Faust looked at the broken binding on his notebook and the papers littering the floor blankly at first but growing acknowledgement of the situation edging across his mind.
"That was not necesary..." he said as he extended his wand out from some pocket deep within his coat," accio papers."
The papers flew back to his hand and he then sealed the binding back onto the notebook before turning towards the source of the metal fragment; anger slowly replacing his normally blank expression.
"Noone touches my notes," he said softly, taking a step towards this person, a magical ward rising around himself as his wand moved rapidly through the air.

OOC: Sealla, I am well aware of the requirements for killing. I can always ask for permission to kill. Besides, most people would agree to let their character be killed after the character looses a limb or three ;D BTW - If anybody would like me to explain anything I do further all you need to do is ask.
IC: Dante smirked at Faust as he magically gathered the papers. It looked foolish in his eyes to be picking up the pages. "Your notes are the least of your worries mortal." He said as he watched Faust fix his notebook. As Faust took a step forward Dante made his choice. Faust appeared to be trying to intimidate Dante, it wasn't working in the least.
Dante appeared to almost take the form of some strange demon as he shifted into his etheriel form. The flesh on his face looked as though it was being sucked back and almost being torn away. All pigment from his clothing vanished into a blur as he moved. He appeared to have blinked out of sight as a demon may have.
His cold eyes watched the girl and the young man from high above. Dante's movement was too quick for most sentient beings to track, he had scaled the wall and gotten to the ceiling of the hall in a fraction of a second. Dante lay on the ceiling spread eagle while holding himself up on one of the rafter beams. He hovered directly above Faust.

Ooc: Sorry I haven’t been on for so long. Have family problems!
Bic: “Are you deaf or something this has been going on for ages, why haven’t you come to help Faust.” Mei’s face went white with fear. She turned to face for Faust and said “I think it is about time we stick together.” Mei’s grip on her wand tightened.

OOC: Sorry it's taken so long for me to respond, I've been buisy and I also couldn't understand Mei's reply. It just barely makes sense now.
BIC: An etheriel voice swept through the room. "You can not survive this fight. You should make peace with your impotent god. If you act quickly, you can do it with an old fashioned suicide!" Wicked laughter echoed off of the walls.
Dante swung silently ontop of the rafter beam that he hung loosely from. His eyes surveyed the room and the positioning of strategic objects. He watched Faust and Mei from above then began to look at a few key things. His boots moved him to the base of the supports on the wall where the support beam met stone.
His hand reached in past his chest to his back and grabbed something. The hand was wrapped stiffly around the hilt of a long blade. The blade was pulled through Dante's ghostlike body out in front of him as he stepped back. In his hand was a claymore of about five feet long and four inches wide, it was razor sharp on both sides and harder than steel. Dante's hand quickly reversed its grip and lifted the blade above Dante's head. The blade came whistling down and sunk deeply into the thick support beam that Dante stood upon. Repeatedly he did this till it had almost broken free.
The beam creaked and groaned as it began to dip under its own weight. Wood fibers began to snap as the beam began to shudder.
