Xarian came bouncing into the stadium with her hair pined up and broom in hand. She was in old clothes that seemed to be boy robes that were a mile to large for her, and stained with grass and mud. She got on her old broom and came up into the air. You noticed that though it was an older model it worked very well and was taken care of.
"Sorry I'm late..." She whispered, clenching the broom.

Persephone smiled and waved at Xarian as she came towards them.
"Twenty laps and then we get down to business..." She left it at that, not sure if she sounded bossy or not.
She looked toward Teagan. She was nervous and felt a little sick. "The gryffindors lost..." She looked sad. Her twin sister had been on that team as the keeper. She had done her best, being recruited at the last moment. She only hoped that she would do better.
She looked at their team though. It didn't matter how well they played, she thought, but in the end she had to catch the snitch for the game to end. Some how all the pressure was riding on her to put a good finish to the game. But their team was good.
"Teagan, I really hope we win..."

She flew around the pitch, using good control of her broom, her hair flapping behind her like a ribbon.
"You'll do great Persephony. Just look for it hard and don't loss it for anything. I'll try to score as much as I can. We're a team, and no matter what happens tomorrow we win or loss as a team."

Persephone smiled up at Xarian. "Thanks! And you're right too! It's like the musketeers, ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL!" She seemed to regain morale. And laughter easier and smiled brighter then she had for awhile.

Aridan landed shortly after the arrival of the last chaser on the team. "your quiet right." he said suddenly realizing Teagan's point. "By the way my name is Aridan Triton." he said holding his hand out to the team member. "I think we are currently the only team not to be properly introduced to one another." he said with a slight laugh.
He loved how fast the seeker was, which of course was a good thing. She had shown herself able to keep up the speed and to maneuver in the air beautifully. He smiled at her to show that he liked her skills "Miss, you did a wonder job in the warm ups, if you fly that well in the game tomorrow we will win for sure." He spoke with a kind tone as he held his hand to her.

Persephone shook the offered hand. "I certaintly hope so. Oh, and by the way, I'm Persephone DeVone, but most people call me Sephe." She smiled again thinking of she wanted to win her match tomorrow.
She was happy that her team believed in her.

Xarian smiled from her broom, toying with the hair behind her. "I'm Xarian, just Xarian. It's a pleasure to met you."
She gave a slight sigh and smiled. "Wouldn't it be awsome if we won? I know how solid our team is, but this is the first time we've been together."
She urged her broom forward, and laughed. "I wish I had a new broom."

Sephe smiled. "You could always ask my twin for hers. Lord knows she's trying to block out all memories of their match. And I really hope we win. It would be wonderful if we did! I mean our first time together and we would win! I would love that!"

She nodded with a smile. "Is your sister's broom new? I wouldn't want to ruin it or make her upset...and would she help our house out like that?"
The thought of riding a new broom for the first time in her life gave a slight twinkle in her eyes that she couldn't hide.

"Yea, it's a firebolt. It's pretty new. I think it's been used a total of three times including the match earlier today. I know she would help us, she despises Slytherin that much. And if we win, then she'll be happy because you were using her broom!" She knew her twin and well. "I'll ask her about it after practice, and you'll have it by the match tomorrow or later today."

She claped with delight, smileing wide.
"My brother taught me how to play, but mom thought it was useless. She bought us an old broom to share, but I've never riden anything else. We've always wanted to ride something fast a new, but he could beat some people with newer models even with his old broom."

She smiled, glad that she could help Xarian. "Yea, I started off with no broom at all and had to borrow one, but then during the summer I got a job and saved up all my money. My parents left a furtune to me and my sisters, but we wanted to save and spend our own so that we would have the money in the bank for school."

She chuckled. "My brother taught me on a barrowed broom. You say they left you money...did they die? I'm very sorry."

OOC: Sheesh! Fourteen posts in one day?
BIC: Teagan smiled as Sephe made her reply. It must have been what everyone on their team was hoping for. The seeker. Finding the snitch. The seeker did have the most important job, but Teagan had no intention of taking her's lightly, either.
A girl in a large, ragged looking robe came out to the pitch and hastily apologized for her lateness. Sephe then told the newcomer what they were doing, spoke of her sister's loss, and desire to win. Then, Aridan arrived. Sephe introduced herself, and the new girl followed saying that her name was Xarian.
Xarian moaned about a new broom, and Sephe offered to lend her her sister's.
Next, the conversation was again changed. Teagan calmly listened and watched all the while. Things were momentarily fine without her, so she finally introduced herself, carefully leaving out her last name. "I'm Teagan," came her silky voice before turning back to the conversation at hand.
Xarian let off a chuckle. "My brother taught me on a borrowed broom. You say they left you money... did they die? I'm very sorry." Their converse had finally turned to death of parents. This was one part Teagan was determined to stay out of. Her parents were killed soon before she switched schools to Magic Horizons, though she had long since gotten over it. Or so she thought. Nothing really moved her these days, and her emotions were fairly weak.
This was quite a sensitive subject for most people, but Teagan held a suspicion that Sephe never really knew her parents. She let out another breath of air.
"Ready to continue practice? I'm sure everyone is almost done," came Teagan's calm, yet energetic, voice. She was anxious to get some things done before the match that seemed to never come. It was like a poison. A poison drawing through your system, strangling your organs, slowly stopping your heart. You never knew which breath would be your last, but this was just a game; best chances were that no one would die during the match. Teagan snickered at the thought, and her lips quietly curled into a mischievous smile.

OOC(kinda): my sis says it's ok to use her broom!
BIC: Persephone was glad for the turn of the subject. Her father had died when she was two and her mother when she was four. She coud hardly remember them, but she had pictures of their happy family. But it still hurt to talk about them.
So she was glad when Teagan averted them to practice.
"I agree. We should get a few drills in." She sent a thankful look towards Teagan.
