Rezna looked around the busy street of the village. Students were out to enjoy themselves as she herself was doing. And why should she not? The weather was perfect, more then what the girl could have hoped for. It was a cool fall day, with the sun dancing out from behind the clouds in the sky.
Tantalizing smells drifted to her from the pubs and small restaurants from either side of the street. This brought a small smile to her face as she remembered her concoction of earlier that day. She couldn't help but wonder how successful she had been at her first attempt at Potions.
As if by coincidence, a bright colored display of vials caught her eyes. It was, of course, a store for potions supplies and a few of them she recognized from earlier that morning. A poster in the window of Dangerous Actions made her laugh. Apparently she had done a few of them that day.

Anna smiled, This is an amazing day. I'm here in hogsmeade with my amazing friend, and it is b-e-a-utiful she thought. She watched students jog merrily down the streets, or just sit under the shade of the ice cream parlor's canopy with their ice creams. She smiled at Rezna, "Fancy seeing you here!" Anna joked, "Where to first?" she asked, her eyes filled with wonder. She had only been to hogsmeade once or twice before, and she knew how amazing it was in the few stores she went it. She saw candy stores, pubs, supply stores, and even joke shops. Anna couldn't keep the smile off her face for more than a minute, she felt like a two year old that was just told she could have sweets for breakfast lunch and dinner for a week. Anna brushed out the few strands of hair that always managed to get in her eyes away from her face so you could see her deep blue-grey eyes. She glanced around Hogsmeade as she waited patiently for a response from Miss Lardale.

"Indeed, it is a pleasant surprise to see you hear my dear friend," Rezna replied grinning broadly as she followed her friend's joke. "The last time we met, we were in a rather wet situation, as I remember it."
Suddenly, pair of laughing children cut across Rezna and Anna's path so that the blond girl had to halt abruptly and spin to her side so as not to run into them. However, neither of the little witch or wizard seemed to care as they happily disappeared behind the doors of the most interesting store, a joke shop.
"What say you to a little shopping first? Perhaps that store with the colorful windows of innocent jokes appeals you you as much as me," the Hufflepuff girl stated ever so innocently. But it proved harder to keep her angelic face as an evil, mischievous grin spread across her features. The reason behind this change of emotion was simple, she had revenge on her mind.

The last time we met, we were in a rather wet situation, as I remember it.
"Only a little," Anna joked, remembering the water balloon fight a few weeks or so ago. Anna jumped back as two kids ran across their path. Anna almost dropped her money pouch, but she kept a hold of it in the end. She watched as the two children entered the Joke shop Anna was looking at earlier.
Perhaps that store with the colorful windows of innocent jokes appeals you you as much as me. Those were the words that made Anna's eyebrow go up mischeviously. She watched as Rezna gave a mischevious grin, which made Anna flash one back. "What are you thinking Lardale," she added with a smile, "Whatever you are thinking... let's go in anyways!" she exclaimed, not being able to hold in her excitment any longer.
Anna grabbed her friend by the arm and tugged her towards the Joke shop eagerly. She threw open the door to hear the clanging of bells. Once she stepped inside, she saw at least two dozen kids crammed into the shop. Anna looked around the entire shop and suddenly realized why it was so crammed. IT WAS AMAZING! She saw hundreds of different jokes and pranks that she wanted to try out. She looked over to Rezna and smiled, "I'm gonna have fun in here," she told her.

"What are you thinking Lardale," she added with a smile, "Whatever you are thinking... let's go in anyways!"
Those words brought a smile like no other from Rezna's earlier grin. She was thinking over a lot of things, most of which were devious ways of getting some good-natured fun into her school centered life.
She soon found out that she had set a wild fire in her friend as well, for Anna's eagerness was not lost on the daydreaming Hufflepuff. For a moment, the girl's expression softened as she thought of how wonderful it was to have Anna there with her. For both girls were quite alike in their thinking and shared a connection like no other. After all, Anna had been the very first real friend that Rezna had made at the school, and she couldn't be happier for it.
As she was half dragged, half pulled into the store, her previous mischievous expression returned twice fold for her eyes grew wide in wonder as she scanned the shelves upon shelves of gleaming jokes.
"I better not go bankrupt today," Rezna told her friend while still having her head raised to the ceiling which was quite high, for the shelves on all sides of the store reached to the very top. Scanning her eyes down the columns, all sorts of things caught her attention.
Seeing a brake in the storm of children, students, and even some adults in the room along the walls, it was Rezna's turn to grab her friend as she dived to the open spot.
And so, pulling her purse onto her shoulder, Rezna threw Anna one last joyful look before diving for the goods. Well, technically, all she did was reach for random objects and read their labels.
"Tongue freezers, multi-colored snot, snake hair," she read as she now ran her finger over the labels of one of the more higher shelves, where most children could not reach. "Anything catch your interest?" she asked Anna.
"Jinxed wands?" she gasped as she looked at a box of seemingly harmless wands made of all types of wood. "I could find a use for these," she whispered under her breath, "another day."

(ooc: sorry i responded so late... school and stuff has got me all caught up...)
I better not go bankrupt today Anna heard her friend say, as she followed Rezna's eyes up to the ceiling. "Whoa! That's a lot of pranks..." she agreed. Suddenly, she felt herself being thrown into an area that there weren't any kids and Renza was flipping through all sorts of pranks.
Tongue freezers, multi-colored snot, snake hair. Anything catch your interest? She heard a second after she caught her balance. "Everything!!" she exclaimed. She ran her fingers over some other labels, just before she heard Rezna gasp. "Huh?" she said looking down at her friend, for she was on her tip-toes. She looked at the label, and at first she couldn't tell what it was. But then it came into clear view, Jinxed wands.
"WHOA!" Anna yelled as she lost her balance and fell to the ground, laughing. "There... there better be another box of those things..." she smiled. Anna didn't think she had this fun in, well... a long time. "I'm glad we came. I've missed you." Anna informed her with a smile. "Let's make sure that we don't go that long without seeing eachother."

Rezna looked down at Anna as she fell to the ground with a grin. Walking over to her, she extended her free hand and pulled Anna to her feet.
"I missed you too. And I'll make ever effort to see you as often as I can, for if I don't I might go crazy," she told her friend as she thrust a box of jinxed wands into Anna's hands. "Just don't use them on me!" she joked as she moved over to a more colorful shelf.
"So what's happened to you since the last time we met?" she asked after a few minutes of searching. "It better be something important that you didn't have time to visit me!" she said as she pulled a hurt expression upon her face.

(ooc: i know she's supposed to paralyzed... but i felt like i should respond.) Anna felt herself being pulled up from the ground. Anna chuckled at Rezna's response as she received the jinxed wands from Rezna. "Oh don't worry... I have other uses for these." Anna said mischeviously, with a smile to match her tone. So what's happened to you since the last time we met It better be something important that you didn't have time to visit me! She heard Rezna as a "hurt" expression came across her face. Anna gave Rezna one of her most upset looks on her face, "Only one word needs to describe my absence in your presence. School," Anna assured her. "But, then again Rezna... you didn't visit ME either!" she reminded her friend with one eyebrow raised and a small smile on her face, and she knew that if Rezna didn't answer soon, she'd crack up. (ooc: that was kinda short... *pinches self for posting terribly*)

Rezna suppressed a laugh herself, seeing Anna struggling to keep a straight face. "Well, I did plan to storm into your common room and visit you as any friend would, but you see, your guards in armor came up to me and did not like the badger on my robes. They said something about the small four legged creature not being worthy enough of a lion so I left. I know you'd have wanted me to fight my way through, but something about my ash wand against their swords stopped me."
Rezna bit her cheeks to keep from laughing as she wondered how long Anna would hold out.
"Now I know my excuse is worthy enough, but how is yours? I mean, I always thought we were in the same school, Anna. Who can our home keep you from visiting me?" Putting on a hurt face, Rezna blinked her large green eyes at Anna.
Rezna's stomach contracted as she fought her urge to laugh. Keeping her hurt expression, she made a mental note to thank Anna as soon as she was done being mad at her for giving her an excuse to relax and have so much fun.

Well, I did plan to storm into your common room and visit you as any friend would, but you see, your guards in armor came up to me and did not like the badger on my robes. They said something about the small four legged creature not being worthy enough of a lion so I left. I know you'd have wanted me to fight my way through, but something about my ash wand against their swords stopped me. Anna tried to picture her friend coming up to her common room, and her smile gave into a bigger one quickly.
Anna bit her lip as Rezna scorned Anna for not coming to see her. She watched as Rezna put on yet another hurt expression. Anna couldn't stand it anymore, and as soon as she started to laugh, she didn't think she'd be able to stop. She literally fell on the floor in a fit of full out laughter.
As much as Anna tried to get the few words out that she wanted to, her laughter always muffled it, or completely destroyed to few words. She almost couldn't breath at one point and as soon as her laughter calmed down a bit, she let some of the cool fresh air back into her lungs. Finally Anna![/b] Her brain screamed as the air filled into it. Anna sat up, still laughing and leaned against the wall so she wouldn't get trampled on by the hurried people trying to leave the store. She looked up, still in a fit of giggles and some of the looks on their faces made her laugh and laugh even longer and harder than she had meant to.
(ooc: dearly sorry it took me so long. i have been very busy. but, i'm backk! and now, waiting for young Rezna's response.)

Watching Anna laugh made Rezna crack up as well. First they were innocent giggles from Anna falling on the ground. Than she began to laugh harder, and it was difficult to stand straight. In seconds the 'Puff's long blond hair was falling to the floor as the girl bent in two. Her hand had been reaching to help Anna up but she knew she had no strength to pull her up.
Instead, Rezna was laughing so hard that she lost her balance and fell to the ground by her friend. Along the way she knocked a few boxes of 'Grow-a-Horn's on her head in the process. This brought even more laughter to her, making her stomach go numb. Looking away from Anna, who would have prolonged her laughter, Rezna tried to stop. And she did, after a minute, and was left gasping for air.
"Did anyone tell you," she spoke to her friend without looking at her in case she'd start laughing again, " that laughing for a minute increases your longevity by a year? I think we just added six years of life to our future." With a deep breath, Rezna turned to Anna with a smile. "I'll remind this to you when we're in our nineties," she added, as she threw a prank at her friend. The rectangular box read, Beards for all ages, and sported a four-year-old with a grey beard reaching the floor.

Anna laughed even harder as Rezna fell to the floor alongside her, for she could tell she hadn't meant to, and she couldn't help but laugh either. Anna took deep breaths as she tried to calm her laughter, and did once the blonde looked away, but she still was grinning largely when Rezna started to speak to her.
Did anyone tell you, that laughing for a minute increases your longevity by a year? I think we just added six years of life to our future. Rezna informed Anna, which made Anna smile larger than she had been as Rezna turned to face Anna. I'll remind this to you when we're in our nineties. Suddenly, a rectangular box flew through the air and hit Anna lightly on the arm.
Anna read the label and laughed, "Hey Rez, you could use some of this," she joked and smiled at the picture of a todler with a beard. She grabbed onto one of the shelves and pulled herself up, almost pulling the entire shelf on herself. Once she was standing, Anna put out her hand to her friend, "C'mon. People will start to wonder if we're five year olds in disguise," Anna tried to say seriously, but couldn't and let out a smile. With her other hand, Anna pulled some of her long black strands of hair out of her piercing green eyes.

Rezna got to her feet, and took another calming breath. A few children looked up at her with large confused eyes, but the Hufflepuff girl only smiled and waved to them before turning back to her dark haired friend.
Rezna would have replied to Anna's comment but when a few older men on her right stepped back and opened up a space along the counters she hurried to claim it. The blond's green gaze sweapt across the display of intricate tiny objects. Looking back she waited for Anna to join her.
"Maybe five year olds get discounts," she suggested as she looked at all the merchandise. "But honestly, do you see anything you like, or would like? Nothing so far as grabbed my attention." Looking around she spotted a display of 'Like' potions, not Love, Like. "I'd get this just to see if it works with people and say...plants," she said with an evil grin.

Anna chuckled as the blonde waved to a few confused looking kids, and she turned back to her. Rezna almost leaped for the empty spot at the counter, and Anna jumped up alongside her.
Maybe five year olds get discounts. Anna heard Rezna say. She giggled and looked around the store. But honestly, do you see anything you like, or would like? Nothing so far as grabbed my attention. Anna still had the box of jinxed wands in clutched her hand. She smiled at Rezna's comment about the 'Like potions.' "Yeah, same here... I think I'll just get these," Anna said holding up the box and returned Rezna's evil grin with one of her own.
Anna dropped the box on the counter and opened up her money bag. She counted out two sickels and four knuts, which was the amount for the box of jinxed wands, (15 in a box! Trick your enemies into jinxing themselves!) Anna smiled at Rezna, "Okay, let's pay up and get out of here! It's getting a little too crowded, I almost can't move."

Rezna scanned the room again as Anna payed up. Surely there was something there that she wanted above all else. Letting out frustrated sigh she followed her friend out of the shop. Pushing the door out before her she let the welcoming bell chime once more.
"You know," the blond said as she entered the street, "they shouldn't have had so many things in there. My eyes and attention was too divided for me to decide. At least now I'll have the money to buy what I really need." With that Rezna took to scanning the rows of stores on either side of them.
Seeing the one she needed, she hurried over to the Quidditch supply store and turned to offer a hurried explanation to Anna. "I need to buy Aylen a new broom. I accidentally cursed it to fly into the Forbidden Forest. This won't take long, and you're welcome to come in with me, although I don't think you like the sport."
Flashing her friend a smile, she hurried through the open doorway. Heading straight for the broom display she tried to find a similar broom to the one she had so carelessly destroyed. Scanning the 'new models' rack, she picked the most expensive one she could afford.
'Sixty-five galleons, fifteen sickles, and ten knuts,' the broody cashier replied as she handed Rezna the wrapped broom. The blond handed the money to the old lady and grabbed the broom hurrying to the doorway.
"He better not complain about the quality," she mumbled to herself as she looked around for Anna. "For it definitely isn't the cheapest broom in the world. I know. I've seen it!"
