"I'd definitely give it a go..." Hayzie answered, the tiniest trace of a smile apparent on her slowly drying face. Looking around the sodden grounds with a small sigh, the blonde girl nodded, as if accepting what her friend had said. It was strange, really, how much they had been through together - even if most of it was thanks to Hayzie being somewhere she shouldn't have been at the particular moment in time she was there.
Turning emerald eyes back to Hikalyn, Hayz muttered: "I guess we should get back in? Do you fancy a coffee or something? I'm sure the house elves can whip something up for a cold day like today?"

"Figured you might," she quipped lightly, a little smirk tugging her lips upwards at Hayzie's answer.
Suddenly realizing that they were standing out in a pouring rainfall in December, both of them soaking wet to boot, and noticing the cold as if for the first time, Kalyn offered a faint chuckle in response to her friend's suggestion. "I suppose maybe we'd better," she agreed. "I could go for a coffee right now."
She ducked out from under the umbrella, then stopped and looked back at Hayz. "Can your chair make it okay through all that?" she asked, waving a hand vaguely at the soaking wet ground, by this point so sodden that one could almost describe it as a marsh.

"I sure as hell hope so..." Hayzie replied, pulling out her wand. "If not... looks like I'm levitating over it....but I really can't be bothered to do that. It makes me feel sick... like flying on a muggle plane," she carried on, screwing her nose up in obvious distaste.
Taking a deep breath, Hayz tried to move her wheelchair slowly by moving the circular bars on the wheels, though with little sucess. "May as well leave me out here til it dries up," the blonde laughed, shaking her head. This wheeling around malarky was not as easy as it looked.

"Well, if you really want," Kalyn retored with an exaggerated wink, making as if to take Hayz up on her remark and just leave her there. Then she shook her head, coming back to her friend with a little laugh. "You kidding? You'd be stuck out here until this time tomorrow." Taking a moment to consider the state of the grounds and the weather that, to all appearances, had no intentions of letting up, she shook her head and added, "If you were lucky, at any rate."
Stepping up behind Hayz's chair, she grasped the handles and pushed it forward. She had more success than Hayz had, but the way the mud sucked at the wheels certainly made it an effort. She shook her head. "There ought to be a charm for this sort of thing, or something."
