Ondrea stood silently, as she anxiously waited for the others to arrive. One by one they seemed to enter, she simply nodded in their direction, to greet them. Some people she knew, others she had seen their face, but never really met them before. However, someone totally unrecognized soon made his appearance. The man who called himself by the name of Trajan.
As Aylen and Trajan briefly spoke, she seemed to be thinking the same thing as Forgoil; how could they trust Trajan? However, Forgoil took the job of voicing his thoughts, which Ondrea didn't mind in the least, she preferred to remain silent.
Ondrea then noticed Teagan who seemed to emerge from the shadows, she gave her a quick wave before turning her attention back to Trajan, interested to hear his response.
Ondrea was a bit confused, she didn't really know what everyone was talking about, all she really knew is that someone had disappeared, and that, she thought was just a rumor. Obviously not. As Aylen seemed to make conversation with Mercury, and then announced that they could trust this Trajan, she still wondered what on earth everyone was speaking about. Soon, she was answered, her confusion cleared up, when Trajan spoke. She remembered that name, Angelus Morti, that lycan that had attacked Persephone and her in the graveyard spoke of him. Everything just sort of clicked after the name was said, and she pretty much knew, that was why they were here, to stop those uncalled for attacks... or even murders. It was bound to be dangerous, but that only got Ondrea more interested.
Ondrea turned her head slightly as she heard that familiar voice, Rezna had come. Ondrea nodded in agreement with Rezna's first comment, it was true. Deciding however not to speak, she waited for the meeting to see what someone would say next, to see what they had planned to stop this cruelty.

Aylen turned his green-eyed gaze upon the bird-man and stared hard into his strange eyes. “I hope this does not mean you plan to betray us in the future.” His voice had a harsh quality to it, as if some strange ruthlessness was hidden behind it. The redhead turned to the others. “Well, if Azrael’s missing, I suppose we will have to make our own cabal,” he said. Before he could say anything else, yet another unexpected arrival interrupted the meeting, though it was slightly more welcoming than the strange man who had appeared to them in Talon’s place.
A smile softened Aylen’s face as the blonde emerged from the darkness. Rezna’s appearance seemed to leech away any extra worry that had been there. “I’m glad you could come after all,” he said. “Now that that’s through, do we have anyone else coming that we don’t know about?” Aylen joked. He half-expected someone to come in the door right then, knowing the infamous Hawkins timing, but he was sure that no one else was coming. “All right then. Let’s try this again.” The smile faded from his expression as suddenly as it had appeared and it quickly formed into a serious look that was rarely seen on this boy.
“Let’s start with what we know,” the Gryffindor began listing them off. “A lycan has been attacking the school. He has struck at least twice, one for Windwaltz, and one for Stevens. We also know that he could have a demoness as a partner, right?” He looked pointedly at Rezna and Teagan, waiting for their confirmation. They were the main witnesses and were present during Amy Stevens’ kidnapping. As far as he knew, that was the only student-involved incident. “What does everyone else know? We need all the information we can get.”

"Whoa hold on!!" Hayzie spoke up again, taking in everything that was being said as much as she could. By the sounds of things, two of her best friends were in the sort of trouble she hoped no one would ever be in. "Amy's been... kidnapped? Amy Stevens?" Sitting back in her chair, and processing the information, the blonde's brain swirled round with many different thoughts. A lycan was behind it.. how many times had she dealt with Lycans before?
Every time she had lost, but there was a first time for everything.
"Amy... and... Talon," the Prefect repeated. How was it she hadn't caught wind of this before? Maybe becoming a recluse wasn't such a good idea. "Has anyone even tried to find them yet? What if they're in trouble?! I mean of course they're in trouble, but what if it's worse than that? What if they are, despite what Trajan has said, both dead?"
At this, Hayzie sighed, trying to calm herself down. "But what can we do?"

"So say that a lycan is behind this? That is an amusing thought at best", commented Forgoil, "No lycan would led such a well planned attack, and if it was a lycan that is behind all this; why haven't we seen the pack that it belongs to? For that is how those creatures normally work, they rely on their pack for support in all sorts of matters and these attacks on the school would have to be important matters in the first place. No, I think that there is something bigger than just a mad lycan. You said that Talon went in search of the former divinations professor; perhaps Azrael is deeper in this matter than suspected."
"Yet there is something else that troubles me; the fact that a lycan could be working for someone at all. They are independent and proud in their nature; it would take a great amount of recompense and convincing for anyone to have a lycan serve them. Just how I see things though." His words trailed off as he thought more on the matter, but nothing else made itself clear in his mind. This whole time was so confusing to him; and now with Trajan thrown into the mix, things were even harder for the out-of touch boy to grasp the notion of.
But there was one thing; if there was a threat at all there was a good chance that it would come to blows, but he was not one to fight an open war. Yet there was a task that he could accomplish and satisfy all with. Calmly taking in a breath, Forgoil slowly said, "Master Hawkins, Mister Trajan, Misses Darian, Roberts, Lardale, Ondrea and Teagan; what is being spoken here is only leading to one thing; war. And war of that scale is something that I will not willingly undertake; no matter what the reasons are behind it. But; there are other ways that I can be of use."
"Let me stay and keep an eye on the Common Rooms, such as my own; for that is not open war in my mind and I will defend them with all my power; that is if War is what you so speak of."

Rezna smiled back at Aylen for only a second before letting the seriousness of the situation overtake her. Apparently it was even more serious to a girl Rezna had only seen once, for she broke out loudly in a panic when she heard that she had lost her friends. The Hufflepuff understood her worry and knew that she would have had a similar reaction. However, before anyone could calm her, Forgoil spoke out about war. They came to address a problem, and to Rezna, they were not finding a solution.
"Hold on a moment," she spoke out softly, for that was as loudly as she could speak of late, "we are not starting a war, at least not entirely, Forgoil. He started it first, he and his master. The demoness was a part of it as I've heard for she too passed on the Angelus Mortis message. So, the lycan is on the offensive, we simply must take up a defensive side. If we don't, I fear more will be hurt, and perhaps more then they have all ready."
"Aylen, you asked us what we think about this. I think this lycan is doing his master's bidding for a reason. Any sort of deal had two sides to it. The master gets a servant, who will probably be paid in the end."
"The lycan also has a very keen mindset about us, humans. He hates us. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with his payment, but as I could see, he wanted us destroyed."
"Finally, I'm not sure if anyone has looked for Professor Stevens, but since the lycan did not kill her, I'm sure that his master had a use for her. That means that she may still be alive. The question is, where are they. The lycan tunnels? Some sort of headquarters? I don't know. Trajan mentioned the graveyard and Azrael. He was the former Divinations Professor, and now our new one is kidnapped. Finally, seeing as Professor Windwaltz is missing, it is too much of a coincidence for it to not be related to the whole Angelus Mortis business."
Rezna wondered if what she had just said made any since. She hoped to have calmed down that girl somewhat, but she found it hard seeing as they had very little positive information to go on. Besides, Rez was still too shocked by Trajan's appearance to make any since of what he said or to tie it with what she knew and experienced. Trying instead to focus on the missing teachers and the lycan issue, she put the older man out of her mind.

Trajan was concerned. The whole scenario flew past him - all the brainstorming each of the children did just led to a worse and worse conclusion. "I know for a fact," he said to Hayzie, deciding to start off his own brainstorming first, ""That Talon is either dead or in a state equivalent to death. My reasons for explaining would be too long and strenuous, but you may trust me on this matter. It isn't the most comforting thing to hear, but it is true." Then Forgoil let in his own opinion on the Lycan that Talon had gone in search of Azrael in hopes of defeating. Lycans had stayed in moderate secrecy in Trajan's mind, so he trusted the silver haired boy's opinion. But then what Forgoil said next forced him to talk.
"That is nonsense, Mister Halifirien. Perhaps it is simply a fear of war coming to light, but I do not believe this is war. I shall add on to what Miss Lardale said - we are facing three cunning enemies. A Lycan, a Demon, and their Master. But three do not make an army." Trajan looked to Aylen now with his sharp firey eyes. "I agree with young Miss Roberts. If my s...if Talon...is in a fate worse than death, which I have already stated I know for a fact, then I say we search for him. War? Fighting? How do we know for a fact that that is what we're facing? What is a fact, is that your teachers are in danger!"
It was as if a sigh came from him, though no physical movement was made. "It's not as if we were facing Danawi again..." But then suddenly, the Once-Phoenix snapped his head up in a very avian way and looked at them all with a sudden thought. "What if the Master is Danawi? It seems the Wizard had an interest in keeping himself hidden up until you discovered him, what if he's doing it again? Plus, remember, your intelligence from the last time he was around proved faulty and 'the war' never engaged. Then, continuing, no one actually saw Danawi die."
Bowing his head again, he whispered the next line, though loud enough to be heard. "What was last seen of his Viceroy, Isaac?"

"Isaac..." Hayzie mused quietly to herself. She had seen him recently, but where. Flicking through memories once more, it clicked. "The last Hogsmeade weekend. I saw him in... the Three Broomsticks. He's still around," the blonde explained, something seeming to twinge inside her. It was strange to think Isaac had once been a friend to her, and now he was batting for the other team.
Sighing and trying to think straight in regards to Talon, and the proposed war that Forgoil had mentioned, Hayzie shook her head. Why did everything always have to end up with people fighting? The last six months seemed to have been full of it just as the Lycan war finally diminished, Danawi reared his ug... head.
And now, now it was possible that Danawi was going to strike again. It was little wonder she found a smile harder to give lately.
"Won't it look a little suspicious if we all go searching, though? I mean, he went looking for Azrael. I haven't seen him since he got the sack... he could be inside, or outside the school, but either way he's well hidden. Does anyone even know where to begin looking?"

Startled by Forgoil’s comments, the redhead found nothing to say. However, as usual, Rezna was able to put things to words better than he could. “Rez is right,” he said, turning to Forgoil. “This has always meant to be a defensive organization, if you can call it that. I love war as much as you do, but innocent people are getting hurt, maybe even killed,” Aylen sighed. “But if it comes to that, Forgoil, I’ll trust you with the defense of the Common Rooms, alright?” He offered a small smile to the gray-haired Hufflepuff, then continued. “Leave it up to me to forget Rezna heard that same lycan mention a master.” He chuckled weakly.
“So, we know there’s a lycan, a demon, and the master, who may or may not be Danawi. It doesn’t seem to be his style, though. Danawi was all dramatic evil and flashy shows of power. It seems he wouldn’t hide behind only two minions,” Aylen mused aloud.
Then, he heard that name. Issac. An old wound abruptly throbbed in his leg. Aylen’s fists clenched, staying that way until the sudden pain passed. Issac had made another appearance since Hogsmeade. “If this ‘master’ has Issac on his side, he also has a student named Ark. Professor Aecus would probably be involved too,” muttered Aylen. It all made sense now. Why else would a demon like Issac attack the Hospital Wing, of all places? He must have been acting under orders. Perhaps that one girl was not his true target. He stole a glance at Rezna and Ondrea. They had both been there as well, and in better condition than he had been.
“Right,” he said, dragging himself out of his thoughts. “We need goals, and find ways to achieve them. We need information to do that. Half of us here have been directly attacked already. Anything you know, anything, we need to know now. Information is most important. Then we make goals and find ways to achieve them.” He looked at each of them in turn.

OOC: If you want to skip most of this really long post, Teagan talks during the bottom part that is seperated by the dash marks. IC: The Ravenclaw Prefect noticed something quite peculiar, but she'd wait until later to ask Aylen about it.
Ondrea waved lightly at Teagan, and re-focused herself into the embedding conversation. "What do you mean Talon didn't come back from finding Azrael?" questioned Hayzie. Her gentle green eyes seemed to be slightly unsettled by the events that had been occurring. She continued to rush through her other words and queries. "Why did he go and try to find him? What earth is going on here? For that matter.. why are we all here?"
The soft mixture of the tensing air serenely created the mobile mixture of itself in the odd, rather identifiable room. After a few more moments of irregular density, Aylen began chatting with Mercury, the deliverer of the messages. After a few more seconds of this, Aylen turned his head back toward the more human-like creatures of the room. His fiery merely swayed without much notice in the darkened chamber. "We can trust him. Mercury recognizes him," he explained.
Soon after, the hawk calmly settled itself onto Teagan's head. What was with Mercury and being on her head? This was exactly what had happened while waiting for Danawi's attack last time. It was her head, after all. Did the bird not wish to just stay with Aylen? Their hair was nearly the same color... Oh well. The Ravenclaw Prefect didn't mind as long as he didn't decide to empty his bladder or intestines while he was up there. If Mercury actually did decide to do that, her head would be a place he would not go. Teagan ignored the hard claws and their attempt to no sink into her flesh. Then, returned her attention to the conversation at work.
"He’s gone, isn’t he?" asked Aylen after some wait. "Like Professor Stevens?" He looked downward, and Teagan noticed some dispassionate anger peeking out.. "So it’s Azrael too, is it? Leader of the disbanded cabal, if I remember." Now, he looked upward and seemed to notice the Ravenclaw Prefect for the first time since her arrival. It appeared that this had left him more unsettled than he had revealed. "Alright, everyone's here. Let's get going."
Trajan spoke. "Trust me? Mister Hawkins, you are too kind. I am Trajan, yes, Mercury is correct. But my motives? It would be amateur to trust me so easily. My will is this - I will help you in Talon's place. But I will do no more." He moved to the center of the circle. "As for what I am, I will tell you this. Let your eyes, and not your memories, be your judge. I am not a Phoenix, nor was I ever Talon's pet, or even an Animagus. I did not opt to be a Phoenix... perhaps one day you shall know my story, for it is a long one, but you do not wish for me to detain you now, do you? Not when you have more important things to deal with? Like, perhaps, who took Talon, Azrael, and now I hear - young Amythest?"
Azrael? Teagan remember that name. Actually, that teacher had had quite an entertaining class. Hayzie had set of some fireworks, a few students got into trouble, and Teagan had asked for the class to continue; it was a very interesting lesson, though the Professor Azrael hadn't been too pleasant with the students and their games.
Trajan continued. "Azrael? Yes, Leader of the disbanded Cabal. Talon went to speak to him after a disturbing incident in the Great Hall we stumbled upon days ago. Impending doom was upon us then - for it seems a mad Lycan named 'Angelus Morti' has come along and plans to destroy us all. Talon thought that perhaps Azrael could lead the Cabal against this new villain. That's why he left. I didn't hear from him again, and from the looks of things...by what I am right now, he is either dead...or in a fate worse than one." Well, wasn't that interesting? Yet, Teagan doubted the lycan's name was "Angelus Morti."
"Death we cannot fight easily," said Rezna, "for it is too final. But a fate worse than death could perhaps be in our power to alter." The familiar Hufflepuff student had been hiding in the shadows away from the Ravenclaw, but had entered soon after. "I'm sorry for the unexpected arrival, Aylen. My nurse chased Mercury out only after telling me I could leave the wing permanently. She doesn't like birds. Anyway, I got his message, hence why I'm here."
"I hope this does not mean you plan to betray us in the future," commented Aylen in an accusatory tone. "Well, if Azrael’s missing, I suppose we will have to make our own cabal." Now, that would definitely stir things up. Teagan didn't greatly desire to be a part of the "we;" she had a trust issue. Spying the familiar Hufflepuff, he relaxed. "I’m glad you could come after all. Now that that’s through, do we have anyone else coming that we don’t know about?" Quite sure no one else would be joining them he hardened continued. "All right then. Let’s try this again.
"Let’s start with what we know. A lycan has been attacking the school. He has struck at least twice, one for Windwaltz, and one for Stevens. We also know that he could have a demoness as a partner, right?" He looked pointedly at Rezna and Teagan. Yes, that was true, thought Teagan in silent reply. "What does everyone else know? We need all the information we can get." It seemed Teagan would end up contributing much information, after all.
Now, though, it seemed it was time for Hayzie's input. "Whoa hold on!! Amy's been... kidnapped? Amy Stevens?" The sound of her normally joyful voice was melded with worry. It looked as if something somewhat personal had happened to each of them; wasn't this going to be fun? "Amy... and... Talon... Has anyone even tried to find them yet? What if they're in trouble?! I mean of course they're in trouble, but what if it's worse than that? What if they are, despite what Trajan has said, both dead?" She deeply inhaled. "But what can we do?"
Next, Forgoil launched off into his own speech. "So say that a lycan is behind this? That is an amusing thought at best. No lycan would led such a well planned attack, and if it was a lycan that is behind all this; why haven't we seen the pack that it belongs to? "Let me stay and keep an eye on the Common Rooms, such as my own; for that is not open war in my mind and I will defend them with all my power; that is if War is what you so speak of." Well, wasn't this interesting? Forgoil didn't know Teagan's last name.... That was good.
Next, it was Hayzie's ramble. "Hold on a moment, we are not starting a war, at least not entirely, Forgoil. He started it first, he and his master. The demoness was a part of it as I've heard for she too passed on the Angelus Mortis message. So, the lycan is on the offensive, we simply must take up a defensive side. Once more, Trajan began. "I know for a fact that Talon is either dead or in a state equivalent to death. My reasons for explaining would be too long and strenuous, but you may trust me on this matter. It isn't the most comforting thing to hear, but it is true.
"That is nonsense, Mister Halifirien. Perhaps it is simply a fear of war coming to light, but I do not believe this is war. I shall add on to what Miss Lardale said - we are facing three cunning enemies. A Lycan, a Demon, and their Master. But three do not make an army." There were no worries with that issue; Teagan knew there were more than only those three.
And, yet, he continued. "I agree with young Miss Roberts. If my s...if Talon...is in a fate worse than death, which I have already stated I know for a fact, then I say we search for him. War? Fighting? How do we know for a fact that that is what we're facing? What is a fact, is that your teachers are in danger!" Teagan also knew that the teachers weren't the only ones in danger. Now, what was this about what he almost called Talon? Words that could possible have been meant were servant or slave, that was doubtful, or son. Out of the given options, the latter seemed most probable.
That would be... interesting. Very interesting indeed, gentle sketched the thoughts into Teagan's mind. Certainly, it would be quite the odd cercumstance...
Still, he continued. "It's not as if we were facing Danawi again... What if the Master is Danawi? It seems the Wizard had an interest in keeping himself hidden up until you discovered him, what if he's doing it again? Plus, remember, your intelligence from the last time he was around proved faulty and 'the war' never engaged. Then, continuing, no one actually saw Danawi die. What was last seen of his Viceroy, Isaac?"
"Isaac..." muttered Hayzie, searching through memories. "The last Hogsmeade weekend. I saw him in... the Three Broomsticks. He's still around." Well, that was one question answered. The Ravenclaw held her doubts, all the same. "Won't it look a little suspicious if we all go searching, though? I mean, he went looking for Azrael. I haven't seen him since he got the sack... he could be inside, or outside the school, but either way he's well hidden. Does anyone even know where to begin looking?" The graveyard, of course. Another fact Teagan knew was that the lycan supposedly went there often. It would seem that being the only Prefect of your house certainly had its benefits, didn't it?
"Rez is right," stated Aylen. "This has always meant to be a defensive organization, if you can call it that. I love war as much as you do, but innocent people are getting hurt, maybe even killed. But if it comes to that, Forgoil, I’ll trust you with the defense of the Common Rooms, alright?" Teagan intended to watch over her own. "Leave it up to me to forget Rezna heard that same lycan mention a master.
Once more, Aylen continued. In all honesty, Teagan thought the Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors talked far too much. Ondrea, the only Slytherin, and this Ravenclaw hadn't yet spoken. Couldn't they just get to the point of their speeches? "So, we know there’s a lycan, a demon, and the master, who may or may not be Danawi. It doesn’t seem to be his style, though. Danawi was all dramatic evil and flashy shows of power. It seems he wouldn’t hide behind only two minions." The "master" had more than two minions.
The red-haired male tightened his hands around their grasp of air, and continued speaking. "If this ‘master’ has Issac on his side, he also has a student named Ark. Professor Aecus would probably be involved too.... Right. We need goals, and find ways to achieve them. We need information to do that. Half of us here have been directly attacked already. Anything you know, anything, we need to know now. Information is most important. Then we make goals and find ways to achieve them."
--------
Well, this would be entertaining.
Sweet, confluent light off of the corona of the moon danced around the tower. Sultry, clouds of vaporized H2O intervened the enchanting light, and sent them into a luscious wave of sincere darkness. The lack of light spread over, and cooled their smooth and textured skins in the bathing absence of interrupting and always intruding light. Soon after, though, the chilled breeze showed the moon once more.
Long, red hair lied under Mercury's claws and bled down Teagan's feminine figure before quietly ending slightly below her waist. The straight strands delicately dangled over and caressed her slender form. The ruby locks made little contrast to her soft, pale skin in the dark tower. Moonlit or not, light was lacking in their little meeting room. The Prefect's darkened shirt had simply dripped down to her knuckles, and elegant fingernails patiently held themselves motionless.
Her cushioned lips calmly moved, molding her words into what she chose. Her soft voice clearly and concisely moved around the high chamber of the room. It was strange how one of the few people with little involvement in this spoke her first words here. Compared to some other's words, hers were quite factual. "The lycan supposedly goes to the graveyard often, they've attacked more than just teachers, and there are more than just those three attacking." There. Sweet, or not-so-sweet, but simple. Now, why couldn't the others summarize their long speeches like that?

"Aylen; perhaps we are not seeing eye to eye on this issue. I view War on a different scale than you do or so it would seem from what you and Rezna have told me. To fight is to war against someone or something else; to fight for a cause, no matter how just, is to make war against another party. To take the defensive will not end this threat; we can only survive so many attacks and we would have to push them back; that is why War is a resort that I would resort to last; if this is a council of war; then I have no place here for I am not suited for it."
So that was what they wanted to do; stop a threat, and that was all well and good within reason. To a menace that was harming students was good as well, but to bring it to a scale in which organizations and factions were being formed; that was too much for the Scotish lad. He didn't want to get caught up in something of that magnitude; and what would he be good for in such a thing? He wasn't a proficient spellcaster nor was he the greatest of swordsmen; he was merely a 15 year old boy named Forgoil Halifirien.
And minor spells and swordplay would not be able to hold off a crazed lycan and others of his stock and kind; that was suicide for the grey-haired lad. But if he saw his friends fall in battle, he would follow after them and try to avenge them; most likely to meet with his own doom. And if that was so, how would he die? Would he be defeated in single combat, overwhelmed by multiple foes that charged from all sides, or would he betrayed by someone that wished to save their own skin?
With his head, hanging low in sorrow and grief with being torn by such a descsion, Forgoil's eyes could be seen for a moment as his grey-haired head slowly rose from it's contemplating position; his eyes seeming dulled to some degree with the thoughts on his mind. Perhaps he should leave, and that might clear his mind; but that would mean that he would abandon his friend's, people that he cared for with his entire being. He couldn't bare to leave them to this bloody business.
"Aylen; since you are the head of this organization; then tell me if there is anything that I can do to help you. If not, then I will withdraw to my dorm to contemplate this more. But know this; whatever happens, Hufflepuff will not be caught off guard and if you need me; send either your hawk or ask Rezna to speak with me. So what is your decree, My Captain?"

Ondrea listened as Aylen spoke, thinking about the time in the graveyard, and was deciding whether or not she should mention what she heard - or what she remembered of what she heard. However, at the mention of the kidnapped professors, the other teacher at the meeting seemed to freak-out, Ondrea couldn't blame her in the slightest. If she had lost one of her friends, or family, she would go insane; that being the reason why she was keen on helping in any way possible.
As Forgoil spoke, she slightly agreed with his statement on 'war' it was in a way, they were going to have to battle; but, then again, the others had called for it by attacking innocent people - it seemed to be only way they could stop the cruelty. As he spoke of how he wouldn't join in on the war, Ondrea frowned slightly, she could picture Forgoil as a good fighter - at least he was going to help keep guard for the Hufflepuff common room, and wasn't totally backing out.
How Rezna put the whole war thing, was basically what Ondrea thought, so again, she felt no need to voice her opinion. Ondrea agreed that the master was getting others to do his dirty work, and she knew that there was more then just the lycan and the demoness. She was almost positive that at least one student was involved.
What Trajan said next, Ondrea didn't believe to be true, it was not a Danawi-type-thing to do. She believed it was someone different, with a different taste in evil.
At the mention of Isaac, Ondrea frowned, remembering the time in the hospital wing. She glanced both at Rezna and Aylen, at what seemed to be the same time as Aylen did so, "Yeah, Ark - it makes sense now that I think of it." It was true, Ondrea hadn't thought much about the attack at the Hospital wing, she just assumed that Isaac was an insane freak who wanted to injure people for no apparent reason, and Ark was just a vengeful kid, thirsty for some power.
What Teagan said next, was so correct, and it made Ondrea feel the need to speak of the time in the graveyard with Persephone.
She took a seat on the ground, she was growing tired of standing there as everyone discussed matters. Tapping her finger nails on the ground, as she listened to Forgoil, she waited until he concluded to vocalize her opinion. "I was in the graveyard, and one of my friends was being attacked by Z - a student. In attempt to defend her, I hurt him, but not badly. Soon, a lycan came and attacked me, telling me that I couldn't hurt an angel of Angelus Mortis, and that I would pay. Obviously, he attacked both my friend and I severely, but eventually we managed to fight him off. The point is, there are students involved, and more then just the lycan and demoness... So what are we left to do about it? How are we going to stop this madness?" Ondrea finished, speaking a bit louder then her usual whisper of a voice, possibly out of anger at the lycan that had attacked her. Ondrea yawned quietly, as she looked at the others, waiting for their opinions to be said.

War. Was it really going to come to that? Aylen’s brow furrowed. Yes, yes it was. It was inevitable, the way this was going on. One party attacks and the other must either defend or strike back; otherwise it’ll be destroyed. To survive, they must attack. They couldn’t survive on only defense. Soon, their strength would be depleted, and that leaves the Angelus Morti with a tired opponent to slaughter. Forgoil was right. What were they doing here? What were any of them doing here? None of them are generals or fighters. Save one, they were all children! Aylen blew out a frustrated breath of air, running his hand through his hair again. How did he ever think they could make a difference? These thoughts whirled through his mind, bouncing around and tangling with each other.
”So what is your decree, Captain?” The redhead started. “Captain? Wha-? I’m not...I mean...er...” he stuttered. Looking around, he suddenly realized that people would be looking to him for advice. He was the one who thought of it. Would he really be the leader? “Well, er, you...” He failed to find any words to say. Aylen mentally kicked himself. This was definitely a lot more difficult than when he had first thought. He couldn’t show uncertainty now. He couldn’t make mistakes.
“I’m sure most of you can think better than I can,” he began unsteadily. “But I hadn’t meant for this to be a council of war, as Forgoil put it.” Aylen took a deep breath and went on, more confident. “But if this Angelus Morti wants to make it a war, there’s nothing I—we— can do. We will all be involved, whether we want to be or not. We’ll be dragged in one by one. It’ll be easy for whoever’s behind this to do that. He’ll pick us off, student by student, teacher by teacher.” He watched everyone’s faces intently, making sure he was getting his point across. “However, if we unite together, we might even stand a chance. We need to be organized. Otherwise, we’re finished. “I don’t know what all of you can contribute, but please, just listen and if you have something to say, say it. We will all help where we can.”
Ideas began forming in his head, slowly at first, but became faster and faster. “Some of us can get people to go into the graveyard and look for our missing professors. They have to be very well trained to stand up against a lycan, but there’s only one of him. We should try to learn as much as we can about demons and lycans and basic dueling skills and teach them to everyone. And we need allies. maybe we can get some nonhuman creatures to help us.” He said all of this quickly, thoughts running out of his mouth as soon as he thought of them. “Come on, we’re in this together.”

"That would be most unnecessary, Mister Hawkins," spoke the Once-Phoenix again, "I agree with what the rest of the group has said. There may be students involved, or the Lycan may just be insane. And I certainly do believe, that if anyone should be the leader, you should." The Once-Phoenix smiled, and his firey eyes flickered with resolve. "But what I must remind you of, is that this small battle, which I doubt is a war, is simply a postpone of the last one. We are already prepared, Mister Hawkins. We were prepared for Danawi, and Danawi never came. Now we are already prepared for this threat.
"If I may have a word - I say that only two or three should go to the Graveyard. A special team. The rest should guard their common rooms. I do not know who the best would be for this team, but of it I would prefer that I and Aylen both go to find Talon, if it were possible." Trajan looked about at all of them, as if asking them for permission.
ooc: Damn short post. I hate being Trajan, anyhow, so yes. Oh right, and Ondrea, Trajan isn't a Teacher. TALON (who this account belongs to) is a teacher. Hence why it says Trajan is a teacher. He's not.

Two or three? Aylen gaped at the man. Was he mad? An entire class of nearly thirty people had barely been able to drive away the attacking lycan, never mind two or three. There was also the possibility of this Angelus character having more than one follower guarding the tomb. Being a bird for all those years must have gone to his head. By now, Aylen had run his hand through his hair so many times, bits of it were sticking up in odd places. “No,” he said. “Three will not be nearly enough.” His green gaze fell piercingly on Trajan. “I don’t know what you can do yet, Trajan, but I assure you, we will need several more people than three. But any more than that, and we become suspicious. We can’t do that.” He turned to look at all of them, looking for a sign of agreement, or support.
“And,” he said softly. “if I really am the leader of all this...” He paused and sighed. “I can’t be part of the excursion.” What he was suggesting went hard against the grain of his nature. “If something happens to me, the head, the body will die.” The redhead looked up, hoping that everyone understood what he was trying to get across. “I can’t be leader. I can’t hide and do nothing. Someone else has to be leader.” He shook his head and repeated himself. “I can’t be leader. I’m not suited for it.”

Trajan sighed bitterly at Aylen's cry. "Mister Hawkins, let it be known I was an Auror once - I know the limits. But blocking my time as an Auror, going by what you've faced before - two or three has always been the respected amount." The Once-Phoenix's eyes pierced toward Aylen, almost as if there was another reflection twinkling in his eye, and then spoke again. "Don't you remember what was to be the Final Battle of the Cabal? Azrael took only an elite team with him, and he was the leader of his Cabal. If we are to encounter the Master, we should do it now, and swiftly, without giving him anytime to prepare."
