Lolitta shook with giggles as the Headmistress told her off, but she made sure she was quite unseen in the bush of the tree, as to avoid anyone's unhappy eyes. Nibbling on the end of the yellow candy cane, she grinned, sitting down on the branch she was on and pushing away some foliage to peek out at the doors as another being joined the group.
Lolitta's baby-blue eyes widened even more - if possible - as she realised she was staring absent-mindedly at the doorhandle through the girl whom had just entered. Squeaking with excitement, she hooked the cane around her finger and darted out of the tree, her tattered wings swatting together madly to keep her afloat. Not even considering the thought that this ghost was actually a person, Lolitta's little form flew speedily through the girl's midriff and right out the other side.
She let out an over-excited, shrill squeal, shivering violently at the cold that followed her adrenaline-pumped ride. But as she turned to face the others, her cheeks once again flooded with a deep rouge and she clasped her hands together, landing on the ground and swaying side to side with a bashful look on her face. She gazed up at the ghost and bit her bottom lip sweetly, wondering whether she could hide in those silky-looking, purple tresses. The little faerie was very fond of hair.
Just then, a figure clad in snow - according to Lolitta - made himself known at the entrance, and the faerie darted behind the ghost's form to hide, but began babbling hardly-audible concerns about still being visible. The man wandered over and took his cloak off, whereby Lolitta exclaimed an "Oh!" of fresh excitement and bounced into the air, her wings making that terribly flimsy sound again as they struggled to support her with their many rips and tears. She seemed oblivious to this.
In a flash of a gold sparkle, much like a little star, she was tangled in his green hair, running along his shoulders until only her tip-toes were visible. Her trill of a giggle sounded right by his ear and she peeked her blue eyes out through the tresses for a moment to display a very happy grin at him, before wrapping herself up in it further - despite any protests he may have immediately had.
Lolitta also seemed to completely miss the conversation being passed between members of the slowly growing group. The hair had her attention, whatever the reason.

One on one hip the other on her other hip. This was the usual look for the raven haired Hufflepuff, when she carried her sons with her. D'Argo and Demetrius were their names, D'Argo much like his mother and Demetrius looking like his farther. Her bright blue eyes were tired now, slowly loosing their sparkle that they had held for most of the witches life, but only recently had she lost this sparkle and glow, as her husband and farther to her children had just up and left. D'Argo seemed oblivious to it all, but sometimes when she looked into Demetrius's eyes, it was like he knew what was wrong and she could feel his pain.
To get away from all of the stress and sadness, she had decided to take the boys out and explore the grounds with them and maybe take them out for their first look at snow. But she wanted to make a stop at the Dance Hall first, she knew that on some days people had decorated it magnificently and being near Christmas, who knew what wonderful things had been done to the Hall.
Hoisting a forever squirming D'Argo up onto her hip, feeling him starting to slide off, she got the brunette one of her twins to help her push open the Dance Hall Doors. Stepping through the mother stopped and looked around the room in awe, the sight obviously stunning the boys too as she had never heard D'Argo this quiet since the day he was born. "Oh look guys, Christmas trees and Ooo look what's that in the there?" the witch cooed as her boys pointed at the various bobble's hanging from the tree which contained glowing faeries, "Its a Faerie" she finished getting an excited giggle from D'Argo and a wide eyed Demetrius.
Stepping back from the trees, the twins eyes still seemingly glued to the bright lights, the nurse smiled at the small group gathered in front of her. "Hello Carmen, Wilting Rose, Shae and Xavier" she said with a smile, "Its their first Christmas" the Hufflepuff added as she saw the smiles on her friends faces, at this she could feel tears filling her eyes, battling them off was not going to prove easy as one slid down her cheek. She didn't mean to cry and make this happy time sad, but with all that had been happening, the Hufflepuff wasn't what she used to be.

The ghost had smiled broardly when Xavier pulled off his hood. Here was a friend, of a sort, and they had met before strange occurences had brought them to their present state.
"Xavier! How are you keeping?" She burst out, before she heard the suggestion.
A group of MH inhabitants, all kinds, together, united. Perhaps she could merge that idea with the one the girl with the candy-cane had suggested.
"A representative of every kind of being in Magic Horizons, caroling? I think I can do that, I'd better start pretty soon though," and she wouldn't need models, she had met at least one of every kind of inhabitant of MH, and could broarden the sculpture from her own memories and experiences.
Then something else Xavier said struck her, and almost made her turn away, instead, her head just sagged.
"Some of us can't enjoy the fire's warmth, Xavier, but I understand your point."

Wilting Rose smiled gently at the influx of people crowding into the hall. She wasn't surprised; it was the weekend, after all, and what was there to do in a school when it was snowing heavily all throughout the enchanted grounds? It wasn't like she didn't enjoy the company either - now her and Claire were on difficult terms it was easy to get bored herself.
"Welcome, all of you..." Rose did not fail to notice the tears welling up in Kasey's eyes. Filled with empathy for the lonely Hufflepuff mother, Rose offered her a tentative but kindly smile. "I hope you like the decorations, I did my best... but feel free to add some more if you think it needs a little extra. Aside from Shae's ice sculpture of course - I think it's going to be amazing."

“Sleigh bells ring, are you listening, In the lane, snow is glistening A beautiful sight, We're happy tonight. Walking in a winter wonderland”
The song echoed throughout the halls as the words poured out of the slight blondes mouth, her voice smooth, yet deep, carried well, and she would be surprised if anyone on this floor DIDN’T hear her. Spotting the doors to the Dance Hall just up ahead, the lycaness began to skip happily towards them.
Bounding through the doors, Faith put one foot in front of herself, used the other to push on the floor, and went sliding into the room further, continuing on with her song as she slid,
“Gone away is the bluebird, Here to stay is a new bird He sings a love song, As we go along, Walking in a winter wonderland.”
Grinning broadly at everyone in the Dance Hall, Faith waved slightly to them all, her glacial-blue eyes sparkling brightly. Her blonde hair was pulled up into a messy bun of sorts, though most of it was hanging down around her face. She wore a thick, white long-sleeved turtle-neck sweater, and a pair of light blue jeans. Her cheeks had a rosy color to them, from the cold air outside.
Running a hand over her hair briefly, she tried to shake some of the snow from it. Moments before, she had been outside for a walk, something her and her older, now deceased, sister used to do when they were younger. When it snowed out, they always had to walk in it, and of course sing one of their favorite Christmas songs as they went.
Brushing the snow from her shoulders, Faith let her cobalt gaze wander across the faces of everyone in the room, some of which she knew, some she didn’t. “Hey everyone, lovely time of the year, isn’t it? Or as the song goes, most wonderful time of the year… But, yes, right… Don’t you all just love Christmas time? I mean, everything is so beautiful, the snow, so pure and white when it falls, and everything gets all glittery, and then you have all the Christmas lights that people hang up, and the carolers, they sing those marvelous Christmas songs, so wonderful, and, oh, man, just so much great stuff,” Realizing that she was rambling on, Faith blushed slightly, a sheepish grin forming on her lips, “Sorry, I get kind of extremely excited about Christmas… If that wasn’t obvious already,” She said, chuckling.
Eyes roaming around again, Faith couldn’t help but put a wide, dimpled grin on her face, “Wow, it looks wonderful in here… Absolutely breath-taking!”

Biting her own lip, the phantomess decided that it was time she left the company. She had her rounds to do, and now as ice sculpture to make as well. But she had to say hello to the twins first, after all, she had helped to deliver them. And she hadn't seen Kasey, the twins, or their father since then.
"Kasey, how are you?" The question seemed almost pointless, but she strove on.
"I hope these two aren't keeping you up at all hours. You know I'd be happy to watch them anytime if you feel like you need more rest, or for any reason at all. But right now, I hope you will all excuse me, but I've got to do the rounds in the Hospital Wing, and then get on with this ice sculpture."
As she passed the lycaness, she nodded.
"It is a lovely time of year," she her eyes failed to hold the truth of that simple statement. She had enjoyed Christmas in Romania, she had gone back to the gypsie caravan for a couple, when they had been near the castle at that time, but now everything seemed to be less joyful.
Leaving the Dance Hall behind her, the dead girl was determined that she was going to do something to make people smile this Christmas, rather than just sitting back and watching other people make them smile.

ooc: And the kids and black hair went *pooof!* XD if you dont get what has happened check out New Start in the Muggle World.
bic: Kasey smiled at the Headmisstress "It would be an absolute honour to help you decorate Miss. Rose" she said with a large smile. Looking to the ghost who approched her she smiled, tempted as she was to hug Shae, she had to resist as it would have proved pointless, but also comical in the fact that Kasey would have been hugging herself. "I'm doing well thank you Shae, look forward to seeing you back at work" she said smiling to her friend.
