Her frown remained, but it slowly started to fade at the prospect of maybe being able to help in some way, “Ya, I’m willing to give it a go, I’ll do anything if it’ll help you in some way…Just tell me what to do,” she said, her eyes flickering across Jadore’s features, searching for some sort of answer.

Jadore smiled weaky, and nodded her thanks. Without even thinking about how she should do it, she took hold of Eliza's hands and held them in her own. She then concentrated hard. She tried to imagine what was inside her, flowing into Eliza. She waited for it to happen for a few minutes, and was just about to let go and give up, when she felt her hands start to go warm and tingle, looking at them she was sure she could see them glowing a faint whitey-yellow. She looked up into Eliza's eyes and grinned-she'd done it! However, she soon lost the smile when she realised what she was doing: giving the pain this tourment: or at least a glance of it. Moments passed, and then all of a sudden Jadore experienced the vision from earlier: the death, the screaming, the pain, the loss, the terror...as the vision subsided, Jadore released her grip on Eliza's hands and waited for reaction. "You ok?" she enquired, deeply concerned incase she had hurt the beautiful girl, her friend, in some way. "Did you see it?"

Eliza had been staring at their hands, waiting for something to happen, when all of a sudden, images rushed into her head. She looked on horrified as it was all revealed to her, however none of it was new; these images were from the night that she would remember forever. The man and women who had been brutally murdered were her parents, and the small girl sitting there, sobbing, that was her, when she was 6.
As the images slowly subsided, tears ran down her cheeks. She was shaking now, and soon she stumbled backwards slightly, the sunglasses that had been resting on her head dropped down to cover her eyes. “Th-th-that… W-w-w-w-was my p-parents…” She stuttered out, closing her eyes tight behind the sunglasses, trying to stop the tears.

Jadore was slightly elatd that it had worked and that she had been able to share her gift, but it soon passed when she realised what she had done. Noticing her friend crying, her face dropped it's happy expression and instead produced one of concern. She was about to ask what was wrong, when Eliza explained: the vision had been of her parents death. Jadore hung her head in shame at putting her friend through such an ordeal. "I'm sorry" she whispered. Only then did she notice that the screams, terror, pain and other emotions which she had been feeling inside her, had now ceased. Jadore had found what she had been looking for: and now she knew: she was meant to be looking after, or helping Eliza. She glanced up at the crying girl, but remained silent now.

Bringing a shaky hand up and under her sunglasses to wipe the tears from her eyes, Eliza swallowed hard. Her head was bowed slightly, almost in shame, and when she shook her head slightly, hair fell down to cover her face, “Don’t say sorry… It’s not like it’s nothing I haven’t seen before… I just wish you hadn’t of had to seen, had to have it screaming in your head like it does to me, a never ending scream…” She trailed off slightly, clenching her jaw slightly.
Coming here, she had hoped that she could forget the past, what had happened so many years ago, but it had come with her, and only served to causing Jadore pain; maybe leaving was something she should look into.

Jadore fumbled with her fingers, staring hard at them, letting Eliza have space to calm down, however, she was very concerned for her new friend, and she couldn't help but keep wandering into Eliza's mind. When she heard the thought that leaving was something she'd look into, Jadore looked up in horror. "You can't just leave Magic Horizons! Please, this is your home, I want to be your friend, let me in and I will help you through this." she paused debating over whether she should continue, she decided she would: "I lost my birth mom and dad too, they were murdered before me by attackers who broke into our home..." she trailed off, tears welling up in her eyes. "We can help each other, Eliza, please...stay?" she begged.

Eliza’s eyebrows shot up confusing for a moment, until she remembered what Jadore had told her. She could obviously hear her thoughts. Looking down at hands as she folded and unfolded them, Eliza drew in a deep, shaky breath, “You were in pain because of my past… Because of what happened to me and my family… I couldn’t handle causing anyone pain,”
Shock was written across her face now; Jadore and herself seemed to share a common history, and she found herself mulling over the idea of Jadore being passed around orphanage homes like she had been, now curious to know what it was like for the other girl. Sliding her sunglasses up on top of her head once more, she nodded slightly, “Ok… I’ll stay… I won’t leave… But… If you start getting the visions and stuff again about what happened to my family.... I’m going to leave…I couldn't handle putting you through that...”

Jadore crawled forward and moved so that she sat beside Eliza. Hesitating a little, she reached up and put her arm around Eliza's shoulders, giving her a supportive hug. "Eliza, it wasn't your fault. what happened, none of it was your fault. And I'm glad that I experienced it, because now I know. Now we can talk about it...help each other." she half-smiled, then leant her head against Eliza's. "And you'll never leave, I won't let you. I feel so close to you, and it would kill me to lose you. I feel like we connect in so many ways, like we were meant to meet here o help each other." she sighed a little. She didn't know what else to say, and silence fell, but it wasn't as Jadore had expected: it was a comfortable silence of understanding.

The silence hung in the air as Eliza let what Jadore said seep in, picking it all apart inside her brain, trying to find anything that may have been hidden within the words. After a few more moments, Eliza slid her arm around Jadore as well, a small smile on her features as she looked up towards the sky. Nodding her head in agreement, she turned her gaze back down to Jadore, “I feel the same, I really do… I don’t want to leave here, not now, probably not ever…”
A shiver ran up her spine as the cold of the night slowly began to overwhelm her senses, “Wanna go get a coffee or something?” She suddenly asked, hoping it get out of the Graveyard as soon as possible.

Jadore's tensed muscles seemed to relax even more when Eliza admitted that she felt the same and that she wanted to stay, and she released a soft sigh of relief into the cold night air. she leant her head against Eliza's for a brief second, then stood, and offered her hand to help Eliza get up. "Coffee sounds good, we can take it back to the common room." she suggested. Jadore still wanted to talk about what she had seen, but she knew that they were friends now so had all the time they needed to talk about it. and besides, she could sense that Eliza wanted to get away from the graveyard, as did she.

Taking the offered hand, Eliza pulled herself to her feet and brushed herself off, “Cool, sounds good, sounds nice and warm…” Turning her gaze towards the sky once more, smiling slightly, “I’m glad we met up tonight,” She said, not looking from the sky, “I’m glad we got to talk about this, as brief of a conversation as it was, I’m still happy that it happened,” Looking towards Jadore once again, she smiled softly, before linking her arm through the other girls’ and heading towards the exit of the Graveyard, “We should definitely light a fire in the common room,” She said, shivering once again.

Jadore smiled at Eliza's words and nodded in agreement. "You know, I don't always have to get a vision, or read your thoughts to know how you feel...you could always tell me what's going on. I want to be there for. I want to be the person you come to for advice, help, a good conversation, a friend. Eliza, I've only known you for a few days, but already I feel like should I lose you then part of me would die." She blushed with embarrassment, and tried to change the subject: "Yeah, a nice big fire, I love fires"

A light blush worked it’s way up Eliza’s neck and onto her face, she moved her gaze to the ground for a moment, before clearing her throat and pushing her sunglasses down over her eyes once more, “I’ll keep that in mind…. And I do feel the same, really I do…” She spoke in a soft voice, the shyness she had when she first met Jadore suddenly returning. Starting their walk towards the gate, Eliza grinned slightly, “I love fires, too… They’re great… Beautiful and keep you warm, so great…”

Just as Jadore felt that the two girls were growing even closer, Eliza seemed to pull away: the girl's shyness overtaking her again and she hid behind those sunglasses. Sighing a little, she unlinked her arm from Eliza's and just walked alongside. "Yeah, we'll conjure some coffee and make a pretty fire...it will be...fun" Jadore's tone of voice sounded so unconvincing: as she was trying to make someone believe that a funeral would be fun. Jadore's eyes glazed over as she looked straight ahead, as she reached the gate she pushed it open and held it for Eliza to get past.

Frowning slightly, Eliza mentally kicked herself for drawing back like she had done; she never meant to do this, but somehow she always let her nerves get the better of her. Running a hand through her hair nervously, she moved her sunglasses back up, before wrapping her arms around herself tightly, “Yep, fun is to be had… Though, to be perfectly honest, I don’t really like coffee… I’m a major fan of tea, though,” She said, smiling slightly. Flashing Jadore a bright smile as she held the gate open for her, Eliza stepped out of the Graveyard, “Thanks,” She let a sigh of relief leave her as the odd feeling the Graveyard always brought disappeared.
