So she was being held hostage, so she had been afraid of doing anything before now, so she had lived within the same fog barriers for many months now, but now, it was time to get out.
Hayzie was standing on a branch of a tree close to the forest's edge, looking out through the fog and into the grounds, peering through the leaves, narrowly dodging conkers that fell out at the slightest breeze.
It couldn't be all that hard to walk out, could it? The fog was easy enough to walk through, right? "Right," Hayz assured herself in a whisper, unblinking green eyes looking out to where she could see some students struggling through a piece of homework in the grounds, giggling delightedly as the breeze mischevously flicked the pages of their textbook over and over.
"Tonight," she whispered, not daring to raise her tone any more. "Tonight, I get out, once and for all."

-if this is invite only, I'll delete this post.-
A slightly calm voice emitted from under Hayz Roberts. What do you mean by that? it asked. If she turned around, she would have seen a farmiliar black Lycan by the name of Sealla. She sat silently under the branch Hayzie was standing on and didn't avert her eyesight from the Lake beyond the trees

Hayzie flinched a little, but regained her balance quickly as she heard a voice in her head. It took a few seconds to realise that it did not belong to any of the forest lycans, but rather to Sealla, and it was only then that she turned around. Have you ever been involved in a game of stick in the mud where who you tigged won't stay where they're supposed to? she sent back, deciding to use easy riddles to give across her answer instead of just coming straight out with it. -ooc: Nope, not invite only -

-ooc: cool ^^ -
As Sealla listened, it seemed as though Hayzie's words twisted around their own meaning. The black Lycan glanced above to see the other Lycan and asked, What exactly do you mean by that? she asked. I'm sorry, but I'm not the smartest of all creatures. the 'wolf' gave a laugh and sent a supportive smile Hayzie's way.

With a raised eyebrow, Hayzie looked back down to Sealla. Not the smartest of all creatures? Oh she knew a little better. Well, let’s just say I’m tired of being stuck in the mud, and it’s time to get back on solid ground again. Hopefully, Sealla would get the message this time. It was simple similies, really. The forest being the mud, and the school being stable ground.

Sealla returned her gaze to the surrounding trees. Ah yes. I do have a few blunt moments occasionally. she muttered, mocking herself.
But I do see where you're coming from. What are you planning on doing, if I might ask? Although, the forest has ears... she asked without looking up.

Ah, if I told you that, then it wouldn’t be a surprise, would it, Sealla? Hayzie stated simply with what could have been classed as a grin if it wasn’t hidden behind the effects the forest had already had on the blonde girl. If the girl’s green eyes lost anymore of their usual bright colour, she was sure they would be nothing but grey. If her smile faded anymore, it would be classed as non-existant.

The black Lycan nodded, Tu chei. she merely stated.
Then remembering the incident in the Tunnels she asked gingerly, Have you had anything like... like those forest spirits in your mind since that time in the Tunnels?

This time, Hayzie had no smart response to give, no riddles, nothing but a silent shake of the head. She was still a little touchy on that subject, and she knew it would haunt her for as long as she lived. HOW had the blonde lycan let them take over? How had she let them make her hurt her friends?
No.

Sealla noticed out of the corner of her eye that Hayz flinched in the slightest at her question. Please forgive me if that was the wrong question to ask..

“No, no. It’s okay,” Hayzie said aloud, deciding telepathy took up too much energy, which it did. Somehow, she began to feel tired. Instead of standing up, the slight girl sat down on the branch beneath her feet and began to dangle her legs slightly, suddenly feeling small.

Sealla glanced upwards with a sympathetic look. Well, just remember, if ever you need me, I am here for you.[i/] she gave a warm smile towards Hayz.

“Thanks,” Hayzie answered in nothing more than a whisper as she closed her dull eyes. She knew she should be stronger than this, that she should be able to cope with living in the forest, that she was supposed to be stronger, but it wasn’t possible. All energy had just been completely drained form the lycan girl.

She returned her gaze back farwards through the misty trees, feeling a little better that she had said something supportive.

"Do you think they'd even notice if I went?" Hayzie asked quietly, not even looking down towards the other lycan.
