Ondrea nodded, saying "Thanks," she had previously tried feeding the hippogriff fish, but he seemed not to like that either, maybe she should just try something else.
After Mercury went back to Aylen, she heard Aylen ask for something else, and then saw the look on Mercury's face. Ondrea grinned, it was a funny sight, the merlin looking as if it was smiling.
Out of the corner of her eye, Ondrea saw what looked to be a fish-tank, walking over to it, she found some fish she had never seen before. There was a cat-fish, but this one, actually had the head of a cat, and the body of a fish; there was one that looked partly like a frog, and one that was a dark black, but had these cold red eyes, an almost chilling sight, "Look." she said to Aylen, pointing to the fish tank, "Cool, aren't they?"

A hand reached up and placed a small package of mouse giblets onto the counter with a plop. "Here you go! Have a nice day!" the shopkeeper said cheerily and went along with his business. Aylen opened the bag and fed a bit of it to Mercury, who chomped noisily at it with relish. The redhead grinned. He was back on Mercury's good side.
The Gryffindor meandered along the shelves until Ondrea claimed she found something interesting. "What is it?" he asked her as she pointed at the fish. The merlin seemed to have more interest in it than Aylen, and its sharp eyes followed the fish hungrily. His owner poked him. "You're not an osprey, Mercury." The bird made a grumbling noise and huddled down to sulk again.
He sighed and shook his head. "I think we should go before Mercury decides he likes fish better than mice," he grinned.

Ondrea watched Merlin who was looking at the fish, almost like he was going to start to feast on one of the interesting looking fish. One of them had begun chewing on another's tail, ew... Ondrea thought in disgust.
Ondrea laughed, "That just might be a good idea." she said to Aylen, as she looked at Merlin who was sulking.
Merlin reminded Ondrea of Shadow, they both had quite the character.
Heading towards the store door, Ondrea stopped in front of it, waiting for Aylen, "You going anywhere else today?" Ondrea asked, taking a last glance around the store.

The redhead stifled a yawn. "Besides bed, you mean?" he said. "Naw, I'm bushed. I'm going to sleep." He grinned sleepily as he opened the door for her again. "You going anywhere?"
(ooc: Sorry. Muse went on vacation again.)

OOC: no worries, the summer has fried my brain, so I no what you mean.
BIC: Ondrea shrugged, "I don't know, I think I might just go down to the lake, or something. Maybe to bed too, I'm pretty tired myself." Ondrea said, she hadn't been getting much sleep as of late.
