happened since the pup's birth. Smiling at the thought of pups, she awaited an answer as she too was keen to know what had happened around the tunnels.

Distaste filled Faiths face, but she hid it away, knowing it wasn’t the time nor place for it. It wasn’t hard for one to gain a good first impression on Faith, but this male that she had never met before, certainly didn’t get one. A bad vibe drifted in Faiths direction, rolling off the one she now knew as Arsenic, causing her to stand somewhat rigid.
Faith waved a hand in Kage’s direction, throwing a warm smile along with it. As the conversation jumped around, Faith frowned slightly, knowing what was being said was going to shock her friend a great deal.
Letting Amelia take her hand, Faith delicately entwined their fingers, wanting to provide some comfort to the other girl, “Well, you see… Uhm… I don’t really know how to explain it, but they don’t mean your biological father, he’s your lycan father… It’s… Very confusing, I’m sure Xavier or Kage would probably do a much better job at explaining it, so I’m just going to shut my mouth now…” She trailed off, forcing her mouth closed.
All of a sudden, Faith became highly aware of the fact that the room was filling with males, and she was still in her undergarments. Eyes bulging slightly, Faith tried to subtly pull the legs of her short shorts down a little further, trying to cover up a little more. If it weren’t for the fact that Amelia was clinging to her hand, she would have scurried off to put more clothes on, but instead she just shuffled from foot to foot.

Arsenic sensed something from Faith a sense of distrust. He nearly smiled at how protective she was of Amelia, he found it a endearing trait about the girl. He found himself noticing her movements as she tried to hide herself from the male view. He smiled at her and toke off his coat and tossed it to her. He had been wearing a coat for his long jouney. The coat reached down to his ankles so he knew it would cover her completely if she where to wear it.
"That should take of your clothing troubles." He said kindly to her, not mean to sound mocking but still sounding a little which his face changed to show regret for "Sorry." He said softly to her then turned his attention to Amelia

Soft paws treaded silently through the dawn-touched, damp ground, lazily leading their owner to her most recent abode. Slipping without effort through the gap that was the Tunnel entrance, the glossy-white she-wolf whisked her thick tail side to side, letting her black claws click against the earth sensitively.
Her ears quirked forward at the sound of voices, and her acute muzzle sifted easily through the familiar scents. Xavier, Kage, Faith, Amelia, Arsenic...Arsenic? Rogue's paws slowed, and she raised her wet nose to the air as she entered the main entrance, spotting an older Arsenic, surrounded by the others.
Rogue's canines shifted in her jaws, and a dull, gruff snort signaled her arrival. After that, she averted her cold lavender gaze and padded onward, heading nearer the tunnel that took her to her own private den. She'd grown a hell of a lot stronger over the past year, and now simply her movements suggested one might lose an eye should they step too close to her tail. She'd changed a great deal after becoming a mother, then losing her children, losing her mate, losing her sister, and losing whatever identity she thought she had.
Rogue was dangerous now.

Arsenic had caught Rogue's scent before she came into view. He could feel the power off of her like a scortching heat. Her eyes where colder then he recalled. He knew she had lost alot and from the smell of blood she had lost her children and that must have been dreadfully painful for her. Her body told that she was not happy, nor was it likely she would be again.
He shifted his weight slightly so that he could more easily listen in on Rogue. she had become much more powerful sense he left, and he had grown as well. He had always wondered why he had left, of course at the time he had made up accuses but where they real.
His eyes fell on Amelia and he felt a sense of failure. Hadn't he promised to look after her and now she had no memory and she smelled still of dirt and decay, but just faintly. "What happened here."

Xavier stood silently as Faith attempted to explain Amelia's situation to her. He knew it wouldn't be easy, and he'd be sure to help if he could. Xavier, weary from lack of sleep, sat down in his chair and relaxed, letting his muscles slack and letting his extremeties loosen up. Xavier had lost the fire that his life had contained so much earlier in his life as a Lycan. His eyes had dulled to an orange-brown color, and his hair, originally a deep shade of green, had lightened and faded. He sighed heavily and took in a deep breath. As he did so he smelled a new scent: Rogue. Xavier smiled to himself and got up slowly, then shuffled over to the entrance of the Tunnel and leaned against the archway as the Lycaness approached.
"Hello, Rogue."
Xavier's tired eyes looked upon the Lycaness and realized that something was different. She was different. Rogue had lost so much in such a short amount of time, even more so than what Xavier had lost. Xavier nodded to himself and crossed his arms, thinking. Xavier's mind gathered thoughts about the status of the Tunnels and the Lycans within it. The male no longer had the youthful energy to continue guarding the Tunnels as the beta of the clan. He needed to appoint someone else. It was time for him to move on.

As the coat came flying at her, Faith caught it with ease, tossing it back just as soon as she had hold of it, “Thanks, but no thanks,” She said merely, she didn’t feel like wearing some random guys coat, the last time she took a guys coat, he screwed her over, and it made her wary of excepting a coat every again. What an odd phobia. Besides, had she of put it on, she probably would have gotten lost in it, she was only 5 feet tall.
Nodding a head in greetings and respect to Rogue as she walked through, Faith gave her a faint smile. She hadn’t really seen Rouge much, but she was still aware of how much the white-furred lycaness had changed.
It seemed as if everything in the Tunnels had changed. Once a happy, merry place to be, now it was nearly the opposite. Letting out a subtle sigh, Faith gave Amelia’s hand a light squeeze. She wondered briefly where Rayne was, wanting to thank the other girl for her help, for making things better. Shaking her head from the thoughts, Faith looked at Amelia, “Sorry, love, I’ve got to clean up my… Room… It’s kinda very messy, and I don’t feel like living in it like that…So...Yes…”
Turning to face the others, Faith gave them all a faint wave of her hand, “See y’all later, if you need me, you know where to find me…” Turning to Amelia once again, Faith put a small smile on her face, “I’ll just be over there,” She said, gesturing towards her door, “Don’t be afraid to come in if you need me for anything… Or, y’know, if you just wanna keep me company or anything,” Leaning over, Faith placed a sloppy kiss on her friends cheek, before letting her hand slide out of Amelia’s, then walking off towards her room, stopping to pick up her cleaning supplies as she went past them.

Hello Xavier.
Rogue addressed over her shoulder without turning around. She too dipped her head to Faith, merely lowering it past a centimetre, but it was enough. Amelia said nothing, and so Rogue did too, just like Arsenic, just like Kage. Her form disappeared around a corner; the edge of a doorway leading into her musty den. It stank of pups...She hated it.
A snarl echoed out through the tunnels at this, and moments later, the woman emerged once more, sun-kissed from the sun with her wave of snowy-white tresses flicking out and around her, now at a length of just above her rear. Her jeweled eyes were still bitter, and she was dressed in a grey dress, which hugged her strong thighs and ended at her knees.
Walking steadily back toward the group, she watched Faith disappear into her room, and her gaze hardened on Arsenic. She'd heard his question. "Pups were born after your departure." Came her sudden voice; a malicious sting. "Pups were killed almost immediately after that." She delivered simply, her shadowed expression showing no emotion.
"My pups were killed." Her eyes flashed, never leaving those of Arsenic. "Sealla died, was reincarnated, then died a second time." Throwing a gesture to Amelia Rogue continued. "She died too. But she's obviously back." Rogue's eyebrows tilted inward, a frown dampening her otherwise delicate features. "Faith may have died too..." She narrowed her gaze. "Though I'm beginning to lose count." She said this harshly, her tone almost spiteful. It was clear she was hurt very deep inside.
"Some of us died on the inside too." With this, her lavender eyes glazed over with a barrier of tears, but she didn't lose any. Her gaze was still hard, it could have turned anyone's stomach ill with guilt. "Why did you come back?" Was her final slip of words, each of them emphasized, but not offensively, just firmly; enough to force an answer.

Arsenic didn't flinch at her words or her stare but were softer then they had been before. He cared deeply for Rogue and he had from the moment he arrived in the tunnels. He didn't remove his eyes from hers "Sealla was dead before I left, and your pups new born's." He corrected her. "I left the night of Amelia's giving birth." He added in thought it was not needed.
He was curious as to what she meant by Faith may have died and that Amelia had passed as well. "I am sorry for your lose Rogue." He said to her truly meaning it, he had nothing against those pups and what had happened sickened him. Her words about 'Some of us died on the inside to' stung a little. Would it have made such a difference if he had not left?
"I came back because i should have never left this place." He said calmly this was the first time he had looked away from her toward the chamber she had just left then back. "I left because I thought I had died on the inside." He told her honestly "I shouldn't have left I know this now but hind sight is always 20/20."

He mentioned her pups, and Sealla, and her heart cased itself in that black box again, tight behind lock, lost without key. It was at an almost soaring height of no temperature in the tunnels, she was numb, the lycaness couldn't feel a thing, she didn't want to feel a thing, both inside, and out.
"I am sorry for your lose Rogue."
Her jaw tightened. "Don't be." She said sharply. "It doesn't change anything." She snapped icily, letting her lashes shadow her eyes as she turned to the fireplace, watching non-existing flames.
"I came back because i should have never left this place."
This made her attention turn back to him again, and she tilted her head slightly, narrowing her eyes. A look of perturbed accussations ran through her vision, the dapples of silver in her eyes sparked like the end of a match once dragged down the flammable side of it's box. Inside, there sat so many other matches, waiting for their doom, while that one brilliant outsider got to burn.
"I don't know." Rogue hissed quietly. "I think you left right about the perfect time." And her lips sealed, where the line of her jaw tightened again and her lids came to close over her eyes for just a moment, before she turned and headed to one of the couches in the area. Her words were wiser now, learned and intelligent, never without point, and sometimes, as painful as a snakebite itself.

Arsenic watched Rogue walk over to the couch and he sighed as she did. "Rogue." Was all he said at first "I understand you lost your mate, your children and your sister all in a short span of time and I know this has effected you greatly." His words were kind and carefully toned. His cobalt eyes met her's gazing upon the silver flakes that seemed to sparkle in them.
"I know what it is like to lose loved ones, and I know what it is like to try to be alone and to not feel, and it is no way to live." He watched her for a moment "If you want to mearly exist it is still not the way to go about dealing with this pain, and it is certainly no way to live."

Oh, no. One step too far.
Arsenic's words hit Rogue's turned back, and she stopped dead in her tracks for the couch, her slim fingers curling to form fists. He thought he understood did he? Rogue's eyes jarred themselves closed, while her heartbeat drove itself near thirty kilometers a second. It blended like one massive drum in her rib cage, and it made her feel angry. Very angry.
"You don't understand s*** about me." She snarled, while the deep amethyst in her eyes swirled dangerously. God how it was hard to restrain every muscle, every intention and every train of thought set on diving at someone's throat and eating it out so they would just shut up. Rogue never sweared.
Her fists tightened, until the veins on her hands bulged desperately, fighting to release a wave of rage on their provoker. Her hair streaked past her neck and sliced the air as she turned in a span less than a second, walking at a frighteningly fast pace toward him. Upon reaching him and blocking the others out of her mind, she slammed her hands into his chest and shoved him back until he had his back against a wall.
Her pitch heightened. "If you knew how it felt, if you knew what it's like, if you know how to live, you would leave me the hell alone!" She yelled, beating at his chest as her hair flew wildly around her. "Don't you dare come in here and tell me what I'm feeling, when you haven't even sorted yourself out." She growled, backing off him.
"I don't try not to feel." She lowered her tone, to a spine-chilling hiss. "You do." And with that she slapped him, hard and fast across the cheek, back-handed too. The viciousness in her eyes said it all, 'back off'. With that, the lycaness turned her back on Arsenic and headed for the couch once more, her eyes set again on the fireplace. Rogue was damned near untamable.
