“Talk?” She asked then smiled. “No, just walk for now.” Was her answer to his question as her feet continue to carry her over the cobbled street of Hogsmead. She headed in no certain direction but continued up the street, her leather-clad feet making almost no sound as she went.
It wasn’t that she wanted to be left alone, she was happy to have company, but words for the moment didn’t sit well with her current mood. She just wanted peace, the noise of the tavern had played its role in that. She seldom made her presence around crowded areas and for a good reason. Although, she genuinely like the human race, it still made her nerves tighten when there were too many of them ion one place

Felix nodded. He did a scan, yet he couldn't see what her mood was. He'd always been good at telling moods, but Kalista hid them well. He continued to limp, following her. His limping caused him to fall behind, but since she didn't want to talk, he supposed it wouldn't be a big problem.

Kalista continued to walk, in silence until she came to the edge of the town where she stopped, turned to Felix then sat on the rail of the fence leading out to the hills beyond.
Although she would have loved to continue, she thought it would not be such a good idea to go exploring caves at this time of night. Her eyes turned to the hills, their high rising height and their dark looming towers of rock and sand looked most peaceful, but she knew all to well the thins that could go bump, in the night around this place.
“What would you do if you ever met a vampire?” Kalista asked then.
This had been a question burning in her as to what she would do in the situation. There was, as everyone knew many vampires out and about in this area and she was just wondering how Felix, would deal with the less then impossible fact, that he could come face to face with one some day.

"Hm...I suppose I'd, leave him or her alone, if they didn't provoke me," he said, limping to the fence, and sitting beside Kalista, "but I suppose if I needed to fight, I'd, suppose, fight to the death, knowing my life was on the line.

She listened to his reply then went quiet for a moment. “Ok, suppose you net a vampire on school grounds, he didn’t’ do anything, but let you alone to your own thoughts as he did his own, the a prefect comes along and stirs things up, the two of them get in this deep conversation, and you fear for the stupid prefect and her idealistic way and don’t want o leave her alone, would you though, even if she told you to??”

Felix was silent, thinking his thoughts over. "I would," he paused, "try to save her. If she wanted me to leave, I wouldn't. I would tell her to leave the vampire..."

Kalista was silent for a moment, lost in her own thoughts then she looked at him. “Yes, I suppose that would have been the correct course to have taken.” She replied softly then looked again at the dark hills beyond, seemingly contemplating something else.

Felix followed her gaze, and narrowed his eye, "Wait, why are you asking me?" he said, suspcious.

A slight smile curved at the edges of her lips and she turned her onyx eyes to Felix, her head not moving. “I ask what I asked, no more, n less.” She replied now bringing her head around to meet the gaze of her eyes, the smile on her lips broadening at his look of confusion. “Why? Was there something you thought it to be? Other than the simple question?”

Felix stared right at her, turning his head slightly, so his right eye was much more visible, "...No. Nothing," he said, before turning his head back around.

Kalista let her gaze hover over him for a moment longer then she too, looked away again, her onyx eyes slowly making their retreat form his seemingly still confused features. Then, she sighed an almost hollow sound and straightened up in her seat upon the rail.
“You think me to be something perhaps more than I seem?” She asked then, her eyes now glued to the hills beyond.

"Everyone is more than they seem. If they weren't, everybody could tell who to pick on, or even...kill," Felix said, staring blankly.

Kalista chuckled slightly at the Killing comment then turned her eyes back to him again, her expression perhaps a bit unnerving but nonetheless, joyful too.
“Awe yes, the killing thing, well, you see, I prefer to think about ones death as more than that, a meal perhaps for a vampire, or a hunted prey for the Lycan. It all comes down to the food chain once again. Then there are the Demons, the ones that no one truly understands, w, they are more than either of the afore mentioned as they carry themselves in both day or night, full moon or not, when they decide to kill, it is usually for a very good reason and usually, only when they have been jaded by some poor lost soul that had nothing better to do than pick a fight with the wrong being.” She replied.

Felix's eye twitched, "True. Very true...although, I've heard of a way to bring the dead back...somehow."

“Yes, there is a way to bring the dead back, although I am told that it is very dangerous and could cost the life of the one trying it as well. Sometimes though, it is best just to leave the dead as just that, dead. I once heard tale of a lover that brought his dead wife back from the dead, her body remained just as mangled as it was at the time of her death, most horrid, I would think.” She replied, her eyes still looking at him.
